Slansh - nervous... why???.... lol...

it's sounds great... and thinking on it some more... I'm glad that there are no drums there.... that's just too obvious...

so keeping them out is therefore part of the mid-finger to the jazz-bill... lol...

962 - not thought yet about popping over to Holland...

I'll think on it though..

mikesb - playing like Queen on stage is one thing.. that's a live tribute experience....

doing it all in the studio???? that is weird.... worse than weird..

it's not natural.. it's disgusting... that's like kissing you nan goodbye and she sticks her tongue in your mouth...

eeeuuuuwwwwwwwee..

Stace - lol... yeah... a 'frantic ballad'.... but it works.. lol..

lol.. and it's... "r'y'all frm Texs?".. lmao..

wayall... mabe I aiyam... lmao..

steevet - I don't know about reliable and dependable... I just think the boss wants me to actually do stuff... lmao...

I mean like I go to all the trouble to actually come here.. and then they want me to start actually doing stuff...
they're taking the piss big time

Strings - my.. I usually use Ernie Ball 'Hybrids'... I love 'em
for the DC set I decided to use a 6-string dropped to D [all strings a tone down]
so I figured to go up a gauge to the 'Skinny Tops, Heavy Bottoms' set...
they felt a little slacker than 9's at concert tuning which led me to go up a gauge again..
so now I'm on 'Power Slinky's' - plain stings from 11 gauge and wrapped strings from 12 guage..
and even in a 'D' tuning they're tighter than 9's at concert [but only just]
and they are huge...lol... they're like playing on cables...
they're also a little 'darker' sounding that I expected..
big fat tone too...

now I'm sort of torn between the power slinky's and the skinny tops, heavy bottoms....
one's a little to loose, the other's a little too tight..
Like girlies from Essex I guess... lmao..

but you know what they say.... big strings lil'... ahem...

Nick - we'll carry on with this composition talk...
but right now I have to run... sort out me boys... eat... then hit the studio to have yet another crack at the DC set...
all y'all - laters 'gators.. lmao..

Short term memory is getting worse... What did I just say?

Anyhow, sorry to the persons who have lost a loved one recently, DEATHCUBE and anyone else hear.

I will be losing a loved one next week on Valentines Day, February 14, 2005 around 10 AM Pacific Standard Time. How do I know? Feb 14th is the American Heart Association and other associations special day.

Well, my sister-in-law is pregnant with a terminally i'll baby who, according to the doctors' interpretation of the sonograms, is missing the top of her cranium. There may be only a brain stem. The mortality rate is high for this, usually still born, or only a few minutes after birth.

My sister-in-law chose to carry the baby, against the doctor's urging to have an abortion.

Everytime she goes to get a checkup or try to get another ultrasound, the are very rude to her, and she has never seen the ultrasound, they would not let her see it! One doctor said "you're carrying a corpse anyway, so why bother" when my sister-in-law said she was concerned with the baby's developement and health.

Her new doctor ordered an ultrasound, and when she arrived, the ultrasound people said they had no appointment for her.

Most doctors and nurses I have met are "supreme beings" in their minds. I think they are "supreme @$#%&" in my book. I have my own horror stories I will not elaborate on today.

T2J is one big family/familia/etc., and I am proud to be a part of this family. I'm allright, just tired now.

God Bless, and thanks for the prayers to everyone for everyone.

I have to replace the bumper on my wifes minivan now. ARGH! Stupid parking-lot lights! Why do they have to put them in the middle of the parking lot? And paint them flat black with a 3 foot high concrete base. My fender is about 4 feet tall.

Just got back from the horseraces aka Triple Crown's at the dentist, two on the new root canal post and cores that we so so lovingly discussed earlier this week, and the third to repair an existing crown Yuck..

Guess that's three more crowns than Camilla will ever see anyway.

DCK did they just fill your canal back up or are you getting your own crown? Damned expensive buggars....

Zenfish - You are so right - I canīt understand why some politicians donīt want to do anything for the nature and environment. For years the american president has done nothing, not one point of this protocol was realized..... what a shame....itīs easy to say: "As long as I live it donīt care about it", but we have only this nature and we all live on this planet, when itīs poisoned no one of us can turn back the hands of time to change.....
I am not an environmentalist, but some things like that make me really angry.....

Time to think a little bit about it........ tune ;-)

Zen, I am proud to say that one of the most recent projects I worked on for our provincial power authority was to almost totally eliminate nitrogen oxide emissions on 4 of 8 coal fired power generating stations here in Southern Ontario.

Unfortunately for me, the plan to implement the same technology on the remaining 4 units has been back burnered due to cost overruns by the authority in their attempts to restart their currently inoperable nuclear power generating stations.

Too bad, that would have meant another 3-4 years work for me at the tail end of my career on a morally satisfying project..........

