Hey SteveeT, It is always fun to share/turn people on to different stuff... Just like the old days when you used to get a charge out of making a friends jaw drop with some new virtuoso on vinyl lol. Stuff was obviously not as accesible back then so the "wow" factor of a new discovery was amplified!! There were fewer worthy virtuosos as well. Having said that, one man's chicken salad is often another mans chicken__it, but in the case of Ricky Garcia, it was a no-brainer. Anyone who loves Joe or Andy T would certainly at a minimum respect his work.

im just sitting here listenin to you album "flying in a blue dream", i just love those hammer ons. id like to know where your inspiration comes from, you seem to just throw out jaw dropping song after song. and you take the melody to the extrem. i would also like to know what scales +modes you tend to fall back on while practising. i love to shread and tapp and sweep alot. but you do your own thing, what would you call your teckneqe? i would love to be where you are in life right now, knowing that your independant. im am 18 and am working in construction with my dad. i want so bad to make it in music. the work that im doing is very hard on my hands, i use alot of hand cream and i look after them in what way posable but im just afraid of injuring myself and having to give up guitar, and if that was to happen life would be unbearable,

I met my friend Curt out in Cali at NAMM and he's been with the band for 2 1/2 years. I'm heading up to NYC to see him while the band has 2 days off before Fri and Sat nites shows..... I just happened to run out of my (Flintstone )Vitamine's (J/K) ....so I'll be heading to Wallmart to stockup this week! Yes, I need to build up my immmune system. Damn Straight!! I came here after seeing Joe and Steve on the G3-03 tour in November 03 never realized that someone might talk to me.....I thought I better check back (in Dec/Jan) to see if Joe had talked to me.....he didn't but some really cool people like Michelle, Ovation and Jazzer13 (he's not been around for a while) spoke to me.....That's when I figured out this place, well sort of..... it took me a long time to figure out what T2J meant......I'm serious! I'm very blonde sometimes.....lol. I had just gotten my computer so it was all very new to me. Hell... it still is. Ramble On......

Jazzzy: So sorry you have the Flu too man......bummmer! But I know you didn't get it from me......HAHA! I started with it on Tuesdaty last week after 2 Alter Bridge shows........excellent shows! My sister says I'm not 25 anymore....but the DR says I didn't get the Flu at the concerts! So there! (sticking my tongue out!) I try to tell her it's not the shows and I can keep up just fine.....only a coincidence i get sick when I have so many shows. I think I just need more vitamins! Yup, I do!! Rest up and Drink a lot of water and fluids!!! Plan on doing nothing for a week. Get well soon Jason!

hey everyone..hows it going in satchland..is everyone good...well i just got bakck from my wrestling banquet...im a freshman in high school and i lettered so im pretty happy about that...i was one of the only varsity freshman on the team...so that was cool...and i should have gotten rookie of the year but i missed to many practices over winter break cause i was in NY...i wish i would have but its ok..next year...lol...well hope everyone is doing good..im gonna go watch dodgeball and go to bed...back to school tomorrow...damn...this sucks..well talk to everyone soon...peace

Michelle, PARENTS!! The most frustrating creatures on earth! LOL! Mine are 83 years old and STILL don't mind me!! And of course, I know what's best for them.......that's why I usually find out about stuff AFTER the fact, like you did! They don't want to hear me bossing them around!! So I just holler about it afterwards! :) But they forgive me, cuz they know it comes from my heart! Keep an eye on them, but don't expect much, as they are probably trying to "sneak" around behind your back and do exactly what they feel like.........sigh!

nick...hey bro...hows everything going....haha..lettering is when u play varsity in something and u have to win a certain amount or whatever in the sport to qualify to letter..and u only do it if u r varsity and freshman r rarely varsity..but when u letter coach gives u a certificate which allows u to get one of those letterman jackets..u no..thats basically what it is...lol...well hope all is well man..hope guitar is going good...have a nice week u lucky kid..while im in school..lol...well tlak to u later man...
