Hi everyone- am having to spend this morning waiting around like a sap for the engineer from NTL to install the cable.... will they ever turn up I wonder?

Steven- how are you today? Last night we had to go for a drink with my brother who has just broken up with his girlfriend, so that was fun!? So we had to play pool, so that he wouldn't go on about it all night- that probably sounds mean, but he's broken up with her at least ten times, and the conversation kind of goes around in circles... anyway havea good day Steven!

Zenfish:If the work comes in soon,my peavey will be here in March, fingers crossed bro,i still think for recording you should bring all your pedals if y feel that will get y into the spirit better, however, choice is yours & yip,its tough with just 2 pedals at jam sessions.I played for many years on tour with nothing, straight into the DI box & out t the rig.Reason being,it was better financially for the band t cart less gear around "flights etc" & if anything went wrong sound wise,it was easy t track down the problem which there is if y play at a festival with 5 other bands who never run on schedule & always overplay,a quick line check & your on with no sound check, pretty scary if your playing t 2000 peeps & the first 30 seconds suck, lol

BigBunny, that's so harsh to hear about that kitten, but it's great that it's okay and the kids have been arrested. What's your e-mail address, if you don't mind? I got a mail I should send you.....I warn you, it's a web-petition, but it's an important one, it's about cruel treatment of cats! if you don't want to put your mail address up here just mail me - airman_siro@yahoo.co.uk

Steven Wilde, haha, "aaaah, so many options". To be honest dude, are you happy with what you can achieve with your current recording rig? Does it do everything you need to the standard that you desire? or, is it a hassle to use, and does it hold you back cause it doesn't allow you to do what you invisage? if it's the former then stick with it - if it ain't broke, don't fix it! If the latter, and it's a hinderance, then definitely upgrade! It's tricky to decide though isn't it! hehe.

Glad you're okay....yeah I'm good thanks dude....just counting the days, waiting for my bass to arrive!

RA180, welcome to t2j! yeah it'd be great to see Joe and G3 taking their tour through Russia, I really hope they do. St Petersberg would be such a great place to play!
jazzzzzy, you're crackin me up man, it's great to see you back on here again, you're hilarious!
Ovation1, miiikkeeeeyyyyy! Hows things sensai? Hope you and the family are good! I saw a PGM10th on ebay last night......awwww......it's so nice! Do you still play your PGM or do you favour the Jem these days?
Suzie, morning! haha, I hate having to wait for things like that! because I work in the evenings and am often at home in the daytime, my mum always arranges for things to be delivered or work to be done while I'm here, so I have to just wait. It's really annoying too....you can't play guitar with an amp otherwise you won't hear the knock at the door! haha, oh the waiting game! It's an art!

Zenfish,

12String Ibanez acoustic/electric...now to me...there's a world unto itself...acoustic 12 string....with a cutaway, so soft, in tune & easy to play....very surprised, and finally pickin her up next week.

Telecaster...I use (believe it, or not) a $169.00 US...Fender Squire Affinity Tele on the song Amex on the new CD, which on this CD Eclectivity is the closest thing to shredding I've offered.

www.stevetrott.com

I'm very surprised to see how mellow my 1st album is, the new CD I'm currently working on is much harder core...more towards a Satch styled shred with high speed pyrotechnics, bluesy, acidflavor.

I read in your email to beedoo, that we might be seeing an offering from you The Zenfish & The Slanshroom very soon, yes?

I'm eagerly awaiting your fine art!

Peace!

Suzie2000,

Captain Jayneway reporting for duty!

Katie Melua's music is very peaceful, soulful, & mature for a 20 year old, and she does not have to sing, or play guitar for me to appreciate her multi faceted talents.....

peace...Picard out!

btw...thanks for turning me on to Jamie Cullum...he does a laid back funky version of " I could have danced all night" that took me off guard, and Jimi's "The wind cries Mary" has a nice feel too...I love almost all of music as long as it touches me in that certain ....how does one describe........examples...Satch, Marvin Gaye, Hendrix, Debussey, Sly & The Family Stone, Eric Johnson, Rory Gallagher, Beatles, Joe Pass, Tom Waits, Al Dimeola, DelAmitri, George Duke, EVH, Oscar Peterson, Kings X, Johnny Winter, Jimmy Page....Mitch Miller, Nat Cole, Pat Martino, Jaco Pastorius, Victor Wooten, Josie & The Pussycats, The Byrds, Ry Cooder, Roy Buchanan, Edgar Winter, Tower of Power, Doctor John, The Banana Splits, The Malm, The Vai, The Schon, The Lukather, The Petrucci,The T2J's....I could go, on & on & on....

I'm a kajillion posts behind again,

MIKEY!! I owe you an email. I miss ya bro! Give Cookie a squeeze for me and get those pictures rolling my way!

It started to snow about 45 minutes ago. This is going to be a biggin'. Maybe a foot? First snow storm of the year. Nice of Mother Nature to wait for the weekend. My poor daughter has to work today at the grocery store. She isn't feeling well and is trying to fight off a sore throat. My husband just dropped her off and said the lot was jammed with cars getting in and out. People are retarded. Every single snow storm is like the end of the friggin world. lol! Who needs that much bread & milk???? Those shelves are always empty before a storm. Does this happen everywhere, or just here?

SOTD - "C" is for Cookie ~ in honor of Mikey's new puppy ;-)

edit - snow storn?? anybody know what that is? lol!

Vick is wicked. If the Eagles can stop him or get him out of his comfort zone, they have a great chance. I don't know much about the Falcons, but I do know Vick's arm is like a cannon.

Why am I suddenly hearing the cannons from "For Those About To Rock" in my head? LOL!

FIRE!!

No need to pray for snow. It's coming if I want it to or not - and a lot of it! lol!
