PFields yeah, George Lychs plays similar music, I love that old school stuff. I think it would be awsome to see those guys to play together. I think he played on a cd that was a tribue to Joe Satriani and Steve Vai, called Lords of Karma or something. I haven't heard it but I saw it somewhere. so maybe he is a friend or at least a fan of Joe and/or Steve.

Tracie, I went in to work tonight and my boss told me that there was a bat flying around in the warehouse earlier in the day. He said that it landed and the guys caught it with a box and a piece of cardboard and released it outside. I guess they're looking for a warm place to stay, so they come in the air vent flaps in the walls. It's easy access for anything really. lol! When it's windy it blows the flaps open and we can see daylight (or night), so the critters can slip right in. We're at bat height on the 4th floor too. lol! He asked me if I was scared of them, and I said no. I told him I wouldn't promise I'd stand still, but I wouldn't freak out either. lol! One thing for sure is I'd be laughing my butt off watching everyone else's reactions. lol!

OCPS, I still think of 9/11 when I hear a plane decend or see one flying low. I live in eastern PA and I'm not to close to any of the places that were hit, but it still stops me in my tracks. There were a LOT of loud air traffic patrols over my house after 9/11. I think places with a bigger concentration of ppl. would be a target, like tall buildings or subways, but I would never be stupid enough to rule out amusement parks or important structures. I understand what you're saying, but we can't live with the "what if's" or we will stay locked in our houses.

Powerslave, Dave's surgery went well. He is breathing better now, but still gets headaches. Still, it's better than it was. Joe's show was amazing. I got to give him the license plate I had on my old hooptie for a few years. I hope he hung it in his studio or his garage. It read - SATCHR8 :-) Sorry you didn't get to see any shows.

achoo, sorry about Mustaine.

mari, the toof (err, hole in my skull) hurts today. I was so busy taking care of everyone else for the holidays that I didn't take care of myself. I totally forgot that I was supposed to rinse with saltwater. DUH! I'm on it now, so I hope it starts to feel better soon. Yesterday my daughter cracked her head real good getting in the car. You know how it happens when you don't bend enough and wind up cracking your skull on the top of the doorway. She didn't have a lump, but she has a nice headache. I'll probably take her to the doctor's tomorrow if she still has a headache. She didn't have any symptoms except a headache, so we figured we'd just watch her. Don't know if the doc will order a CT scan or what? I'm watching her sleep on the sofa now. I'll take her up to bed when I go up. She's eating and stuff, pupils are equal, didn't get knocked out, so...?

wow, finally caught up after 9 pages!

Big Bunny, Michelle thank you for your concern. He will Be greatly missed. The ferret gods have bigger plans for him. I feel he is in a better place. I only feel bad now that I didn't have any pictures of him, but his memory will live on forever in my heart.

Yo Joe, When I heard you were coming to Melbourne Australia in March I was ecstatic. The second I had a chance I rushed out to get my ticket, but was shocked to find that only people over 18 could enter due to the availability of alcohol at the bar (being 16 I’m really pissed off). I know the chances of you reading this message are slim so over next few weeks I will be posting it frequently (please do not consider me a pest). Maybe one of your assistants could answer this message for help. (Don’t try and contact me at 123 Fake Street- not real address :-P )

Cheers – have a happy new year, Rob

Stevee T, after checking his I.D. to make sure, yes, Dave is my husband. lol!

Alex, Christmas day was nice. We had a nice dinner at my in-laws. They got me new pots and pans :) It was nice to spend time together with the family. We got them a DVD player and a Harry Connick DVD. They love it! Now we have to buy them some more DVD's. I don't think they want to borrow to many of mine. They don't like heavy music ;-) I hope you had a wonderful holiday, and my best wishes for a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year.
