Hey all, id just like to know if there will EVER be a concert in the UK (where i am from) cos their does not seem to be much in the way of concerts for us brits! Satch and G3 are some of the best musicians ever and I for one would like to see them live this year in Britain. If someone could give me some dates that would be great, or maybe you could schedule some, Satriani? anyway, cheers, love the music etc. etc.

Amazing 13 year old guitarist in Phoenix was trying to open for you on Dec 30 show. Clearchannel said it was already booked. Tommy Gibbons, a 13 year old Korean American has a band called KOAMA that would be a great fit for opening a Joe Show. Tommys first concert seen was a G-3 show and Joe, you inspired him to pick up the guitar. He plays a JSX Peavey head just like you. Most recently Tommy opened for Gary Hoey in Tempe, Az, nad Gary was blown away and invited Tommy to go to NAMM as a guest of his. Tommys goal is to have his band KOAMA open for you. I hope you are feeling better, as I heard the show was cancelled due to your health. When you do come back, please let Tommy and KOAMA open for you. His guitar is out of sight and unbelievable. Even if they cannot open for you, we will be in the audience. Tommy has an awesome band in Guy DiPerna, 33 yr old on drums and CJ roberts, 29 on Bass. I hope they can open for you. You will not be sorry, his guitar is mind blowing and he plays in the top tier NOW and would do a G-3 Just fine. I hope you can hook them up Tom in Phx, Az e- mail triplerpool@direcway.com or call 623-935-9221 to book Tommy and KOAMA. Happy New Year and Get better Joe Tom

Hiya' all... season's greetings from Sweden. It's been a while and I'm NOT crawling through 4,000+ posts lol. I don't think anyone's been posting to me specifically anyway.

JOE Really sorry to hear about your pneumonia. Get yourself well rested before you get back on the road to kick some serious butt! :-)

The tsunami catastrophe is developing into a national trauma for Sweden - our share of tourists to Thailand, Indonesia and Sri Lanka is said to be the biggest in Europe, especially Thailand. Our Foreign Ministry is estimating that there are still approximately 4,000 Swedish tourists missing in that area. I'm very fortunate not to have any friends or family among the casualties, but I'm certain I will know someone who knows someone who died and so on. Sweden is a small country, only 9 million people live here, so it's not a very big step from one end of the human chain to the next.

The disaster has been dominating the media this week, and the government is highly criticized for not moving into action sooner. It wasn't until Wednesday that the first rescue staff arrived from Sweden. Apparently several offers of help from private nurses, doctors, experienced rescue team members and so on were turned down, because "they weren't needed". Simply astonishing. I wouldn't be too surprised if some of those in charge have to resign as a result of this.

Well, sorry to rant, but it's been such a big part of my life all week. 120,000 dead human beings is just too much to understand. Please keep the unfortunate victims and their families in your prayers tonight, and please make a donation to the Red Cross or some other help organisation.

On a lighter note, I finally received a copy of ITLIS? for Christmas and it ROCKS! I can't seem to get I Like The Rain out of my head... The whole album is very groovy and I really like the 'going-back-to-the-roots'-vibe... Keep on rocking JOE! :-)

Be safe and take good care of each other

Hey Mr. Mark (death cube K), I heard ur almost finished with your solo project. Congratulations! I am designing my CD covers and I need help. I have Photoshop 7.0 and I made a few but I;m not sure if I am doing them right. Can you tell me if you know, how all this works? Like possibly a tutorial or another program made specifically for designing CD covers. Thanks in advance !
