Hey guys, It's me again, comin' back for some more input. I'm interested in buyin' a delay pedal for my setup instead of usin' my amps built in delay function. Anyone have any comments, price doesn't matter, just lookin' for a very smooth rich delay. I need it to preserve my tone. It's main usage is for writin' instrumentals like Satch, and to hit some lead breaks. Let me know your input. Thanks.

Keep On Rockin' in The Free World...

MR WILDE - HOPE U GET BETTER SOON.

MR TROTT - Very Pro looking website. Enjoyed the background geetar overlays too.

Mr DELFINO - Tried to listen - just couldn't get the link to work.

MR SHROOM - UR STILL A FEKKER EVEN IF YOU DID CRAWL! Always happy to support you dude. Actually, we met in the back of a van in 1990 on the way to a Satch concert in Glasgow-remember? With Leighton Page etc. You had very long hair then - but u were still a FEKKER. Glad the album is nearing completion. I'll get on with publishing it soon. Always been a pleasure to help you.

Only thought left is - I wanna live in Thailand. I love it there.

Bye for noooooo

Ronnie

hoiguy79 - I haven't played through the floor unit, but I have played through the Valvetronic amp. That was nice I liked it a lot. What I liked the most was the versatility. To have all those sounds at your disposal. How cool!! Especially for people like me in cover bands where I am changing tones with every song. If you get to play through one let us know what it's like.

Thanks civgeek, it's just that I'm looking for a better tube amp sound, than what my spider line 6 amp can give; but maybe i should wait for the JSX combo = ). But I'm still thinking about it.

Joe is using his Right hand to mute the strings, and he very quickly does a hammer on each string in a specific pattern with the left hand. Takes time to get it down and is a bery cool lick. The tabs are out there.

I feel totally betrayed. I have bought and have been thoroughly inspired by you, Joe and yet you skip Canberra in your Australian Tour and both concerts are on school nights and its a bit hard to get out of a day of yr12. PLEASE MAKE A CHANGE AND COME TO CANBERRA! YOU WOULD SELL OUT I ASSURE! PLEASE!! WE NEED MUSIC IN OUR CAPITAL! No one comes to Canberra, be an non-conformist and help set a trend, where would you be without live music??

Stevee T, I like the sound of the sample song. But I would like to hear the full album to judge better... Is it expensive? I'm in Europe, how can I get it? I've just seen a photo of you with Satch: you're lucky... I think (at least judging from the sample...) that your songs could be really really good (I mean to be really appreciated worldwide) if you do like steve vai: what I mean is to have a point at which you let people see the technical part andb some good and melodic speed ups... you see what I mean? 'Cause I think the theme of the song (with that wha-wha expression) is cool...

Re: The_Leperakorn No one comes to Canberra, be an non-conformist and help set a trend, where would you be without live music??

with all due respect :) you said it yourself - no one goes to Canberra. in fact i'm surprised Joe has included Perth, because most artists/bands miss us out because we are too far away. i think we are lucky Joe is coming to Oz at all man, we have Mr. Vai to thank for that. i hope you can get to Melbourne or Adelaide, any of the gigs......i know your education is important, but to see the worlds greatest guitar player - missing a day of school is quite acceptable - we'll learn more from watching Joe in 1 night then we did/will learn from school in a week :D

i'd be flying east if he wasn't coming to Perth - joe saved me a plane trip,

hope you get to the gig :) BigBunny.. . . . . .. .

Howdy joe, (if you read this) I'd just like to say, thank you, For actually making the music that you do! you've inspired me to pick up the guitar and learn, i've been playing for 2 and a half years now, and, without sounding big headed, I think that i'm not too bad at all.. i learned satch boogie last night :D Anyway, the reason i'm sending this post is because i was wondering, is ther any chance that you would be able to come to Northern Ireland for a gig???? 962- Thank you for asking, the new house is excellent, we've really settled in now. There are a few jobs to do to it, but nothing too major. It is so nice to go home after work and look forward to seeing your home- we had about a year of the opposite! Not being happy where you are living can ruin your life, (not to mention your health!), I know that sounds a bit melodramatic, but I think true! Hope you're having a good weekend too :-)

Once again thanks for your interest in my music/site.

www.stevetrott.com

You can hear samples of the whole album if you click on the BLINKING listen message just to the right of center on the home page screen, or in Discography too.......

(you may have to temporarily disable your Pop-Up Blocker)

As for how to obtain a copy of my new CD Eclectivity, I will be offering free copies to TJ2 members before the end of this month....Joe's welcome too...lol!

Thanks again, and let me know how you like the rest of the songs. If you look in my right hand in the picture of Joe & myself (in the photo section) there's a CD copy of one of the songs I wrote for Joe that I was about to hand him called "Take me away Joe"...it's on my website....Peace
