ZENFISH- Yes, I think so also! Actually I am feeling ill with a bad flu, and fever. and am Total usless Now. But i willll get bounce back soon. and we will write some cool Lyric's! You bet! 1st I hev to stop from spinning, and being dizzy. "I am playing on the ring of ing, is it Yn?" Go a little further, and i will write them down, and we can make a sentace, and a meaning to go along with Those syllables. It sound's Like it could be A break-up tune. I knw this isn't anything but, those word's prompted this..... "I am playing in the ring of Your Love, Lost in the light from above, When you came, and showed me a way, true Love is a footstep away, But, how was I to know Your love was on A one way street, Dark, and cold, Nothing ever so sweeet, I am playing in the ring of your love, Lost in the sound from above, Empy is Your word's, Dark is Your way's, I can't seem to end this phase, (solo)--end. Anyway it's fun to play around with certain word's and turn them into strylines, of whatever suit's. I shall look forward to collabrating with you, Well, i really need to rest, Talk to you soon!..........................ZINC MASTER- ThankY You so Kindly! I will try, and rest, and not feel so dizzy, and weak, and useless. Gosjhhh, Thank's again! I am sure hoping Your day is goink well also! Please Keep that great posirtive attitude! I am insspired!! :-) You RockKK!!.............................Suzie- Thank's for the E-mail! When I am coherrent enought, i will write You an nice leetre also! Hope you have a great day1 and I understand about the nervousnes! I get nervous, whenever I play in fron of anyone, or taking a test! Suzie, YOU WILL DO GREAT!!!!!! :-) You, are VERY Talented! Trixter tried to go back to their blues roots on their second album. Some of the songs like As the Candle Burns, What It Takes, and Runaway Train are great, but I liked their first release better.

Warrant definately had some quality songs. I still love Heaven, and Sometimes She Cries.

Hi everyone at Satchland!

The weather is crazy in Madrid these days, a sunny Monday, a rainy yesterday and an incredible, intense and sudden snowfall today, it's something historic here, I've never seen so much snow covering the city.

michelle, hi, about the Windsor Tower fire, fortunately it was nightmarish but not a nightmare.
The Windsor Tower was an office building, one of the highest in the city; 4000 persons worked there every day and it's located in Madrid's business district downtown, I live very near.
The fire started at night, around 10:00 pm (?), and the building was almost empty. The official version says that a fatal short circuit in an air-conditioning machine may have started the fire and then it extended very quickly, but it will be investigated. When the firefighters arrive the building was burning out of control, they couldn't save it and their main labor was to avoid major damages, trying to cool down the building and evacuating nearby buildings and streets in anticipation of a possible total collapse, that was the main danger at that moment.
The department store nearby was very damaged too because of the rubbles that fell down and the inmmense amount of water that flooded some departments specially the supermarket and the perfumery. Fortunately nobody was killed or severely injured, only three firefighters have been treated for smoke inhalation.

The situation now is more calmed, there is no danger of collapse, the cordoned zone has been reduced although some nearby businesses remain closed. The department store is working normally, I went there yesterday and all the damaged zones have been covered by improvised large walls to restore normalcy. Now the main problem is the piece by piece demolition of the building and some mysteries about the causes of the fire and why the firefighters were called so late. If something important is discovered, I'll tell you.

estrela, hi, how are things? thanks for the compliment, you are very nice too :-) About the fire, sometimes people can't help the morbid curiosity, that's life! And yes, Joe with his guitar, heart of gold and his energy doesn't need anything more to shine. Right now I have this wallpaper on my PC:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/R1FSR/SATCHfull.jpg
It's from a vai.com user (R1FSR) that is a great fan of Joe too, it's really cool, my best wishes to you and your family too :-)

Steven Wilde, howdy! :-) I'm so sorry to hear that you're not feeling good :-( I hope you feel better very soon, take your time to rest what you need. I'm still waiting for the Above the Numbers CD and some more, I think it's our local postal service that is like a tortoise lol I hope you are doing the best you can, Steven, a big cyberhug for you :-) and see you soon

Stevee T, :-)

tune, thanks for posting the abbreviations and meanings, it has cleared up things for me :-)

bahduh, hi! The match yesterday Real Madrid-Juventus was great in spite of only one goal, and today the Bernabeu is totally white because of an incredible snowfall in Madrid, the players have been celebrating the victory with snow balls, really funny, we will see what Barça do today...have a nice day

alexandrecaetano, olá, como estás? I have the two Jorge Salán albums, I specially like the instrumentals. The vocal tracks reminds me a lot to Bon Jovi and I'm not a Bon Jovi fan hehe. And there's an interesting mixture between guitars and bagpipes in some songs. By the way, Alexandre, do you speak Spanish? Just curious. I'm looking forward to the next Talk To Joe CD :-) have a nice day and week

michelle, I hope everything is doing well with your pop, my best wishes. On the other hand I love when you and other t2jers post the songs of the day, I guess it's a song related to something that happens in the day, isn't it? I post my first:
Song of the day: Snowfall by Wes Montgomery

You may need to get the CD or DVDs on line - ebay, ect. If it is a DVD, make sure it is in your proper format - I think the USA is 1, but I am not sure about Europe.

Hy to all at Satchland!

LucySorets - glad to hear that I could help with that abbreviations and meanings and I´m the same opinion about posting songs of the day, it seems that the songs of the day have to do with something that happens during the day or how you feel that time and the song can perfectly describe your feelings at the moment ...... So I´d like also to post my first song of the day:
Dire straits - Calling elvis (or should I write - calling Joe?) .... calling elvis, Is anybody at home? ..... .... you´ve got to tell him he´s still the man...... ;-)

michelle - How things goin´ with your pop? Hope everything´s ok with him...

And a Hy all other guys out there at this community (also to the newbies) - hope you are all working busy on your songs for the new T2J CD.......
By the way: has anyone an idea how many people have sent the song for the new CD project?
I´m thinking about to send my one...... but I do not think it´s good enough, it´s my very first song (so there are no speed licks in my piece of music, but there´s a short and easy tapping sequence)
I´ve never recorded a song before, lots of other things to do and no time for making music :-(
Perhaps I find a way to finish the song ........

I wish all of you a wonderful day........ tune ;-)

There is a nasty flu going around - one strand is about 2 weeks of sickness.

The other, the bird one, can kill you.

If they amputate you at the neck - that would cure it, right?
