Just spent 8 hours in the ER with my pop. He FINALLY agreed to go today. We sat for almost FIVE hours before they took him back into curtains. He was in so much pain. Poor dude. After taking about 15 (no lie) vials of blood, chest x-ray, ekg and whatnot, they finally told us that they're pretty sure he has a severe kidney infection (UN effin' diagnosed on Thurs.) His blood sugar went from 436 on Thurs. down to 331 tonight, and they think something else is going on because he's all swelled up and has severe arthritic pain throughout his body, but they don't know what till more test results come back. I'm just sooo relieved he's finally in the hospital. Some men are so damn stubborn!
We had the pleasure of being entertained by one of the DUI's they brought in. He was drunk off his ass. From the conversation it seems like he was combative when they got him, and there was a good scuffle to get him under arrest. He was nice, then nasty, then nice. lol! On one of his nasty jags he called the one cop a fat bastard and told him he'd shove a donut up his ass. Now there a night of fun! Seems he thought that since he served his country, he should get some respect from the cops. Ya don't get much respect from a cop when you're telling him your going to kick his ass. lol! The other 2 DUI's were quiet. One was an older woman, the other a younger guy. I felt bad for all the sick people who had to put up with his yelling, however I did feel very protected by the 6 or so cops on the other side of our curtain. lol!
There were so many people in the ER! The doc told us that over 100 patients were seen during the 3 to 11 shift. The waiting room was packed when we got there, and packed when we left.
So anyways, I want to say THANKS to cuth and everyone else who helped me over the past few days. I'm so glad my pop is finally in the hospital and I can stop "guessing* how to take care of him and what's wrong. Now I have to worry about my son who has some sort of virus going on today :( This is not a good time for a bug to be going around *groan*
Night peeps.

cheese101; lol Spongebob boxers on Joe. Thats way too funny!
However, I really hate Spongebob. He annoys the living hell out of me. I wanna beat him up and use his spongy ass to wipe my toilet seat and then flush him down the toilet. Spongebob sucks.

dear Joe and dear alls, hello !!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m for the first time at this site and I’m impressed. First of all, I would like to say “thanks a lot” to you, Joe, for your beautiful music. I’ve never heard about it before, I couldn’t even imagine such a thing… I don’t play any musical instrument but I’m a great admirer of music, I can’t just live without it.
I’ve got to know about your music just recently. And I’m grateful to a person thanks to whom I can enjoy now beautiful musical pieces. To tell you the truth, that’s why I’m here, to thank him as well. I love this person and I want him to know it. His name is Christian. He plays the guitar. He is a super cool guy and he adores your music.
So, Chris, if you too read these lines, I’m telling you for the 100th time that you’re super and I miss you.
Byeeeeeeeee dear alls and thanks for your attention.

michelle, nice to see you're still around. Wow, sorry to hear that you father has been sick. But im glad he's in good care at the hospital. And well wishes for your son too... flu season is never fun. Im actually in Thailand right now... haha, ya know.. I like to randomly leave the country every so often for a month or two, haha. But this place really is a beautiful spot... I actually spent the last 2 hours listening to a monk tell me about Buddhism. Im having so many great experiences here. Anyway, hope things are going well with you.
And of course... just a little shout out to Alexandre, Ovation, Mari, juju, Do the Stu, and everyone else... hope you guys are doing well... oh, and of course... Hi Joe!!
Peace from the far east...

Mr Nick, the 10-day dutch trip wouldn't work for me cause I'm going to The Aching Hunger Pt II with my sister and her partner and we're staying with their friends near A'dam, who are also coming, and it'd be a bit rude of me just to say "right, I'm off!". haha.
Still, let me know if you do intend to go to The Aching Hunger!

Hi everyone!
Stevee T, are you having breakfast? hehe, you'll love the chistorra :-) Here in Spain it's time for lunch right now,
bye
962, wow, is "Mourning Widows" as great as you say? you are tempting me hehe, I think I'll pick them up soon, I have all
Extreme albums but I lost the thread of Nuno after the separation...
bahduh, hi, how are you? sorry for the slowness in replying your mail, but that big mail deserves a big reply! and time is always hard on our heels :-) and your pc is ok at last, good, see you soon
(Trans: The chistorra is originary from Navarra and a very typical Spanish food, it's a type of chorizo long and thin that
have a deep smoked taste and it's flavored with garlic, spices and paprika, that give it a delicious taste. Also it's a good ingredient to season stews. The Mexican chorizo has less lean meat and it's a lot hotter with black pepper and oregano.)
estrela, hola, how are you today? there are so many types of chorizo...that you never know. Yeah, I agree with you, music is very helpful in sad moments, especially music with real feeling like guitar music. The guitar is the instrument with more soul, can communicate the deepest emotions. Thanks for the compliment about my musical likings :-) how about yours? I've recently seen "Lost In Traslation", if you have already seen it, tell me what you think, see you soon
Suzie2000, you are welcome :-)
Steven Wilde, hi, how are things with you? I hope you feel great today and better tomorrow, you deserve it! see you soon and lots of good vibrations to you as usual :-)
