Just joined a couple of days ago, so hello to everyone. I'm looking at getting a new guitar, either the JS1000, or JS1200, but can't make my mind up. Any one got any advice?

Mikes B - I saw it... looked at my wife and giggled like a school girl!!! Yes, I am a swine. It is a cool piece of wood. Needs some pickups but that will have to wait 'till summer.

agape1010...welcome to the site...which feels & sounds right to you....does the store that has these JS series guitar have a good guitar tech? do you use your trem?
Do you know how you want you guitar setup?
For the kinda of money you'll be spending, I'd have the tech set up both guitars the way you like it...then try em out & decide....that's my opinion and I'm stickin to it...unless of course I don't! lol

If you listen the the last song on my site #11 "Tear It Up" you'll hear what a $300.00 JS100 (that's what it cost me) sounds like if it's set up by a great Luthier....so it does not have to be a $1200.00 guitar in order to play & sound decent...on the second song "Amex" I'm playing a $169.00 Squier Tele which I love...

have you heard very carefuly to " IF I COULD FLY " ? what a such amazing song ! it has two parts completely different, the beggining is like you were trying to fly, kinda sad...trying and trying, and then someone says" don't give up", and from the middle to the end is like you had just spread your wings and flown away freely! BEAUTIFUL SONG !!!!! listen and then you tell me ! nice journey!

Jazzzzzzzy- I'd like to say Joe was classed as mainstream, they might play it on the radio over here then, also most people I talk to sayJoe Who? Some people have no taste.
