Do you have an honor code where you go to school? It may be in a school schedule of classes or something like that, or on their web site. Basically states, no cheating, and if you see cheating, tell.

I say, go after this person who clearly cheated - go to the professor/teacher, print off the pages the other student copied from and provide them to him/her to compare.* If the prof/teacher does not care - go to the department head and complain.

*This works great only if you did not copy anything from the same site.

It would be fun fight to watch though - Tommy Lee and Jolie. Wonder who would win? I wouldn't pay to watch it though.

Report: Bonds Admitted to Using Substances

SAN FRANCISCO - Baseball star Barry Bonds testified to a grand jury that he used a clear substance and a cream given to him by a trainer who was indicted in a steroid-distribution ring, but said he didn't know they were steroids, the San Francisco Chronicle reported Friday.

The Giants' slugger told the federal grand jury last year that Greg Anderson, his personal trainer, told him the substances he used in 2003 were the nutritional supplement flaxseed oil and a rubbing balm for arthritis, according to a transcript of his testimony reviewed by the Chronicle.

Hey Guys! I've only skimmed through so apologies if I've missed anything...............

Cube Nothing wrong with your track bro', just because people don't like the genre shouldn't detract from their appreciation of the art (ooh get me!!! lmao ;-)..........but seriously man, negative comments / opinions are not relevant to you. Constructive criticism is the only sort worth listening to. btw man, I love your Laveree (sp?) nice headstock !!!! Greatest Living Canadian ? lol...................... yeah okay then man, Mr Martone will have to come a close second to you ;-)

Alexandre I am very well, thanks for asking, I hope that you are well and that your music is progressing as you would like it to. I am a bit of a stranger to T2J these days but still get in when I can. Take care man. :-)

Clarky SpongeBob rocks man, what a mortal blow to your festive proceedings - lol. Did you have to settle for a substandard alternative, some Bob the Builder crap or similar ? lmao re: your custom..................... 'here's one I had made earlier.' lol

DannyK Nice to hear that you are getting on well on the musical front. I only really have my Jem but it gives me that good vibe feedback everytime, nice and comfortable. Aside from that I would love a Parker and the Andy Timmon's Ibanez AT300...................... dream on! I can't the bank manager or the wife wearing it - lol

Slanshroom So I've listened to the tracks from SBM.com (several times!) ................... whoa!.................. tone, texture and technique in abundance man, pristine playing with a real big nod to the 'less is more' school of thought. I was blown away man, I feel bad that I've burnt the tracks onto CD, it feels like I've stolen an album from you. Favorite track ? Feels Like Home, and Autumn Leaves, great take on that track and ..... oh I could go on man. I loved each track on there and your ability to play/write so well in each of the different genres is the icing on the cake. You must have worked real hard over the years. On listening to your stuff I figured that you might like Dave Martone, check him out if you get a chance.

Clarky, speaking of David Cross, I picked up an obscure CD called "Schizoid Dimension" on Purple Pyramid records out of California. There is a track by David Cross "Exiles (Edit)". Are you on this particular version? Also interested to know if you have ever seen "21st Century Schizoid Band" with Ian MacDonald, Mel Collins and I think the ex-guitarist from Level 42 whose strange name escapes me? If so, what were your impressions coz they got a DVD out now that I may or may not invest in. I must also ad that the "Dimension" tribute has a cool version of "Red" by John Goodsall of Brand X fame...

Saludos amigo

Attention All UK T2Jers

The thirteenth day of next month (January) sees the twenty-first anniversary of my birth. You are all cordially invited to the humble town of Guildford for much drinking and merriment.

