Big Bunny - For the record I have a bunny. He goes by the names of Fat Boy, Mr. Nibbles, Pooper, Bunnicula, Nutmeg, and Dinner. Depending on the mood of the addresser.

Comment: (eg. with little pink bows in your hair & wearing a Wiggles t-shirt) that is some funny stuff. That crack was definately Michellesque. Keep that up!!

Death Cube, mikesb:The irish gave us the kilt & bagpipes & we still dont get the joke, lol Best thing for bagpipes is t wait for the edinburgh tattoo festival & march the lot off a plank from edinburgh castle,i hate em,toured with them & still hate em,especially that honk thing they do gettin them goin & tuned up giving y that lovely minor 2nd quality, all in a small band room backstage b4 the gig......nice.Chicks for some reason really dig the kilt though, have t be carefull around groups of drunk wimin at a scottish wedding, their prone t grab & pull yer bits, not fun!Y can imagine if it was the other way round,we,d never hear the end of it.

Steven W Those are badass bikes bro' ! I've never really ridden off road but I went down to the local track with some friends one day, big boys on big bikes sorta thing. Well the kids are riding round on 125's and 80cc bikes. I had a little spin on a (KMX ?) kawasaki 125 and it was okay, then somebody says 'Have a go on this race tuned 80'............. I sorta turned my nose up at but had a go anyway.......... holy crap! The throttle was like an on off switch, that little thing scared the beejeezus out of me - lol I'm not a trcak rider either, more of a back road hooligan, but less so as I get older. I've got a VFR vtec (an Interceptor in the US I think) Its a nice all round bike with plenty enough top end for the road. Before that I had an R6, wikid little bike got the race pipes on and it howled like an banshee over 11,000 revs, but man did the 15,500 redline come round quick. The GSXR 750 is probably my all time fave bike although I've never owned one. Too bad these days I think that they're too much for the road............... older and wiser lol, I put myself off work for a year on a small bike when I was 17, that left me with a lot of respect for the power of machines, the vulnerabilty of the rider and the hardness of the road - lmao ;-) Take it easy man.

Cuthbert I hear ya man. It's a strange contradiction that many people, like us, love the guitar yet it features so low in their list of priorites.................. I have to work the hours to fund the lifestyle for my family, watching a child grow up is a one shot deal, miss it and lose it forever and what is the point of living with the woman that you love if you never see her ? As for families and finances - heh, heh.......... I was up for a new guitar this year now I'm not and my bike might get insured but I doubt that it will see the road. Whatever, it's all good man, you can't buy happiness. :-)

Cube I'll be trying to get a track in........... we'll see!

Zinc Congrats on the 1000, yeah jokes do count man, they brighten the day, as long as there's only one of you doing it!

MJS99 Hilarious man! - ha ha ha ;-)

ZenFISH Dude I didn't realise that I was in purgatory while I was there. I lived with a woman in a very aggressive relationship, I worked all the hours 7 days a week and spent all the money on alcohol and drugs...................if I wasn't at work I was wasted, and I was wasted a lot of the time I was at work as well. I was deeply unhappy and thought very little of myself as a person. Eventually the relationship self destructed (after nearly 10 years!), it ended in violence, serious financial trouble and living in a house that looked like it had been left to rot for 10 years, full of junk.................. what a waste, when I look back. What saved me ? I woke up to what and where I was. What makes me happy now ? A beautiful wife and an amazing little girl. I never saw myself as an addict, maybe a functioning addict but the worse things got, the more I hid behind the alcohol and drugs............. It's probably no coincidence that I didn't speak to my family for 7 years during this time either or play a guitar, life just passed, without my participation...............It makes me sad to think about it.................. Such a long time, hiding behind a mask in the outside world and hiding inside my head when I went back to the slum.............. alone Those days and that feeling have passed, but now I type this there is still something inside me that turns my stomch to think about it. But today I am 38 ! Happy, stable and settled................... if all you get from life is happiness, then you have a charmed and lucky life.

Slanshroom You don't like bagpipes! Dude, you'll be telling us that you don't like haggis next - lmao.................. No I'm with you man, I love Edinburgh as a place but you can keep the Tattoo............................. Have a good day off man, I'm off this week as well.......................... after baring my soul to Zenfish, I'm off to do something to cheer myself up - lmao.Thirty Eight has arrived today and it feels good to be 'old' ! Take it east man.

