Clarky:I,m slowly becoming a paleta, the translation for that is trowel, lol,so i,m becoming a trowel, lmao.Right now i,m just a helper & building on experience.I guess some would call it construction/builder,fitting kitchens, toilets walls, floors showers etc from scratch.I love the working class peeps there so down t earth,no bull about them & very much up front,if they have something they dont like you have done,y know about it in seconds,i really really love & admire that about the work, cant stand people talking behind each others backs & playing mind games.

Emily Remler:What a playa bro,i bought her vid & consumed it every day for around 2 years, she was a fountain of knowledge for sure & yeah nice tits 2,lol

On the album of Jeff Berlins, the title i cant remember, was it not Crossroads?apart from that marathon version of the c minor prelude & yip making it t the end without messing up is so damn difficult,i also tryed Paganinis perpetual motion a long time ago but gave up,was 2 difficult, still is,bastard, lol, transcribed the lot,but after 4 mins of insanity,my hands cant take anymore,it was that track that fired me catapult like into virtuoso classical violin,i also remember a great take on the J Berlin album of Crossroads & believe the guitar solo was played at the end by a young Paul Gilbert?I have t buy that album again 2,its a fine work of art for sure. As y asked me,whats your day job skipper?

Cuth - I'm in CAPS

We have had the technology to implement a replacement for the road-maintenance section of the gas tax without letting Big Brother ride shotgun for quite some time. They are called toll booths. They would only need to be used on freeways (the most expensive of roads to maintain). Counties are quite capable of handling their own roads through some other non-intrusive means.

YOU CAN'T PUT TOLL BOOTHS ON EVERY ENTRANCE OR EXIT OF THE FREEWAY SYSTEM. YOU HAVE THE COST OF INSTALLATION + MAINTENANCE + STAFFING. THE COUNTIES STILL, FOR THE MOST PART, GET THEIR FUNDING FROM THE STATE THROUGH THE GAS TAX. PLUS THIS WILL HELP OUT THE LOCAL JURISDICTIONS. I DON'Y KNOW ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE BUT THE CITY OF PORTLAND HAS A HORRIBLE ROAD SYSTEM DUE TO LACK OF FUNDING.

Yes, expensive such booths would be, but how expensive will it be to put a GPS into every car? Right, legislate them as mandatory in all new vehicles sold in Crapifornia (commentary on the legislature, not the state in general) or Oregon, and they are "free" to the consumers, right? Wrong! The cost for such mandates is alway passed onto the consumer from the manufacturer.

tHEY ARE WORKING WITH THE MANUFACTURERS. BUT HELL A GPS UNIT IS NOTHING IN THE PRICE OF A CAR.

This doesn't address retrofits, and I am guessing that you would see many people resisting buying new vehicles for that reason. In order to keep revenues level, the states would implement the (ahem) replacement tax with the promise of repealing the maintenance portion of the gas tax after total compliance can be forced. The rub is, what government willingly gives up its new fat from the trough after having a few years to grow used to the tase. Few and none.

i HAVEN'T SEEN ANYTHING ON THE RETROFITS. YOU WILL NEVER GET FULL COMPLIANCE BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LOVING CARS IN THIS COUNTRY. THERE WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO BE TWO SCALES.

I can't wait to get pulled over and charged with a felony some day for attempting do drive on the "freeway" with a non-compliant car. Land of the free, indeed.

DON'T KNOW IF IT WOULD GO THAT FAR BUT WHO KNOWS WHAT THE FUTURE WILL HOLD.

Hello to all! I feel privileged to have joined this group of fans and friends. I originally sent this message to the webmaster but was encouraged to post here instead. I am open to comments from anyone regarding this message.

Joe,

Greetings!! Glad to hear you're over your pneumonia and back on tour.

I am a long-time fan and have most of your CD releases and three of your live DVD releases. When I play one of the live DVDs, my three-year old exclaims, "JOE!!!!!" Both he and my eleven-month old really jam and dance to "Surfing With The Alien" too. Unfortunately, I have not been able to catch a live show in Denver when you've come through town. Hopefully next time.

I was wondering how the other guitarists on your G3 tours are selected. Steve Vai, Eric Johnson, John Petrucci and others are excellent supporting acts--each brings something unique to the stage. I especially enjoyed Yngwie Malmsteen on the G3 Denver DVD. I think you've chosen some great players that were once pretty huge in bands or on their own. Other guys I'm thinking about that I haven't heard from in a while are Paul Gilbert, George Lynch, Michael Schenker (here in the states though), Gary Hoey, Neil Schon (other than Journey), and I could list more I'm sure.

I don't want to seem disrespectful because I know alot of thought goes into lining these guys up with everything else that is going on in their lives as well as yours. And maybe it's easier for me to make these suggestions since I have only seen the limited DVD footage and not experienced a full-on, balls-to-the-wall live show. I'll do my best to see you next time and enjoy the spectacle first-hand.

Stay healthy and keep rockin'!!!

All my best,

Todd Grosenbach (Toddzilla)

Songs for the Shepherd by Keith Green

Little Ones by Phil Keaggy

Colours by Rez Band (they played here, I even ate Pizza with them!)

The Best Is Yet To Come by Joe English (Saw him play at my High School!)

Run From The Darkness by Daniel Band (saw them in Redding)

kd6aaj - Before you get all crazy about being tracked remember how GPS works. Sat's beam a coordinated signal. The GPS unit uses the signal from 3 sat's calculates the arrival time difference and triangulates it's place on the planet. Now unless there is transmitter in the car to relay this info there is now way to be "tracked." Overall I feel this is going to happen. Here in Oregon first , most likely, but eventually nationwide. There is a big push in transportation for data intergration and distribution.

A lot of your fans here in Brisbane, Australia will not be able to attend your show because the venue is 18 years+ only. Will you be doing any promotions here where they might get a chance to see you & the band?

Clarky Thanks for the feedback on Bach man........... nice tits too.. , roflmao.............Nice to see somethings don't change ;-)

SuppaDave I feel bad for you about the band dude, the last band that I was in was like that, one guy just kept booking gigs without consulting anybody else, and when the rest of the band kicked off he would never have the balls to cancel.................... it's tough finding the right people. Btw, congrats on your impending arrival.

Oh .............. 'burning finger dude'........... too much man, I can't see that helping at all........................ why don't you try sandpaper? - lmao ;-)

Steven W Nice description of the view from your room man, don't ya just love it when you get an 'insight' into the world like that. Hope your feeling good man.

Alexandre Get well soon man.

DCK - You didnt reply to my last message so I will have to ask again. I have a question about the T2J CD. Can I have a guest vocalist on my track as she is about to be signed and it could be a bonus for the CD if she does well. All of the music is written by me but she will be writing the vocals. I will be, however, getting her in to the studio to record her vocals. Here is her website - Schula's Website