It would be wicked to have a whole bunch of you guys and gals around. Come, eat, drink, and be merry. Very merry. Well, outrageously pissed probably... lmao

Hey guys, it's me again. Christmas is coming up and I hope you are all feeling to christmas cheer, I know I am. Need some opinions from you guys. All the feedback will help, I'd appreciate it. Here is going to be my new guitar effects setup for christmas, tell me what you guys think personally of the effects. I have a Line 6 Spider II 210 amp, and I play on a Schecter C-1 Diamond Series Classic, amazing guitar. I am going to get the Boss Ds-1 Distortion, Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer, Fulltone Ultimate Octave, Crybaby 535Q Wah Pedal, and Pedaltrain Pedalboard with DC Brick Power supply. What do you guys think? Solid effect setup? Can I chain them at all? Do they offer great guitar tones? Any suggestions for nice clean lead settings on the pedals? Any kind of feedback will help. Thanks guys.

"No, no Cubs worship here"

Welcome back big daddy! From a quick look at the time of your post, looks like you were up early. I hope all is well with your new baby. I've missed you here, the conversation is so much better when you are around. I am sure that you heard about the Bears signing Mr. Indianapolis head case himself, Jeff George George George of the NFL. The quarterback dilemma continues in chi-town. Are you back to work yet, or still enjoying some rest and time off with the new edition to the family?

Out.

Thanks.

Clarky - Nice guitar!! I like the Henry Ford reference. My grandfather used to tell me that all the time. I can't wait till I'm done with school and I can actually buy some decent gear. As a side note I was listening to an interview with the guy that does the voice for Sponge Bob. He was telling this story about how he was in second grade and the nun from the other second grade class brought in this kid by the ear. The nun was in tears. She walks in and says "You take him, I can't handle him anymore." As it turns out the kid being dragged in was Bobcat Goldwaite. They been great friends ever since. I can't imagine having both of those kids in the same class. Poor teachers!!

Delfino - A chipped tooth sucks ass. Sorry to hear about the crazy gum slicing dentist. But then the English are known for their dental work!! =8).

Greatest Canadian: Shania Twain. Hate her music but man what a body.

Favorite Guitar (right now): JS 1000

Best show: Tower of Power. Love the Funk!!

Hopes for the new year: More gear.

Favorite new album / DVD: Vai at the Astoria

Future G3 dream line-up: Joe, Steve, PG

Dream Venue: Anywhere I'm playing

JUJU - Sounds like one of those days where you shoulda' stayed in bed. Two accidents, danm!! Well good news the qtr/semester is almost over. Nothin like a 3-4 week break to pick up the spirits.

Tommy /Angolina - After seeing those pictures of Tommy in his tu-tu I might have to put my money on Angolina.

3GP - Is there somewhere we can go to see the Satch stuff from the Dec 6 Show?

Both Tommy Lee and Jolie are a bit off center - if you will, not quite right.

Could be an even fight - Tommy may fight dirty - but she might like that. Is it wrong?

Hey Joe! I'm one of your many fans that you have, here in Argentina. I really thank you for coming back so soon ( I saw you the last 2 times you came to Argentina) and, of course with those "great masters of the guitar" (Vai and Fripp). I can't wait to see you on tuesday...it will be a great show, I'm sure of that. Here in Argentina, we're always expecting for you to come...so, after this G3 show, don't take so long to come back. Thanks for everything you give to us...your music, your sounds, your creativity, your magic.

962- thanks for the understanding... i hate it when people are able to skate by on someones elses work... especially when the class is part of their major! doesnt bother me quite so much when it is an elective, but if it is part of your major you should be learning it... oh i meant to tell you that i checked out eye of ra and i really liked your work in it! like you said a little better mixing would be nice, but i really enjoyed it...

zincmaster- thanks, but i wouldnt ever do that... cant bring myself to be the tattletale... however i cited that information in my paper so hopefully when she reads my paper she will realize what happened...

civgeek- i was thinking the same thing too, so after i got home i put a movie in and crawled into bed :) actually i have only two days off and then i take a condensed class (public speaking) and i will be able to get it over with in 8 days... be nice to only have to freak out about a speech due the next day for eight days instead of a normal semester :) (i liked your artichoke idea... lol) then it is christmas time and off to iceland and cambridge!!! :)

hope all in satchland have a good afternoon and weekend....
