"This would explain the tale of the flood as well as some anomalies in the make up of the Black Sea."

I love the "Tale of the Flood" as the title to a tune

Thanks for the inspiration.

Namm Mann

Edit-------- A flood always leaves a trail.

History can follow a flood... Water Rages, Grooves and Diminishes...

Water is life, so it always has a Tale.

Yoda……….How are you.

I will try to do this in 3 seperate post.

Read Job chapters 40 and 41, KJV. There are two beast described there that are no longer here. These two animal’s descriptions were once read to an elementary school class. There were many pictures shown to the class, among them an elephant, whale, brontosaurus, T-rex, and a dragon as described from books of first century Europe. When the class was asked as to which of the animals in the pictures were being described the class overwhelmingly picked the brontosaurus, and the dragon. These animals are not seen on the earth today, but were apparently living in the time of Job.

I will try not to make this to terribly long. The point I was trying to make on the post you commented on, is this. Before the early 1880’s, or better said, before Karl Marx and Mr. Darwin. There were very few people that didn’t believe a version of the biblical historic account of history. As the educational systems of the world became more predominant, they became more socialistic and Marxist in their philosophies. After Marx and Darwin wrote their now infamous beliefs. The mainstream educational systems of the world have been slowly but surely indoctrinated to these beliefs. Mr. Marx said on many occasion that he had only two goals in life. De-throne GOD, and to destroy capitalism. Mr. Darwin could only pass one class as I have read of his university days, and that was philosophy. He didn’t have a glue about true science. It is very apparent that the philosophies of these two men now dominate the public educational systems through out the world. There is no GOD and there was no creation. I personally believe the two philosophies in question were thought up by these two men out of their hatred of GOD. I believe Darwin specifically reversed what the bible said in an absolute 180 degrees of what GOD’S word said. To deceive the masses. IMHO

As far as earth history. There is an agreement between some secular and biblical scientist on what has caused the great catastrophes of myth and legends. All the ancient societies have all recorded written in their myths, legends, and foke-lore, of a great flood that destroyed that society. The best known one is Atlantis. I have studied out of curiosity for years what these legends could mean, compared to the biblical account. Now this is what most secular and biblical scientist believe as concerning earth scars. What I mean by this is the physical evidence of scars that are on the earth today, and what cause them, and what was the end result of these scars. Here are two things for you to research. First, study the mid oceanic riffs or ridges. These are a series of cracks in the ocean floors, that circle the earth. The mid Atlantic Ridge is were the continents were connected before they broke apart and separated. The second is the craters that are on the earth from impacts of comets, meteors, asteroids. With satellite imagery science has been able to fine over 150 major impacts. Many of the craters are 150 to 200 miles across. These are huge impacts that have hit the earth. Before satellite imagery it was impossible to know that these impacts even existed. With this many large impacts happening randomly as we are lead to believe, considering science has said impacts of these sizes are planet killers that cause massive extinctions, there would be no life on earth. This is physical evidence that can be observed. These are the two main observations to study.

Another study to look at is the theory which considers the past existence of a planet between Mars and Jupiter. It is believe the asteroid belt is what is left of this planet. The planets of the solar system are about evenly spaced a large gap exist between Mars and Jupiter. Right where the asteroid belt is. It is believed that this planet exploded and the fragments of this planet pelted it’s neighbors Mars and the earth and their moons. There are several theories to what made this planet explode. The one most believed is a large comet made a direct hit. Now all this is physical evidence that can be seen and studied. It is here were the answers to a past catastrophic event many ancient societies have historically spoken of. Now secular science considers this as a high probability, biblical science however relies on this theory heavily.

End Part two

Now as to what happened. As recorded in Genesis. GOD told Noah that man had 120 years left and then he would destroy all flesh from the earth. GOD had set an event in motion at that point that would not culminate for another 120 years. We suspect GOD put a comet on a course to collide with the 5th Planet. 120 years later the comet slammed into the planet between Mars and Jupiter, causing it to break apart and explode. The fragments of this planets pelted the earth. This is where most of the impact craters as seen on the satellite imagery came from. The explosions of these impacts vaporizes the land masses that they hit. The numerous impacts cracked the crust of the earth open like an egg shell. Releasing the fountains of the great deep Genesis 7:11. This water shot up through these cracks in the crust of the earth. These are the present day oceanic ridges. The pressure and temperature from the inside of the earth pushed a wall of water and steam high up into the atmosphere where it fell as condensation back to the earth, rain. As the water reached it’s highest point it froze as snow and ice. Since snow is known to be positive and negatively charged, explains the accumulation at the poles. This was a world wide event not regional. There was enough water and pressure in the earth for the wall of water to rain back down on the earth for 40 days and 40 nights. When the 40 days past and the water pressure lowered, the rain stopped. The earth then began to expand and the cracks were the dividing lines where the continents moved apart. The creation or biblical model sees one event causing all the scars now seen on the earth. An event recorded in the historic events of the bible.

Now what separates the beliefs of the secular and biblical scientist, is the time frame. Secular scientist believe that these events have been happening over a period of millions of years through small cataclysms. Such as the volcano age, ice age, and the many other ages, with the impacts happening sporadically over many millions of years. Both perspectives are looking at the same scars, and are pretty much agreeing on the end results, of what the scars are from. They mainly disagree on the initial event that caused the scars we see. The secular view is one of a clearly opposite (as in cause), of the biblical view. The secular view is clearly geared to support the evolution model and the no GOD model of Marx and Darwin. It is fairly simple either you believe the biblical account or you reject it for the views of Marx and Darwin. These are the only two options I see. All the secular views of historical geology are based in core, on the views and philosophies of Marx and Darwin.

