Civgeek Sounds like the hot lanes are a similiar idea to over here then (or vice versa). I can't comment on the Italian perspective of blocking traffic from city centres. Over here, for example in the nearest city to me, the city centre was pedestrianised about 30 years ago. I think as long there is alternative method of transport people aren't to bothered. There are a lot of 'park and ride' schemes operating on the weekends for the shoppers. Which is okay as long as you haven't been and bought a home gym - lmao ;-)

962 Glad to be of service man! lol. My afternoon at work didn't make my week any better, having to kiss ass through gritted teeth is not my idea of fun, but the client is always right. Leastways, if I told him what I really thought of him, we'd have no contract = no work= no job=no home. ....and would you liike to f**k me up the ass while I bend over that barrel , Sir? *groan* - lol, such is the way of the world. fyi, I'm 38, a failed guitarist with a natural talent for not being able to use technology and a complete inability to read instruction manuals ;-) I'm about 45 mins from Ely so hooking wouldn't be out of the question. btw - I hope you read Angie's post - ha ha.

Angie Read "Use your words" That is so weird, I first heard that expression about 4 months ago. It's what the nursery nurses tell the kids at our daughter's pre-school when they have tantrums, and it works too! We share a common ground regarding our entry to this site. I wandered in about 2.5 years ago, I'd moved to one of my companies other offices, bad news, no work week on week. I got hooked up in here and made some friends and became part of the 'family'. My trouble started when I moved back to the original office and work got busy (i wasn't on line at home), it's tough to keep up with everything in here. I finally got on line at home about a month ago, which takes the pressure off, but that was like 750 posts later!!! ha ha - how many works hours does that work out to ? I don't even like to think about :-)

Michelle Hope your good lady and that things are going well for your dad and the family.

PhryDom Got your tarck bro'..................... I mailed you back. Raising the bar for Vol. II - hell yeah !

Night all, time for bed. Zzzzzzzzzzzz

I just wanted to thank everybody for the welcome and there kindness. Yes, i am Amy Lee from that band and i see some people have doubts which i can relate to. Anyone can say yes i am that person, when they are not. I am a big fan of Joe Satriani, and i am so glad that i found this site, he is the most gifted man in all he does. We are in the process of getting some new material down, and trying to get another CD out. We will probably be out on the road again this Summer, with a new twist and moving away from the kiddie crowds. I wanted to respond to someone's question i was born in Little Rock, AR. and my parent's still live there but now i made the move to CA. But, i just wanted to be a regular here, i could of said no i am not her but i am and i am proud to be me. I hope this post does not ruin my welcome here, i just wanted to be up front about who i really am. Once, again thank you for the welcome and i am hoping to become part of this family, and to get into this man's music and into his soul. He and the whole band are totally amazing and maybe we can learn so much from him. Amy Lee

No, i have no idea where it is, stayed with friends for two days so i did not have the time to sight see NJ. Maybe, next time i can check out the Garden State, to many things in NYC i had to cover. Sorry, i do not know where you are talking about or you do not believe me, i am here for the music and maybe to learn from this gifted man. Once, again sorry if i did not have the answer to your questions, or your belief in me

Amy Lee,

My belief in you is not in question...and for Lodi/Wallington...you'd be better off in Tahoe it's more pleasant IMHO, if you like that kind of thing.

I don't believe a celeb has ever attempted to join us mortals that visit this site...you certainly are welcome here...I feel the other people here would agree, and I think Joe might appreciate it too!....Peace...gotta practice...see ya later!

For your April 13th show in Vancouver @ the Commodore Ballroom, there's a 19 years of age and older. Being 17, I want to see the show, but can't. Is it possible that the next time you're in Vancouver, you choose a spot that me and my friends can come and see?

estrela...thank you for asking about my site & new CD...I play all the instruments that you hear....except the drums which I've either played live through a keyboard, or programmed.

I was going to buy a Roland V set (as I was a Guitarist/Drummer from Junior High school through college), but I opted to go for the new chromeboy instead...I can always find a v-set, but not a new JS 2PRM...thanks again for asking....just finished practicing, and ready for some Tequila....hmmmm it is blood to my soul!

big bad moon 1889, (1st you get a boy,,,,,then some liquid chrome....lol)

The chromeboy's are not issued new anymore, but some collectors have some unopened ones at high prices. There are only 60 new JS2PRM's worldwide, so those should be tough to get your hands on.

Your best bet might be ebay (they don't show up often, and if they do, they cost around $5000.00 US) maybe the Jemsite might have some from time to time....be careful of fakes + Pirates.....argggghhhh matey!!

Members at T2J sometimes run across them...?

Hiya Davey! Howz thangs down yonder, son?

Hi Steven, I hope your day went well :)

js22, congrats on making the team!

VFR, thanks hon. My pop is getting better very slowly. He's still in pretty bad shape. I had them out to the grocery store yesterday. His first day out since he's been sick. Shit man yeah, poppy's got his boots on! lol! He could barely wait to get in the car. lol! He rode around on a scooter thing they have in the stores for people who have trouble walking. Even that wore him out, and he was spent halfway through the store. My mom is wore out too. She's usually the one being cared for, and now she's the caretaker. As for me, I had a day to myself today before work for the first time in over 2 weeks. Whooptie effin doo! lol! I didn't have to run anybody anywhere. lol! I went out and bought myself a new pair of slippers, and when I got back, there was a message on my phone from my oldest sister. She needed a ride somewhere, but I wasn't home. Thank God I wasn't here to answer the phone! lol! Nah-uh, not today! lol! I'm wore out. I'm there for those who can't take care of themselves, but for those who can - you go on with your bad selves and let me know how it works out for ya! lol!

They're calling for more snow on Sunday & Monday. Oh joy.

Jazzy, estrela, Stevee, Punkdude, and all the peeps her at T2J - HOLLA!!!

Mikey ~ we miss youuuuuuuuuuuu!!

LOVE YA JOE!