OCPS470, hehe, information is everything....hell, knowledge is power man!!! haha. Reliability....hmm, yes. Problem there. I got mine from the only importers of Carvin stuff in the UK, but it wasn't until 13 months after my 12-month warranty ran out, that I realised they'd screwed me a bit. I think when the Legacy arrived at their sho, they took all the tubes out to put in their own amps, and replaced them with whatever they found on the shelf. As a result, when I took the back panel off the head to investigate just why there was hardly any gain on the lead channel (even with the gain set high), and why there was no reverb, I found 3 different types of tubes, and 2 of the 5 preamp tubes were blown. I replaced all 5 with JJ's, though the 4 power tubes are still marshall's. After that it has been hitch-free. So in my experience.....I dunno dude, It's not so bad, cause I don't think the problems I had were anything to do with Carvin. I can thoroughly recommend getting a Legacy, and getting a calibrated set of 5 JJ tubes for the preamp/reverb/phase inverter!

Master Yoda, hahaha, a car for 70 quid? better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick!
Steven Wilde, cool, I'll check out the pictures, and the music, probably this weekend! yeah things aren't too bad with me.....there's a few things I have to do that need paying before, but I can't do those until I pay for other things, it's stressing me out a bit!
jazzzzy, hahaha, are you sure that was a trip you made and not just a dream, or even a movie?! hehe. five stars for the devil-dorns to the Amish charriot-driver!

happy 1400!

Dear Joe! We're progressive hard rock band from Latvia "Free Level". Our demo was highly estimated by Dick Wagner, Alice Cooper's guitarist, we have the reference from him. We're already on air in Netherlands, UK, Austrian, Spanish and US radiostations. Our last news: we performed in high-ranged "Fashion Club" where we had a big success, so that the next day we played in "Vegas Casino" and were highly estimated by its members. Our home page is under construction at the moment, but You can visit our artist page on: http://www.wazee.org/wmd/viewartist.php?ID=412 where You can look through some info about us and listen to some demo songs (3 of 9 recorded). The quality of songs is not very good, but it's difficult to find a good studio here. We'd like to hear your opinion about our songs and we would like to ask for some advice, because U defenitely know how difficult is to new young band to achieve something. Especially in such country as Latvia where music is not appreciated by government and where are only 2 rock klubs. Thanx for your time, Waiting for your answer, Natalja, "Free Level"

Looks like another great day in Paradise while I'm stuck in class looking at a computer monitor or some old guy rambling on while trying not to drool on myself as I nod off.

Mikesb - Do you want to do my Geology for me? What wacked out crap. I love the theory, volcanoe, plate tectonics etc, but the calcs are not cool at all. We are doing Slope Stability. Blah!! No chance of me switching majors!!! Geology or to EE. I felt sorry for some of the people in my circuts class on the last HW. There was a lot of Diff/EQ. It's not a prereq for the class but they have us doing it anyway. Well, you know how intuitive that crap is. Who is going to come up with a Ke^-st as a solution unless you've been shown how to solve second order differentials. It's f%^$ing stupid.
Rant over

I have Guitar class today so atleast one good thing will happen today.

Anybody from Vancouver,BC? - I'll be up there in the first week in April. What's there to do?

Tomjanovich May Resign As Lakers Coach

LOS ANGELES - Rudy Tomjanovich's tenure as coach of the Los Angeles Lakers (news) might be finished after barely half a season.

Tomjanovich, who returned to coaching after recovering from bladder cancer, is contemplating resignation because of health concerns.

"He's considering several options and resigning is one of them. That decision has not been made," Lakers spokesman John Black said Tuesday — about six hours before the Lakers beat the Portland Trail Blazers (news) 92-79 for their second straight victory after a season-high three-game losing streak.

"This has nothing to do with cancer," Black said. "He loves the team and the team loves him. He's our head coach until he decides to do otherwise."

The game against the Trail Blazers was the second Tomjanovich missed because of what the team said was a stomach virus. Black said Tomjanovich has also had a sinus infection.

Assistant coach Frank Hamblen has led the Lakers to a pair of victories in Tomjanovich's absence.
