Thanks - I feel better already. My back hurts, because I keep patting myself on my back though. My arm and shoulder hurt too - it is very hard to type with one had patting yourself on your back - ouch, maybe I shouldn't have typed so much.

Hi everyone!

Sad days for Madrid, one of the highest and emblematic buildings, the Windsor Tower, has been destroyed by a terrible and huge fire at night last Saturday. It was a nightmarish spectacle. It was a familiar and neighboring building for me, I passed often, the department store where I go shopping is beside, it's really sad. Fortunately there were no victims but it's an important material lost for the city.

Steven Wilde, hi Steven, you are an angel, in Spain we say "eres un cielo", thanks for all your words. The window poem is beautiful. I've been really busy these days, and have some family related problems to resolve, so I'll post a bit less often than in the last few weeks :-( but I will keep checking the site to see what's going on. I hope you feel great today, better tomorrow and better the day after tomorrow...and so on :-) lots of positive and healing vibes for you )))))>>>>>> :-) I'm looking forward to get the Above the Numbers CD, I liked the clips a lot, I love the mixture between wild guitars, synthesizers and soft voices (it's what I remember right now...) I have a reserved place in my cd shelves to place it :-) All the best for you and see you soon

bahduh, hi! thanks for the quick mail reply :-) The Grammys is a popularity contest more than musical. It doesn't matter. Joe deserves 20 Grammys and more. It would be cool he owned at least one in his display cabinet. I saw the charity all stars soccer match for the tsunami victims yesterday, it was enjoyable, the best was Etoo's goal with the bicycle movement! take care

civgeek, happy belated birthday and happy new guitar!

alexandrecaetano, hello dear neighbor :-) glad to know you feel better, yes, I know Jorge Salán, he is fantastic, but you are fantastic too, one of the highlights of the Talk2Joe cd :-)

estrela, hello! I hope everything is doing great for you. I've been a bit busy these days, not much time to Talk 2 Joe :-( thanks for posting that link of Joe, I've never seen it before :-) It's really cool, lots of things to see about Joe, I've added it to my websites collection.
If someone missed it, this is the link estrela posted:

AngieRead, pretty cool game, my score have been 10/10 of course :-)

Hey people, if you want to know about Jorge Salán, a fantastic Spanish guitarist influenced by Joe among others, that Alexandre mentioned, there's a free demo to download here:

JOE, we love you!!!

Angie , Serbia. ever heard of it? Former Yugoslavia. I wouldn't be surprised if it would be called something else soon. you need to watch the news daily to know the name of your country. where are you "located"?

VFRocker, haha, excellent, I'm very pleased to hear you've put an order in for a copy of the Guitar Wars DVD. Have you actually got it yet or have you only just ordered? If you've not got it yet I'm sure you will soon, they're pretty good with delivery. It's really an excellent DVD.....Nuno's set, especially, is like something sacred, cause there's no videos with him on, it's so exciting the first time you watch it!

SoundDiver? Yeah I may have to....I haven't read the "Pilot's Handbook" yet, but I mean god....who reads instructions?! hehe

Suzie, peace for a week! Wonderful! I went for a job "interview" yesterday, for a paripitetic guitar teacher at a nearby private school. I dunno yet what will happen but I have my fingers crossed, I really want to start teaching in schools. It's a prep school, so the kids range between 7 and 13, which could be interesting!
Zinc Master, do it, Population 1 is really, really excellent. Nuno's forte seems to be taking a small collection of instruments and making the biggest sound with them, but keeping it feeling spacious. There's no unnecessary crap, no overproduction. The whole album just oozes class and 1st-rate quality. There's some excellent use of synth bass and keyboards too.
Steven Wilde, not so awesome news is that the replacement part that arrived 4 days late, today, doesn't fit so I've got to actually go to the people I bought it from on Saturday and return one part and get it replaced with another. I am in such a bad mood today I swear I thought I was going to destroy stuff....I'm about ready to hit the roof.

and yeah, careful EQing can solve all your problems! hehe. I'll let you know how the POD works out. The preset amp models all sound pretty sh*t when played into my amp, but straight into headphones sounds pretty good, and I'm reliably informed that it sounds excellent when you record it straight into a desk.

Zenfish:Yo Zen just got your CDs bro & thanks for the comp, going t clarify a couple of things

1:Zenfish you want t record just by yourself?

&

2:Eruptmood.....what is Eruptmood?I dont have it on your cd,is that the track y want me t play on?sorry but i,m really confused.

I also think your Call blues intro should be segwayed t Specie,s Species, what y think?I would go for your Zenfish & the Call Blues segwayed t S Species for march, your call bro

On your tracks....on a first impression,be it a bad recording or whatever,i hear John Martin mixed with psychedelic EVH blues, lol,is good, but strange t my ears, then again you are a bit of a Zenfish, lol
