JOE... Get well soon man, GUITAR needs you!! :-) Dont get relapsed, make sure you kick it good... And best wishes to your wifes family Joe... I pray noone in her family was injured or worse... God bless their souls, our unit is going down there for relief efforts, and they need all the help they can get... 15 mil. (or whatever the U.S. pledged, and I know it will go up....) is sad, really sad, when you look at the 100's of billions that are being spent on war...

...Godspeed people...

Hy friends around the world
First of all Iīd like to say that Iīm very sad to hear that so much people lost their life in the tsunami in south east of asia, I just canīt imagine what force that must have been to cause this, it shows us how fragile human life is .....

And Iīm also sad to hear what happened to Joe, I know a lot of people have said that but I also wish the best for him
And I know how you are feeling when you have pneumonia, I think it was not easy for him to do the show.
I had pneumonia when I was 15 years old, it was dangerous because I had so a high temperature, it took me over 2 weeks of fully recovering, and because of that experience Iīve made at that time I would like to say:
Please: Donīt hurry to be on stage again! At the moment your health is more important!
I know every fan likes to see you on stage, cause everyone can see that you really have fun on stage, but if you are not at 100 % again, you will damage your body more than you know.
Iīm not a doctor and I donīt want to frighten everyone, but I know what can happen.
I have a friend that got a myocarditis because of not fully recovered after a pneumonia. First she had to take a lot of medicaments because of the pneumonia and afterwards she had to take a lot of medicaments because of the myocarditis.
And my grandfather died 2 years ago at the 23 December in hospital because he didnīt realize he had a pneumonia and then everything was going so quick .......
So please take care of your health

Take care everybody ................ tune ;-)

Hey Joe, I just bought a new amp and I'd like to store in it the settings that you use for Midnight, the only problem is, I don't know what settings you use for Midnight, so if it's at all possible could you reveal them please, unless of course it's a secret then I'll just go listen to some jazz.

Tracie, glad to hear the T2J peeps had your back and the guy left. I guess some people think that because they paid for their ticket, they can do whatever they want. Butts! I'm upset to hear that you didn't see any security. Was there a pat down and bag search at the doors? I mean, that guy could have had anything in his bag, as well as anyone else. I know we can't go round thinking every situation will turn into another Dimebag tragedy, but man, it's just not safe out there with all the freakin' loons!

Brother al, are you signed up for the newsletter? The word came right to our email that Joe has pa-noo-nee, or as normal people say it, pneumonia. Hope things are good in the land of green.

Steven, don't get yourself all worked up about Mark. I'm sure the lines of communication are jammed. All we can do is hope and pray his family is safe. Maybe he went to help? Maybe the computer is the last thing on his mind. I can't imagine what it must be like with all the devistation there. I don't think I would be thinking about my computer. I'd be to busy with everything else. Lets just keep him and his family in our prayers and hold down the fort till we hear something different. Do you have his number? Maybe you can try to place a call to him. Like I said, he is north of the big hit, so maybe he didn't have as much damage as the places they're showing on T.V. Just keep sending him your good positive vibes. It will help him wherever he's at.

Mikey, take care of yourself while you're there. I know you guys and gals will do a kickass job. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing what you do. As for the 15 million from the US, I'm glad we're helping, but they pay more than that for a friggin' screwdriver in the US Government. These people need some serious help. I'm not saying we should foot the entire bill, but the houses those moldy bastards live in are probably worth 5X what they're offering for relief from the worse disaster in history.

Tune, good warnings in your post. I also hope Joe stays home and gets back to 100% before he starts work again. I'm sure that at this point, Joe doesn't want to go aaaaanywhere.

ZZ, TAKE CARE OF YOUR DAD AND DON'T LET HIM OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS!

;-)

Dang, just heard about your pneumonia (I hope it's only walking pneumonia at most and nothing more serious); I share the same sentiments of all your fans, hope you get well soon, and have a merry Christmas and happy New Year. That goes for everyone, and all those who died in the earthquake and tsunami, rest in peace, and the families and friends of the casualties, God bless you.

Merry Christmas, Feliz Navidad, and all that other happy stuff! (even though it's after Christmas...oh well)

RIP . . .

'Law & Order' Star Jerry Orbach Dies

NEW YORK - Actor Jerry Orbach, who played a sardonic, seen-it-all cop on TV's "Law & Order" and scored on Broadway as a song-and-dance man, has died of prostate cancer at 69, a representative of the show said Wednesday.

Orbach died Tuesday night in Manhattan after several weeks of treatment, Audrey Davis of the public relations agency Lippin Group said.

Suzie 2000: Numpties!! That cracks me up, I have a friend at work who used to work in Scotland as a nurse and she says things like numpties and "crap-in-a-hat" and all sorts of funny stuff I haven't heard anyone else say! Oh, and a "midden"! Yeah, the numpties were there at the concert but are probably at every concert...we just got to be in front of them for that show. There were even people smokiing pot, at least at the first night's show...in a non-smoking arena! It's a good life lesson for my son though, he has to be able to deal with all sorts of situations cuz the world doesn't run around trying to make life perfect for him!

Steven: I know you don't know me, but I feel your pain so clearly expressed in your posts. Please keep praying for Mark and for all the souls affected by the tsunami and earthquake. Prayers are so powerful, and you are not alone in sending them...there is strength in prayer and in numbers and I bet thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of people are praying right now. Our hearts hurt for them but even if we can't be there bodily to help as we wish we could, we can pray and you are doing your part the best you can! Try not to slip further into depression, you must fight it so you can be there for Mark and others who need you, and most especially for yourself. You are a lovely person, so take care and keep your spirits up. You're not alone in this world!

Michelle: Security was there at the arena, don't want to give the wrong impression. And they were very nice guys. They did do a pat-down before anyone got in, but really there was no room for them to stand by the stage...people were just squished against it. There was no barrier set up like on the Live in San Fran DVD. I imagine security was somewhere in the room, just not up front. And ya know, the thought definitely crossed my mind about the guy with the backpack.....what was in it and why was he so adamant about getting it up on stage......pretty scary thoughts were running through my head at that point as I had Dimebag on the brain and what happened to him. I think everyone near there wondered what he was up to, probably was really harmless but you never know anymore... I was so relieved to see that he finally left the area.

With his illness, Joe just didn't need the hassle....sorry for the scuffle Joe, emotions were running a bit high by that point and people were feeling protective of you, but you didn't need that happening in front of you while you were playing. Luckily, you didn't have to see the guy grabbing the mic stand to take the 3 picks you left before coming back out for the encore and jam. I feel a little embarrassed about my son and how he reacted to the situation. He still has a lot to learn about life..but at the same time I guess he stood up for himself and was motivated by watching out for you. That's not a good excuse to get physical but it happened and next time perhaps he'll make a better choice.
