Delfino, what does one do when they get hit in the ol' meat & potatoes? Besides dropping over and sucking air - does ice help, possibly putting your nuts in a cooler or something maybe? Seriously though. Inquiring minds need to know.

Michelle: Nothing helps. You just have to wait it out. The weird part is not only does it hurt down there, it also hurts in the pit of your stomach at the same time.
Ice would only help if it was *really* hot outside.
It all pales in comparison to a kidneystone, though.

The two most self-pitying moments of agony I can remember have to be having my appendix removed when I was 8 (it nearly burst...eeeewwww....) and dislocating my knee when I was 13, whilst ice-skating...