I apologize for the length of these posts but, I believe I needed to clarify my belief to Yoda. I hope this helps in understanding why I believe as I do. Peace

Clint

Clarky, hmm, a mini on-off toggle switch, I like that idea. And i'd probably find it preferable too, cause I know from personal experience that the push-pulls on the JS are really heavy and sludgy - it makes it really hard to quickly pop the pot out, especially without adjusting the level you have it set at.

Austin, yeah when I installed my PAF Pro and Fred on my RGT, i took advice on it from a friend of mine and he said you don't really need F-Spaced. It's a bit of a gimmick really, but with some pickups you can tell a slight difference.

Floyd Rose string spacing is, as I understand it, slightly different than that of a fixed bridge, or strat or vintage-type trem.

Stevee T……….How are you

I read your idea about a contest to jam with Joe. I suggested about a year ago, to have a contest where we all could submit a rhythm track for Joe to play melody and solo over. Every one could submit a track, this would include any bass tracks recorded. Someone could host a site where everyone could go listen and vote for the track they thought would be the best for Joe to use on a future disc. With Joe of course having the final choice. This wouldn’t be contest to see you was the best player per-say, but who could come up with a rhythm track that a majority of T2J’s would love to here Joe play over. I never heard a response from Joe, the webmaster, or anyone else liking the idea. So I never baited the hook again. But I do believe there would be a lot of participation if an event as such would happen.

Cuthbert…........ My sympathy for you and your friends loss. May GOD be with you all. We may disagree on reasons to be there, but I agree that Iraqi freedom isn't worth the lives of our troops. I would have a far more terrible consequence for terror attacks upon us. All the experts do agree. We can drill through glass ;-) Ezekiel 38 & 39, is coming my friend.

Julie……….Hey girl. It sounds to me like the bus in your breaker box is getting bad. The is the strip in the box that the breakers snap into. As the bus wears the breakers don’t fit as tight. As they get loser the connection between the bus and the breakers cause arching across the connection. This is when the lights start dimming. This is what’s causing the sparks and smoke you are seeing. The same exact thing happened to my parents house and I had to change out the whole box, because that particular model wasn’t being made anymore, and we couldn’t find a replacement bus to fit their box. Get this taken care ASAP.

Cuthbert - The JS compared to the Lotus is like Moby Dick compared to Dick and Jane. One might be better than the other, in a literary sense, but they serve a different purpose and yes they are still both just books.

RMV and its subsequent development is a hot topic among most planners that I know. This will be a landmark case and will be referred to for years to come. My personal feeling on this is that they should be allowed to develop the property, as it is their property. The restrictions then become in form of infrastructure. Do they have enough water, waste water facilities, road maitenence, etc. The problem with these large developments is the dependence of the development on the municipality. As long as the development can be put in place without becoming a burden on the surrounding cities then I'm all for it. If they are a burden then they are going to have mitigate in the form of improvements or lots of cash.

Cuthbert....

Leave it to California to screw up anything.

I am in the Real Estate biz and last year I had two options to 1031 into a place on the west coast near Point Reyes. I would love to live near such beauty, but I can not and will not trade living in Illinois (corrupt and liberal state) for California. Its one thing for a state (or federal for that matter) government to help citizens whom are less fortunate. When they start giving them a vote on what one should do with one's property this enters the realm of the absurd.

It's just like rent control without a tax cap. I am tired of the homeless, poor, or just plain ignorant people feeling like they have some status because of their plight.

A woman has the right to choose. If she chooses poorly, we get to pay for it. A family doesn’t have the right to build on their land that they have owned for 122 years?

This is what years of bleeding heart liberals have done to this country. They all want money to go to school. They all want government subsidy for housing. They all want free medical coverage, and they all want to tell us what to do with what we have WORKED so hard to achieve.

I am sick and tired of mindless liberal zombies talking like they know what they are saying. If I had a dollar for every time some dip shit said he / she would do this or that if they were me in MY business, I could afford to be a liberal!

These are the same dumb asses that think a job is a right not a privilege. They feel they can dictate what a company should do with their bottom line and most of them have never even seen what an income statement or a profit and loss report looks like. They are really nice when they interview, but give them a cubicle and they think their Donald Trump.

I think it's time to have Employer Rights, Land Owner Rights, and Tax Paying Citizen Rights. F@#K raising the minimum wage, if people don't like their job, let them change it. If they don't like what you do with you're property, let them buy it or shut the F@#k up. If they don't like the cost of rent on the good side of the neighborhood let them clean up the bad side or pay what it costs to live with decent people! We can only give so much and I for one am tired of giving to people who refuse to give anything back but a poor attitude and a selfish opinion.

I still believe in kindness and generosity but, we all have a breaking point.

DoTheStu: That "Shapes of things"-cover is on that Dixie Dregs' "Full circle" -album that I praised!

Thanks for the extra info about "Sects, Dregs & Rock 'n' Roll"-DVDs!!

...and you -lucky son of a mother- are going to see them again in January... I've thougt for years that if Morse continues to work with his own band, they would suit perfectly in to that big annual Jazz-festival here in Finland that Joe participated 2000 when I saw him live the first time...in same kind of concept than Joe did: a club gig separated from the actual festival.....but especially with Dregs they would suit the festival repertory, even on the main stage! ...you see, the festival isn't all that jazz-limited. But it ain't gonna happen by itself, so now that I know Steve has at least occationally some time outside DP, I should contact the organizers and pressure them to beg Steve to come ...'cause that's something I still want to see/hear/experience before I die!!! (I've seen Morse live only once; a year ago with DP)