LucySorets, excellent, Furnished Souls For Rent is an excellent record! My favourite of the two is the self-titled album but yes, it is expensive. Furnished souls is cool though....less solos but the arrangement is genius, and the vocals rock hard! Enjoy!

Also, the only EJ live video you can see is on G3 '96 and hopefully a song or two on Eric Clapton's Crossroads festival DVD. I know EJ played the gig, I just hope they included it in the final cut. If not they should be put up for a public stoning.

Yippeee, amazon have finally obtained and dispatched my copy of Nuno Bettencourt's new venture - Population 1! Can't wait!

Yippeee also cause my new computer (components) arrived today. I'll maybe get around to building it tomorrow.

Thanks peeps.I always kept company with the old men in the bar as a kid, didnt have much time in comparison for friends my own age, their storys although sometimes interesting were, well, like mine, lol. This day....Thursday,has turned over some great cards....dont laugh...i now can fit tiles on a floor perfect, lol after 20 times all wrong!.Theres a lil guy here from Equador, the man is built like an ox & stands around 5 feet tall,he is if y want my teacher in this work, peeps i shit y not,i have never seen any man, & i,ve worked with a lot, work so hard & quick in a pro way, in my life. This man works a 7 day week, never complains about his life & always sings his version of whatever is on the radio, lol.T sum things up,i see life a little different these days, much reflection brings me gifts of compassion in ways i never thought existed,Its a beautiful thing when someone leaves,y can see so much more clear.

Clarky:Tura snuck one in,just got yer mail bro & man i,m lookin forward t it being out there 2,i guess y just cant put an old dog down n all that, lol.Blue Bossa i have t say is an old jazz standard that took a mutilation, bad Slan, bad Clarky, lol.Pheonix St is my own although i doubt most will hear the change. In all fairness the credit has t go t Kenny Dorham for writing it & Emily Remler for showing me how t play bossanova on vid,i learnt her version of Blue Bossa, bass on the 1 & 3 & rhythm on 2 & 4 & thought......i want t do something different with this.Have t say i never liked the tune, but the chord prog just did it for me,i did something in my own style of that & i,m happy t say i,m more than content with the outcome.Just saw your mail,lol.......i was nervous incase i mixed your parts arseways,lol....Drums would have been 2 obvious,i agree, although i never thought of that until y posted it,lmao

Motionless Electromagnetic Generator? Either the E field moves within a B field or a B field moves within a E field. There is no other characteristic or property required, But you must have both fields to create electromagnetic energy.

The only apparently motionless electromagnetic device I know of is the one they have experimented with at NASA.

It consists of a simple conductor like electric cord from your lamp only much lower gauge with a lot less impedance. one end is connected to a postive terminal and one end is connected to a negative terminal. There is no additional voltage or E fileds in the experiment other than the natural Electro motive force aka Voltage of the Earth. In this case the terminals are the space craft as the postive and the Earths Atmoshere several hundred yards below the space craft. The actual voltage difference created I do not know.

The Conductor hangs outside the craft and simply floats in the same orbit as the craft. The important part is that the Craft is in motion around the earth. The Earth has a natural Magnetic field. So, as the conductor passes through the B field a current is created as described by M. Faraday and put in Mathematical form by Maxwel. The current is DC in this case and runs toward the craft. This experiment produced so much current that the conductor was heated to its melting point within seconds and fell from the craft into the Earth.

While the energy harnessed in this experiment has a great future use there is no way to get the enrgy from the craft to the earth for use down here. In the far future a shell could be built around the earth and the conductors could be used to energize the entire thing without moving parts but it is not exactly motionless.

Zero Point Energy as described at the link above has been proven to exist but It is also known that it is not harnessable. At least not with our current technology. In the experiment given as the example at the link it is easy to see that plates are put in a vaccuum and they come together under the pressure described but if you were to put any kind of wire to conduct the energy or some other energy converting device then the plates would not come together at all or at least they would be interfered with. The energy involved at one point is not big enough to even try. If you add up all points and the potential enrgy then you have alot of enrgy. The space and volume of such a thing would mean we would have to be everywhere in the universe at the same time to get it.

What the information does show is that the universe is still accelerating apart partially due to this ZPE and the pressure of Light.

Get me some links to pictures of it, include close-ups please. I would be interested in looking at it for purchase if we could strike a good deal. I suggest proceeding one step at a time if that is okay with you.

Is there any rules we would be breaking by using this T2J as a format for a sale?

Talk to me.

A long time ago you were evaluating some tuners, what became of that? Please lead me to any appropriate links.

Thanks

All:

I do some recording using Reason 2.5, Pro Audio 9, and Cubasis SE. Do any of you have some good informational websites for that kind of thing?

I am also interested in top quality information concerning Home Theaters and Audiophile resources.

Thanks
