Stevee T - Yeah. A lot of people don't realise that one of the best ways to improve your reading skills is by writing stuff down. Imagine if you or I had never written a word of English; do you think either of us would still have the same grasp of the language?

Thanks for the encouragement, man!!!

roflmfao...

Jazzy / Delfino - aaaawwwww.... I wanna live the American Dream too...

I want a deep fried flange with extra pubes and a side order up the hula..

"finger lickin' good"....

SteeveT - so did you dad need to know sub-atomic physics to work on rockets??.. that surprises me....

anyways.. he sounds like a very smart guy...

yeah the stuff about how a particle simultaniously has the properties of a wave and of a physical thing gets kinda weird... like all the stuff about being in more than one place at one time etc....

I've forgoten quite a bit about all this stuff... and I reckon that many of the scientific theorums have evolved somewhat and been updated since I last read about it....

best I get to the book store and check out the lastest stuff then... lol....

jazzy - is there weed in space.... lmao.... awesome... lmao..
962 - but then... if you want to pick holes in the theory of the 'foaminess' of sub-Planck Length Space-Time be my guest... lmao...

TRUE TALES OF INDUHVIDUALS ==========================

Here are some more true tales of Induhviduals, as reported by vigilant DNRC operatives in the field.

=

When our printer ran out of color ink, one Induhvidual asked, "Why don't we print it in black and white and then take a color photocopy?"

=

One of our salespeople told a customer to "Write on a fax, in pretty good size letters, MUST SHIP TODAY." When the fax came in it said, "In pretty good size letters must ship today."

=

I was dining with a friend at our favorite Thai restaurant when one of the owners came by to show us photos of her new baby boy. Afterward, my friend remarked that she was surprised that the baby looked "so Chinese." I said, "Well, he does look Asian, since both parents are from Thailand, but what did you expect?" She said, "Yeah, I know, but I expected him to look more American since they've been living in the U.S. for 15 years."

=

We were chatting about the latest high price of crude oil, when a friend of ours piped up: "I don't understand the big deal about the price of oil. I mean, I only put oil in my car every now and then, but I put gas in my car every day!"

=

On Feb. 14th, my birthday, at our daily team meeting, the manager turned to me and said to the group, "And let's all wish Allen a happy birthday today!"

A programmer turned to me and asked, "Today's your birthday? How often does your birthday fall on Valentines Day?"

I had to struggle mightily to come up with a response that didn't include the phrase "dumb ass."

962- thanks! Yes I think the cold is on the ropes now.... until the next little darling sneezes all over me again tomorrow probably!! :-)

Steven- have tried to practise a bit today, but am really finding it hard to concentrate. My exam is in 2 and a half weeks time, and it's now definitely make or break time. The other thing is that the day it falls on is a very inconvenient one to take time off work, as I have a Parents Day the same day... and we still don't know when we'll be moving house, sod's law probably means THAT will be on the same day too and the nervous breakdown will be complete!!

slansh - nope... never heard of that one... and I've spent lots and lots of time in Éire....

I'm not questioning yer... just saying that I've not heard it....

although when I am in Éire I usually spend most of my time completely wasted....

but last week however... for the first time ever... I spent a whole week in Dublin and didn't get monged once....
had a few beers obviously.. but not eye gouge mortal drunk sort of beers....

I guess I was just way way way toooooo busy for any of that....

mohawk/tahir, I personally think Yngwie is a jerk. I do appreciate what he does, and his style is definitely his own, but he seriously needs to chill. I like the neoclassical sound, but I get bored of all the speed. And regards onstage antics....in G3 2003 he was a mess....fat, hairy, covered in gold.....those things don't matter so much, but what upset me was seeing that Strat get smashed round that monitor!

civgeek, happy 300 man!
Delfino, don't worry about it bud.....if you wanna do a media job/career, your english won't need to be an A. Everyone kinda knows these days that English literature is a bullshit subject - I'm not saying shakespeare is bullshit, not at all.....he was great, but the shakespeare part of English study is irrelevant. You can study his words for hours on end, but at no point will you be taught how his work and the characteristics of his writing style link in with contemporary literature.
alexandre, thanks lots amigo! Thanks for checkin the tunes out, i'm glad you enjoyed them!
Stevee T, your dad worked on the F14? Shake his hand for me.....it's a beautiful aircraft, and whatever he was responsible for, he did a great job, cause it was one of few planes that truly worked for a long long time, with very little fuss. The only one I can really think of like it is the F18.
jazzzzzy, dude that'd be great if you could link my soundclick, if you don't mind?! Cheers bud!

here, have this! http://www.soundclick.com/bands/5/simondaultreymusic.htm

Clarky, nah i'm good thanks. There's a guy called Michio Kaku who could probably offer a well educated slant on it though!

962 I'm gonna' be consulting my english teachers tomorrow about the subject of the shakespeare exam (in my opinion shakespeare blows ass, blows it wide open). I'm not too fussed about being great at understanding his stuff, I really wanna' get a good mark because to get into University it all relies on "UCAS" points, which are given depending on grades...to get into the University of Staffordshire I need 280...which is medium amount of points, considering Oxford and Cambridge require 360 on entry.

Hopefully I can get to where I want to be. I also worked out today that if I get a job at "Hooters Musical Instruments" and if I'm on minimum wage (im guessing its around £3.50) then if I'm working 4 hrs a day after school on weekdays, and a full day on one weekend day then I'll be able to afford my new cabinet and head in around 7-8weeks...which is a lot less than I originally thought.

Lets hope I get the job then :-)

"NammMan: okay, who is the cook at your house? That's an impressive menu you've got going there...how do we all get an invite for dinner? ;)"

Thanks Cheese,

I happen to be the chef in the family. Ever since I semi-retired early, I have taken it up as sort of a hobby. I love to plan meals and cook for my wife, great quality time if you know what I mean. My other passion is travel. I love to experience new cities and buy produce, meat and wine locally. I love to cook on the road. Food, Wine, Music and love, Life is great!

As far as the invite, I usually take my show on the road so next time I am in Oregon, I'll let ya know.
