Yep - one step at a time, but also listen to the body to a point. Remember, no pain no gain, but pain is there for a reason.

What am I trying to say - I don't know, I am just typing.

Steven Wilde:I,m doin well Stevie, looking forward t getting my album out & site finished, its up t my bud Ronnie t finishing things up now,he still has exams so it may take a while, such a relief t get the album mixed & photos done, really is tough when y have t do the majority by yourself & still hold down a day job. There was actually a moment when i considered not trying,it all just seemed so impossible.I bought my first computer only 3 years ago with an Audigy soundcard, took me nearly 6 months t suss the thing out cause everything was in spanish & a couple after t learn how t negotiate a dodgy cakewalk program, lol.Works ok for audio but i,m looking at an apple G5 with pro tools for future recording & taking some lessons on sound engineering, yip i,m back on the learning curve again.Hope your day is well & good luck in all.God bless

Zenfish:F(rench),lol.Theres a program running here called Spanglish, maybe you should have a talk with the director, you could definately make it better, change it t Zenglish & confuse the shite out of everyone,LMAO

Cuthbert 1776 &

Supaa Dave:Jeez guys i didnt know, well a belated congrats Cuth,i,m not around so much these days t read all the posts,i tend t skip a lot, happy for y both. Our ownVFRrocker is a new papa 2,great t see some light in T2J,my very best t y

Jazzzzy:There is some awesome talent out there, that have been fighting t get heard for such a long time. All i can say is thanks t the net, these people can be heard, instead of this who gives a shit if you can play/compose well. The net can be a nightmare, but as y know,if y use the machine & not let it use you,its an amazing form of communication, the great thing about it is its going t get better & better.C y Sat bro

Steven Wilde Today was more stressful...Lancashire university phoned up today...apparently they have scheduled a new interview for next week on tuesday...HOWEVER they didnt tell me I needed a portfolio so now I need to withdraw my applicationas I dont have a portfolio to show them...if they told me that in the first place I wouldnt of gone to all that trouble to get a new interview...*shakes fist* on first impression I've coughed up better administrators than they have anywayz.

New Track :-) I got the idea from sitting and doing f*ck all...its got clips from the film "Snatch" in it...so strong language is present...hope ya enjoy it...just gotta upload it.

FINALLY, THE BLONDE JOKE TO END ALL BLONDE JOKES.

A blonde calls her boyfriend and says, "Please come over here and help me. I have a killer jig saw puzzle, and I can't figure out how to get it started."

Her boyfriend asks, "What is it supposed to be when it's finished?" The blonde says, "According to the picture on the box, it's a tiger." Her boyfriend decides to go over and help with the puzzle.

She lets him in and shows him where she has the puzzle spread all over the table. He studies the pieces for a moment, then looks at the box, then turns to her and says, "First of all, no matter what we do, we're not going to be able to assemble these pieces into anything resembling a tiger."

He takes her hand and says, "Second, I want you to relax. Let's have a nice cup of tea, and then...." he sighed,

" let's put all these Frosted Flakes back in the box".

cuthbert: Happy wont be so happy anymore after I burn his lynard skynard cd's. I have watched happy gilmore more than 50 times now. Shooter and Ben stiller are my fave characters in the movie.

slanshroom: I agree man, the net is probably the easiest way for musicians to have their stuff heard. The amount of amazing music I have heard by downloading exceeds the number of mainstream musicians CD's I have puchased. A lot of these new underground bands would never be heard if it wasnt for the net. I used to subcribe to guitar world once and I got tired of it being full of commercials and other rubbish articles (such as what these nu metal bands like to eat for dinner). If it wasnt for downloading, I probably would have never heard of bands like opeth and such. As for coming to the Isles, you bet man, the moment I get the chance I sure will be ringing you up! we should definitely spark the green angel sometime! and if you ever, ever come down to the US, you have a home to stay. Just keep that in mind! take care bro!

tune: hey man, glad you like us here ! hope we corrupt you >:) cheers bro.

stevee t: Circus maximus? no way. You are whorus maximus and your adopted t2j kids are whorus minimus. I have something waiting for you in a couple of hours. buckle up.

Jazzzzzzzy- I have to agree with you. St. Anger was not Metallicas best. I wish they would go back to the old Metallica and do "Kill Em All" part 2. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Metallica back in 83. I saw them on there very first tour in a small club in Milwaukee. After the show they partied with the crowd. I think once they hit "Load" and "Reload" the power slowed down. Don't get me wrong I enjoy all the Metallica CDs but I miss the Kill em all and Ride The Lighting sound.

Hello there friends! Hope your day is going well! It's taken me a long time to skim through the posts from the past few days!!

Stevee T- Yes thanks, we have settled into the new place very well now, it is a very cool house! :-)

Estrela- thankyou- well I have been practising the piano like a maniac, and will be until next Tuesday 15th when I do the dreaded exam... keep your fingers crossed for me! :-)

Steven- glad to hear you may be able to make August! Great news. Excellent also that you got a personal message from Joe! That made me jealous! But also very happy for you- what you were saying about seizures at night- did you say you don't have them during the night or you ONLY have them during the night? Anyway speak to you soon. :-)

Jazzzzzzzy- feeling happy today I hope?

SilentShady- So your freezer is warmer than your house?
