Ibanez89

You should wait a few days.

Otherwise, people will just ignore your post and you will NEVER find out.

Maybe I have what you are looking for?

Hi Stevee T!!!!!!!!!!!! I'am fine and life in Moskow is to fast but it's OK! I agree with you in your thoughts about Vai and Satriani. Joe is a genuis, because he plays very beautiful. When he was in Moskow he was great (he always great) I could feel his emotions. But anyway Steve's music is my religion and I think that it is difficult to compare such guitar players as Steve and Joe. I even think that it is impossible, because they have their own souls and styles of playing. When Joe played in Moskow Flying in a Blue Dream I cried. When Steve played in Denver on a guitar with 3 necks I was shoked. I never heard anything like this. That's why we can say who is better.

I think this is a good idea to perform at Jemfest. Your way of playing is very nice and think you will have Big Succes. So play on man.
This year I will record my first serious(real) CD and it takes much time. But I work hard and I dream to create something outstanding.
It is interesting to me what do you think about Greg Howe and his album "Five".

Peace and Warm regads!!!

Sax player,

Glad to hear all is well in Moscow, and thanks for the positive response to my new music, and my Jemfest plans.

Greg Howe sounds like he's got some nice fusion chops goin on, and certainly has an impressive resume', and players that he's working with.

Love to hear your new CD once you've completed it.

Peace!

962,

Not only I am I surprised to hear predict a new album this winter, but his announcement about his new Chrome JS Ibanez that he'll unvail at NAMM next week.

When I called Ibanez to inquire, they said that no such new guitar existed, and that they were cleared to release any new products that would be introduced there.

Maybe, it's TOP SECRET!?

Gotta got to practice in a few minutes...talk to ya later!

Love + Peace!

Hey Joe, glad to hear you're feeling better. I missed the opprtunity to see you play in Phoenix last december because of your pneumonia. I'm looking forward to april 6th. I've been listening to your music since 1988 but never had the chance to see you live. Hopefully you don't get sick after your new-zealand tour.

I've been saving up cash to buy an ibanez which was my first ever guitar, an old roadstar series-2 if that means anything to you. I think owning a JS will be my way to show my respect and admiration for your musical talent and creativity.

See you in Phoenix Joe, Take care

Almost Amateur, Im not sure how expensive your guitar is but if you don't mind whackin' it a bit I have a few whammy tips that might help you sound more like SATCH... First you can try pullin up on the whammy bar instead of pushin' down all the time.........this souds kinda weird but it's cool, very Steve Vai..Also you can try hittin' the whammy with harmonics..try playin' a solid harmonic and then doing some whammy action on that harmonic, make a steady rythm with the whammy kinda' like a manual wah wah.like this hit the harmonic, let it ring for a sec, then strike the whammy bar, push it once rapidly then let it go, wait a sec then repeat the same action, do this until you lose sustain on your harmonic. Also my fave exercise for the whammy bar is to take some old strings put them on your guitar if they are not already on, then tighten them as tight as they go without breakin', then sit back on your sofa watch some t.v. and keep pumpin' the whammy with your right hand until the strings break.......It's like jackin' off your whammy bar, keep on tightening up the strings as they loosen...this can get hard on the hand and arm but the pain eventually goes, and so does the need to practice.thanks..peace.

Namm Man - Yes, the mistake was intentional, but you know that now... let's paint the mirror black. Which one is your favorite Rush album, if I may? How do you like Vapor Trails ? The radio stations didn't pick it up at all (where I live anyways).

Clarky -

I beg your pardon Sir, LOL How are you? OK , you asked Hadley the right question. I should have too. He needs to understand what's going on there before we give him all on a platter. He's all yours now.

Later

mikesb:I,ve not,i,ve heard plenty about Mr Stevens though & its all been good i,m about due t buy some cds, recon it should be in the basket?I used t jam with a wicked flamenco guitarist here b4 he & his wife left for France, clean electric guitar fitted perfect alongside the sound, although my comping lacked substance in comparison t his, something i,m acutely aware of now & studying, was an amazing experience t play with a musician/guitarist so good.

AlexandreCaetano:http://www.sevenbrassmonkeys.com/Roy.htm,should have an mp3 of C-prelude & the Gypsy Airs up later this morn, not slept for 2 days for editing, not bad for a first mix, could be better,man..... how many times have i said that, lol, but i,m sick of it,think i,ll leave it the way it is & move on.Stay good bro & good luck with your own work.must sleep zzzzzzzzzzz
