Well my guitar has been in Drop C for a few days now, time to go back upto standard and get back where I feel safe :-)
I haven't really been upto much today, I completely forgot about my track and just played grand theft auto online all day instead lol.

Steve W- I did get you b-day wishes and I thank you. Eveything is going well. How about you? I'm taking a break from the guitar for now cuz my Jets are in a battle for a playoff spot. This day is also the 1 yr aniversary of me picking up the guitar for the 1st time. Man time flies.

Ah...I spied an unsuspecting couple having an intimate conversation under a warmly glowing street lamp. Perfect suspects. I pulled down my pants, rolled down the window, and stuck my butt out, waving my hands as the driver of the car madly blows the horn.
In the middle of this little display of infantile brilliance, I realize that the couple I'm shaking my skinny little 16-year-old ass at are none other than Joe Satriani and his girlfriend. Our eyes met, and I was stunned. It was too difficult to retract my buttocks into the car so the only thing I could do as we drove by was wave and yell "Hi Joe!!".
I think in my next guitar lesson Joe Satch said something in regard to the streaking whiteness of my passing buttocks, and I was just "Wha...wha...what do you mean??""

i almost slept thru the new year the other night - 2 glasses of bubbly at 8pm & i was zzzzzz heh i'm such a lightweight!
i've also started listening to BLS - i got 2 of their cds from amazon.com - i really like 'Hangover Music Vol. 6'

962, They have been releasing DVD Audio product in North America for a few years now but releases that we guitarists would find interesting are few and far between, They are also quite expensive compared to a CD. They do have the added attraction of video bonus extras, lyrics, photos and videos. The EJ for instance has the video of Trademark as a bonus.

HI joe hope you get better soon my dad has a guitar pick from your first australian tour he was wondering what year it was if it helps it was at the enmore theatre and the pick is yellow on one side it has your name and on the other it has your silouette so if you could ansewr that it would be a great help Thanks

CLARKY - I have two ways to compose a song, or i have the melody on my mind or i`m improvising and i find a cool melody or riff. All the solos i do after recording the riffs and the basic structure :-). As you know my life is travelling and when i`m at home play guitar is a scape to relax my mind :-).
