Deflino: I didnt get the email yet. Send it again to dimmuborgir77@hotmail.com

MariSRv: Thats one hell of a story. Even if you didnt see Joe and Steve, you got to see John 5! I think John 5's an amazing guitarist and he's a very very cool person. I met him in minneapolis sometime in 2003. He's a badass.

slanshroom: anytime dude. You deserve all the respect. So whats the story behind Siempre Amor and Widowmakers highway? I gave the link to several friends and they were all dazzled by the tunes. Did you use a 12 string for the intro of WH? I'm really enjoying the eclectic mix in pretty much all your stuff and think the tone is awesome. Waiting for your album's release!

Mahavishnu: cool dude. Thats a pretty sweet JS keychain. I havent seen anything like that regarding Joe before. Does Joe even know these things exist? You should totally take pictures of them and post it here. Thats some cool memorabilia. And yes, Steve Vai will be a lot of fun to watch. I hope he plays "in my dreams with you."

BTW, I know someone who managed to download Real Illusions. Hopefully I can snag it from him and brag about it to all you guys. haha!

To whom much is given much is expected - so stop talking about me - I'll have to actually do something then! BTW, Slansh, I have already got the 25 second sound bites from Graeme in Scotland. He sent them to me today :o)

That'll stop people downloading your tunes - except for those on t2j of course who are te only ones that know of your secret page.

Jazzzy:Thanks bud,the more ears that hear the better. This,ll take a bit of explaining so bear with me..I always had the idea in my head since i was young of taking the listener on a journey.I felt a lot of artists tended t stick to one particular style/way of playing on an album & i wanted t break out that mould/Rule best i could, that meant learning a whole bunch of styles & techniques so i could pull more out the bag if y will.I had t live those styles in order t really feel, more than often embarrassing myself & swallowing my pride while playing, after,y go back & vow those errors y made will never happen again, practice hard & y move on,i also knew if i didnt get out there & make mistakes i couldnt grow or find my own voice.

The backing for Siempre Amor was originally called Daves song which was written by Invisible Boss another collabouration i worked with.I had no access to a decent workstation & this backing just seemed t work like magic with a tune i wrote years ago which was originaly called papyrus of ani, so the guys kindly let me have it for the album.I had previously programmed a completely different version & had it stored away in DAT somewhere, but i was goin through a devorce at the time so everything but my guitars & amp left the building so t speak, lol

Widowmakers Highway has a very intense story to it,a little about that in a min.It was played on a 6 string semi-acoustic small/thin body yamaha fitted with a fishman humbucker & sperzels, light gauge10,martin acoustic strings seems t suit it best & the entire track is played in DADGAD tuning with a combination of pick or fingers depending on the sections. The album will be called W. Highway as well because i feel very strongly about people dieing at work so secret black ops can run amok.An interview with a lady called Helen Frost caught my attention years ago.She lost her husband through the materials they were working with out in Area 51,& the road that used t take the workers there has been dubbed by these women Widowmakers Highway.

I think that just about answers yer questions bro, anything else y want t know feel free t shoot

Holy s*&t Slansh, lottsa deep thinking as well behind your music!! How the hell did ya ever come close to Nazarething?? Seems like a world apart from what you are... Who was that young dude with em after Manny anyway?? Saw em once on a "dinosaurs" of rock tour with Wishbone Ash/ Heep / Blue Oyster Cult. Civgeek: "And be good to your mom she sounds pretty cool and very supportive. I wish my parents were supportive when I was young. Don't take that for granted. " VERY nice words, I hope Chris (Spawn of Cheese.....gonna get ya for that one too lol!) pays attention!! But don't think your sweet words are gonna get you out of trouble!!!! I have evil plans for you for insulting Corvallis!! YEAH!!

Aw shoot, I forgot the guy's name that posted about whether or not any of the upcoming Northwest gigs are for under 21, sorry bout that, short term memory loss at the moment. OH, got it in the edit: IMJON: Anyway, yes, the Portland show has under 21 tickets for sale right now. Has to be the general admission ones as the balcony seats are for 21+... Don't know for sure about any others.........buy them now if you're going!!!

Michelle?????? What the heck are you doing on the computer when the GAME is on??? You're only one person!! lol! Hope you're having loads of fun with it!

Steven, sweetie, so sorry you are feeling down, but please hang in there as things always manage to get better. Sometimes it just takes awhile. The ups and downs of life can't be changed, only how we deal with them inside ourselves. And you can take all the joy and all the pain and translate it into more beautiful music on your guitar! We care about you!!! Chris says hi too, and you're in our prayers always! Sometimes you have to pretend for awhile that you are happy, and before you know it, you don't have to pretend anymore!! :) HUGS!

Mari, thanks for the story!! Hope you got some really good contacts out of your day there!! Everything happens for a reason and you were meant to be there then!! So, still workin' on a little Ventura and Anaheim in April? :) Ya know ya gotta come if ya can!

Yo to Jazzzzzy, Suzie, Estrela, Bahduh, Stevee T, Austin (come back, darn it!) Have a fabulous week everyone!

Heya Joe, (SURPRISE!)

Just a quick note, haven't been in touch for years. I only even found out about the OZ tour today, shows you how out of it I have been. Anyway, Sydney and Melbourne look sold out. I was hoping to catch up and give you that pack I have been holding on to. Are you planning a show on the 15th (between Bris and Syd?) I really want to try and get to one of them at least, but Sydney and Melbourne were my best bet. Thanks mate, keep up the awesome work.

Blast from the past, Roo

Joe I just wanna thank you for always putting on a great show...and always putting out great cds....and I just wanna say that one day I hope I can actually talk to you...I hvae seen you in person at concerts....but you just seem to be like a normal person, and that you don't think your better than anyone else, all though your the greatest guitarist in this universe.......I have one question...was Steve Vai a fast learner....my teacher says I learn really fast......and I'm curious......

As always Jam on
