But it smelled like #$it . . .

Severed Penis Retrieved from Toilet, Reattached

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (Reuters) - A 44-year-old Anchorage man had his penis surgically reattached after it was cut off by an angry girlfriend and flushed down a toilet, local police said on Sunday.

The events unfolded about midnight on Saturday, after the pair had been arguing over an impending breakup, an Anchorage Police Department statement said. At some point, the two decided to have sex and the man agreed to let the woman tie his arms to a windowsill.

But the woman used a kitchen knife to amputate her partner's penis and flushed it down the toilet, police said. She untied the man, drove him to a local hospital and was cleaning up the bloody scene when police arrived at the home, according to the statement.

Summoned by the police, workers from the local water utility pulled the toilet up from the floor and were able to recover the severed penis, which was rushed to the hospital for the successful reattachment surgery on Sunday morning.

Police declined to identify the victim, but said his assailant was 35-year-old Kim Tran. She was charged with assault, domestic violence and tampering with evidence, and jailed without bail.

Stevee ~

I can't stop this feelin', Deep inside of me, Girl, you just don't realize, What you do to me, When ya hold me, In your arms so tight, You let me know, Everything's all right

I, I'm hooked on a feelin', High on believin', That you're in love with me :)

lol!

Mari, no bats lately. I saw that Steckel was coming. I would rather see Fourplay, but I can't seem to get my husband to go to any shows these day. I should just buy the effin' tickets! I would also like my son to see Steckel and Victor Wooten who's also coming, but the funds just aren't there. It's great that all that talent comes here, but when it happens all at one time it gets expensive. *I* think it's only once a year, so we should go for it. My husband thinks otherwise :(

ZINC MASTER sex toys for "...legislative, judicial or law enforcement purpose." ??? I some people (legislators) never actually read what they write, do they? "... Today Ted Bundy will be executed by lethal vibrators..."
will cops start carrying studs and vibrators? I don't think so.
Our local cops have started carrying these yellow plastic taser guns that shoot dats with wires attached to them.

Today at 10:30 am, I have to take my son Matthew to the ear doctor. They have to put him under anastesia and operate on his ear drum. His ear drum is sucked in, and has been that way for about 1 year. Might be skin growth between eardrum and bone. He has had tubes in his ears before.

They may have to do reconstructive surgery to his mandible(?), the bone above the ear drum, and there is the possibility of injuring the facial nerve. His face would be paralized on the right side if that happens. I pray all goes well, and they don't need to work on the bone.

Keep Matthew in your prayers :)

Our legislators get paid to write laws like that - where can I sign up - I have great ideas on types of laws that we should have.

No speed limits (except school zones) - well maybe not quite.

ZINK MASTER I just edited my post, you may have to refresh your browser!

I know, some laws are strangely written.
Reminds me of those silly warnings I read on labels, like "do not eat" on an aspirin bottle label, or "do not inhale" on a nasel spray label.

*comes out of hiding again*

Whew - I seem to be all caught up here now - I see a lot of familiar people, lots of new ones, and some people seem to have disappeared like I did.

I have a question for anyone who uses a PC to record - has anyone used SONAR - more specifically, SONAR 3?

I've been using it for a while now, but it still has tons of potential to crash or freeze my computer up; even with all of the patches provided by the site! For a $300 dollar program, one would think that issue would be fixed.

Anyway, has anyone else who used this program had that problem, and fixed it?

Thanks =)

Stevee, this is what I'm listening to (very loud) at the moment. Name that tune ~

If ever words were spoken

Painful and untrue

I said I loved but I lied

In my life

All I wanted

Was the keeping

Of someone like you

As it turns out

Deeper within me

Love was twisted and pointed at you

Never ending pain, quickly ending life --

*************************************************************************

kd6aaj, sorry to hear about your sons ear problem. I'll say some good words to the man above to keep Matthew in good hands, and also the rest of your family. These things are so tough on parents and siblings. I've watched both my children go into surgery, so I'm familiar with the "wanting to take thir place" feeling. I'll stop typeing now and get to it. Best of luck and a speedy recovery to Matthew.

Thanks Zinc Master

I realy hope he will come. I read a post of his (jan 8) in which he wrote they are to tour in Japan, Australia and New Zeeland. For Europe he said: "We are looking into a few European summer festivals as well... "

I'm curious what's it gonna be, and if he comes I hope it won't be to far away from my place. I know that maybe you and your fellow americans take the plane quite often and easely. But it's a whole lot different here. A plane ticket costs a lot here. I hope the city he would go to has a high speed train connecting it or something, because I'm a student; it means I don't have a lot of money :p

Anyway I'll do whatever I can to see him perform live.

Joe,

I heard graphtech labs is coming out with string saver saddles for a floyd rose next month (March). I'm not sure if they'll fit you're guitar, but I strongly recommend you look into it. I used to break tons of strings on my les paul and ever since I put the saddles on I literally have not broken a single string. I own a JS1000 and I break strings all the time, so I'm really hoping the new floyd rose saddles fit. If you break a lot of strings, it might be something to consider. If you don't have problems with strings breaking, I'd love to know what you do to prevent this from happening. Rock on.

Fredjems - I won't give you a specific brand but the things I look for are accuracy, back lighting or the at least the ability to tune in the dark, and an in and an out so that you can put it in line while you're playing.

Cuth - That will always be my fav. With Creeping Death tops of the list. When I have more time I'll share the story of that song and a VERY christrian friend of mine. Kinda funny.
