15 Ways to Cheer Yourself Up
1. Pat yourself on the back for all the many things you have done right in your life.
2. Listen closely to the advice of loved ones.
3. Ask everyone you know to tell you stories about miracles in their lives.
4. Attend a benefit for a worthy cause.
5. Reread your favorite childhood book before you drift off to sleep.
6. Learn to laugh at yourself.
7. Make definite plans for your immediate future.
8. Say grace before each meal.
9. Practice looking on the bright side of life.
10. Make someone else feel valuable.
11. Try to be happy about others' good fortune.
12. Learn to accept compliments.
13. Go somewhere you have never been.
14. Do what you loved to do as a child.
15. Let go of regrets.

Michelle...thanks for responding to my rant ;) Even though I feel obligated to play the shows I've agreed to, I think the end result is going to be an extended hiatus from playing gigs. I'll be able to spend some quality time with my fiance and two (almost three) children, and later on maybe even get some quiet time with my guitar again. I think I need to get back to the real reason I picked the darn thing up over 20 years ago...and that was for my own personal happiness and not to work so hard (for nothing) to impress people I don't even know. I'll quit ranting again..lol !! SD

Joe Satriani, I am going to write to you everyday until you write me back. I am a HUGE fan, love you, your music is awesome, and my dream is to meet you. I have written to you numerous times but unfortunately, you have been too busy to reply. Perhaps one day you can fly the GulfStream down to Alabama and visit the drop zone (skydivers hang-out).
Fan for life, Angie :)

Michelle I don't think there is much you can do when your under-crackers take a pounding...I got up almost instantly (because I have balls of steel) and sort of walked it off while drinking cold water. I think ice would be a good idea but you'd probably look a little wierd running afterwards.
Anyhoo...didn't think you'd have any testeclats to hold ice to if they got squished with random flying objects of doom? lol
DCK I'm currently working on a track, I'm hoping I get it done in time as its probably the best I have wrote (written?) so far...the second it is finished I will send it, and even if you guys who are judging don't like it, fair doos, It'll go on my sound click profile because I like it :-)
Steven Wilde Hehe I got a 30 page website to make about Buckethead...I've come up with 25 aspects of the man so now i need 5 more...or spread the other aspects over more pages.
I've also been playng Halo 2 alot, I had an "Xbox Night" the other night in which I was jinxed beyond f'in belief...I was getting the highest amount of kills nearly every time but who ever I was teamed with would get slaughtered like a lamb in a knife factory...twas ridiculous I tell thee. lol.
I won the 1 on 1 on 1 on 1 though by loads it was upto 25 and the next highest kill count was 17 so I think I was rockin' on that one.
Anywayz man, take care :-)

Thanks - I feel better already. My back hurts, because I keep patting myself on my back though. My arm and shoulder hurt too - it is very hard to type with one had patting yourself on your back - ouch, maybe I shouldn't have typed so much.

Hi everyone!
Sad days for Madrid, one of the highest and emblematic buildings, the Windsor Tower, has been destroyed by a terrible and huge fire at night last Saturday. It was a nightmarish spectacle. It was a familiar and neighboring building for me, I passed often, the department store where I go shopping is beside, it's really sad. Fortunately there were no victims but it's an important material lost for the city.

Steven Wilde, hi Steven, you are an angel, in Spain we say "eres un cielo", thanks for all your words. The window poem is beautiful. I've been really busy these days, and have some family related problems to resolve, so I'll post a bit less often than in the last few weeks :-( but I will keep checking the site to see what's going on.
I hope you feel great today, better tomorrow and better the day after tomorrow...and so on :-) lots of positive and healing vibes for you )))))>>>>>> :-) I'm looking forward to get the Above the Numbers CD, I liked the clips a lot, I love the mixture between wild guitars, synthesizers and soft voices (it's what I remember right now...) I have a reserved place in my cd shelves to place it :-) All the best for you and see you soon
bahduh, hi! thanks for the quick mail reply :-) The Grammys is a popularity contest more than musical. It doesn't matter. Joe
deserves 20 Grammys and more. It would be cool he owned at least one in his display cabinet. I saw the charity all stars
soccer match for the tsunami victims yesterday, it was enjoyable, the best was Etoo's goal with the bicycle movement! take care
civgeek, happy belated birthday and happy new guitar!
alexandrecaetano, hello dear neighbor :-) glad to know you feel better, yes, I know Jorge Salán, he is fantastic, but you are fantastic too, one of the highlights of the Talk2Joe cd :-)
estrela, hello! I hope everything is doing great for you. I've been a bit busy these days, not much time to Talk 2 Joe :-(
thanks for posting that link of Joe, I've never seen it before :-) It's really cool, lots of things to see about Joe, I've added it to my websites collection.
If someone missed it, this is the link estrela posted:

AngieRead, pretty cool game, my score have been 10/10 of course :-)
Hey people, if you want to know about Jorge Salán, a fantastic Spanish guitarist influenced by Joe among others, that Alexandre mentioned, there's a free demo to download here: http://www.jorgesalan.com/running.mp3
JOE, we love you!!!
