Joe,

You should remeber me from guitar works in Greenwood, Indiana... I was the chubby long hared kid that had the red Austin (Fender remake.) I figured you would remember me by 2 ways.

#1 I got down on my hands and knees and started chanting "I'm not worthy, I'm not Worthy, I'm Not Worthy!"

#2 My dad was the one with the 7 string Ibanez that you were looking at and you were talking to him and he told you that he would trade you for your 7 string and you said, "Let me think about it.... I thought about it and no."

That was a blast you were making fun of those people that couldnt get in and they were standing in the amp room watching throguh the glass. Well, you werent really making fun at them... but that one guy was yawning and you thought he was making faces at you, lol.

Just seeing if you remembered me.

your fan, Josh

Climber - The Singer/rhythm (Sidney) player is my cuz. It was a trip, we jammed a little when I was down for X-mas. He is soooo much better at riffing then I am. I was never into that style of playing. But he can't single note for squat. It was funny having two pretty accomplished players stumbling all over each other. When you are looking at playing out again give him a shout if you are interested in playing in the Bay, he has a lot of contacts.

michelle: I hear ya girl, and if you think about it.... The Pats got nothing to lose, and the Eagles everything to gain.... This will be a game of who wants it more and whether or not New England is really a Dynasty, lol.... Bill Belicheck (sp. lol) will say no, but he's about to be the all-time postseason's winningest coach of all time.... Not too shabby, lol!....

Steven Wilde: I really like that custom Jackson you got there, and congrats on getting it finished!! :-) Your site looks real kuul w/ you and Randell at the top.... Keep it up man, and play 'em like you would ride em', lol!....

Hi all!!!

Michelle: "I used to belong to an animal cruelty group back in the 80's" possibly badly worded...either that or I'm glad you've changed your ways since then(?)!

Not going to see Joe next month. No money for the plane/boat trip, ticket and accommodation. Pity, eh? Funny thing is I'm not all that disappointed. If the tour goes well he'll be back in a couple of years. If not, too bad on me.

Sounds cool. We will give them a shout. Sundazefix has a new drummer and lead guitar player. We are supposed to have the disk done this week. 4 songs are being mixed for radio. I will get the go-ahead to post some of the new stuff soon. Sounds great.
Don.

I cant believe it i think im going to Satch's concert even though its for over 18s, (nightclub setting,) in melbourne. I am so stoked. I sent an e-mail to the box office and the person sent an e-mail back: "If you would like to call me on the number below, or get your dad to call me, I would be happy to explain our age policy and see if we can work something out for you to attend." And she might be talking it over with my dad right now... Oh My God i cant believe it. Yes now for Satch Boogie. HALLEJUAH. I missed out on Vai same time last year taken back right at the door by big bouncers coz it was over 18's as well. And i sent a massive e-mail to the place and it didn't send and got deleted so i tried again!!!!! YES YES YES YES i am so ecstatic.

This was my e-mail...
Hi,
I'm a 14 year old guitarist who idolises Joe Satriani, (playing at the Forum Theatre in Melbourne,) and i was over the moon when i heard that Satriani would tour Australia, because instrumental guitarists of the like rarely tour places so far out of the way when they can easily tour the main bulk of their fans in the Northern Hemi-Sphere. But then I found out about your age restrictions, and i am hopeful that you can please, please make some kind of an exception for me and my dad, as i also missed out on another rock icon: Steve Vai last year because of the same age restrictions and i am so cut up. I know its because of the drinking in the place and the nightclub setting... But if there is any exception you could make, even if it meant locking us in a barred room where we could only see the top of satchs head, i would really, really appreciate it. I also have friends who would really like to go as well. So thanks for any exception you could make.
Thanks so much for anything,
Daniel

962 and Dr. Mindcrime: Thanks for the information on the JS series tremolo systems. After swearing up and down that my next guitar would be a non-tremolo (I still want an ESP Viper Standard), once I saw pictures of the JS1000BP, I had to have it.

The Jemfest sounds cool....do they also display other Ibanez models as well?

I've never been skiing or snowboarding, but I wouldn't mind trying it sometime. Just remind me to stay off the Sony Bono and JFK Jr Memorial Trails.

Yes, there has been some negativity here as of late. But if you look at Alexandre or Baduh, they're *never* negative. Reading their posts will always make you smile. Then again, so will Michelle's ordeals with spiders! *grins, ducks, and runs*

Re: Michelle

i totally understand where your coming from :)

when WSPA send me something out I have a look thru it - but then i put it in the recycling bin because the photos are sad. but it's good to know they are trying to help the orangutans & stuff :) i give them $15 a month - not much, but it's something :)

the thing is - i understand we have to kill animals to live - like livestock & that. but when it goes over into senseless cruelty & making an animal suffering for a long period of time.....that just freaks me out! i have to pray to God to help my brain, because i can't stand the thought of things suffering.

did you here about the Dolphins that saved some young swimmers in New Zealand? i think it happened in December. a group of young Surf Lifesavers were training - & the adult with them saw a White Pointer underneath them - but he didn't want to panic the kids....so he didn't tell them it was there. then a group of dolphins surrounded the group & protected them from the Shark! :D Wow! one of the girls said 'oh my gosh we're getting attacked by mad dolphins!!' (that's not an exact quote, but she said something like that) it wasn't till they got to shore that they realized the dolphins saved their butts!

horray for dolphins! BigBunny... . . . .......
