Steven Wilde, yeah thanks man......my dad was only 55, it really sucks :-(
On a lighter note, yeah music and guitar playing are good for getting you in touch with new friends from new places.
Ibanez89, the chrome JS is likely to cost a lot more than the 1000/1200, but if it's still in your budget, then there's no question.....wait and get the chrome one!
bahduh, hehe, yeah definitely no rift intended amigo! We'll have to agree to differ on the Bill Gates thing, haha
Everyone in the US, here in the UK (and other places no doubt) a lot of stores are putting buckets on the end of their checkout by the cash register, for people to put tsunami-relief donations in. I was just wondering, is the same kind of thing being done in the US?

Well folks, we finally did the move and it all went through ok! We are both thrilled with the new house, it's excellent! We had a few nerve-racking moments on Friday, but most of the mini-problems have now been sorted- the only bummer was that my yamaha digital piano has developed a fault- when you press any of the keys they automatically sustain- the pedal must have a fault, but I'm not even sure if it's fixable. Anyone got any advice about that on the offchance? We've had it over a year so it's out of warranty. The reason I need it fixed is that in about 6 weeks I'm doing a piano exam and need to be practising daily- this will screw things up a little!
Well moving house sure takes it out of you. I am so tired I could probably sleep for a week!
