Steven Wilde, happy birthday to you too.....I hope you're ok dude.....i read bahduh's message that you're not in such god health today?! Hope you get well quickly amigo, take it easy!
Delfino, that's so unfair, you get to write essays about The Sopranos?! I wish I could have done that, it's the best!
I'm listening to the Fire Garden album for the first time in months and hearing things I've never heard before.....I must have (cumulatively) spent days listening to this record! Amazing!
JS_JS, nicely put ;-)

Not everyone is on at all times.

Give it a few days/week until you post again.

The person who may have your answer may not be around for a while.

glad you liked it - it was pretty neat.

there is another one that is in an office setting and whether you are working under windows or not - it is a more computer joke than a hair color joke.

Zenfish:I,m in the process of learning & practicing the techniques in order t play good flamenco,i have a more classical approach so it feels unnatural to me,however i,m persevering. The different compas are interesting t mess around with in themselves, currently i,m working with Seguiriyas which is a recurring cycle of 12 half beats with 5 accents,Sevillanas & Fandangos.I remember on my visit to Uzbekistan, the techniques the musicians used were remarkably similar to flamenco guitarists, infact i would say more evolved.I thought it more than probable info has travelled The Great Silk Road & ended with the gypsy in south Spain but that would be pure speculation.

Death cube:Sounds impressive, thanks for keepin me posted

Ovation,AlexandreCaetano:Well on the mend now peeps, thanks for your mails.sending Ronnie a version of c-/hungarian tonight, managed the backing at last, all be it nearly a year later,Only the harmony t record at the start & i,m out o there & down t the bar!

Clarky:"then for the coup de grace.. tell him it's his round..." yeah for the entire band & 20 piece orchestra, lol

hey Joe, glad you're recovering. i know you're a Hendrix fan like i am and i'm wondering if you've considered, in light of current events, performing a 2005 version of Machine Gun during your soon to be re-scheduled 2004 year-end gigs. I won the backstage visit w/ you for the new year's eve show at the Ventura Theatre that was cancelled. and, i could not help but think of Jimi's fillmore east new year's eve 69/70 performance of Machine Gun and how cool it would be to hear your interpretation of it, considering all that's going on today in the world.

hope you're good as new soon.

Jimi

You should wait a few days.

Otherwise, people will just ignore your post and you will NEVER find out.

Maybe I have what you are looking for?

Hi Stevee T!!!!!!!!!!!! I'am fine and life in Moskow is to fast but it's OK! I agree with you in your thoughts about Vai and Satriani. Joe is a genuis, because he plays very beautiful. When he was in Moskow he was great (he always great) I could feel his emotions. But anyway Steve's music is my religion and I think that it is difficult to compare such guitar players as Steve and Joe. I even think that it is impossible, because they have their own souls and styles of playing. When Joe played in Moskow Flying in a Blue Dream I cried. When Steve played in Denver on a guitar with 3 necks I was shoked. I never heard anything like this. That's why we can say who is better.

I think this is a good idea to perform at Jemfest. Your way of playing is very nice and think you will have Big Succes. So play on man.
This year I will record my first serious(real) CD and it takes much time. But I work hard and I dream to create something outstanding.
It is interesting to me what do you think about Greg Howe and his album "Five".

Peace and Warm regads!!!

Sax player,

Glad to hear all is well in Moscow, and thanks for the positive response to my new music, and my Jemfest plans.

Greg Howe sounds like he's got some nice fusion chops goin on, and certainly has an impressive resume', and players that he's working with.

Love to hear your new CD once you've completed it.

Peace!

962,

Not only I am I surprised to hear predict a new album this winter, but his announcement about his new Chrome JS Ibanez that he'll unvail at NAMM next week.

When I called Ibanez to inquire, they said that no such new guitar existed, and that they were cleared to release any new products that would be introduced there.

Maybe, it's TOP SECRET!?

Gotta got to practice in a few minutes...talk to ya later!

Love + Peace!
