Hi DavidFallows, yep, my son and I will be at the Reno show. We went to the Deep Purple, Thin Lizzy and Joe concert there in September 04 but it was at the outside venue. I'm thinking this will be inside, so can't tell you much about that, except I do believe there are seats...depends in part on what type of tickets you bought and where you are seated. We'll be at table 8, front row center in the pit, so I know there is some seating........we'll be the tired looking mom and son duo, as we'll have just raced south from the Portland show the night before!!! It would be cool to meet you!! This show ROCKS!!

cheese101 - Woah! I would have loved to have been at one of the DP/Lizzy/Joe shows! Thin Lizzy are one of my favourite bands, I saw them at the Manchester Academy back in December '02 - totally rocked. Scott Gorham is one of my all time favourite guitarists and was my role model when I started playing as a kid (before dropping out and starting again in 2000). I can never decide who my all-time favourite rhythm player is - Gorham or M.Schenker.

I'll be the English white guy with dreadlocks. Tap me up and I'll buy you a beer bro. ;) - I'm a platinum ticket holder although I won't know my seat until the day of the concert (due to being an international customer my ticket will be held at the venue) - hopefully I'll be in the middle too!

Jesus man! - You're going to 2 shows, both with platinum tickets for you and the family? That's some dedication!

I saw Joe at last years G3 at the Apollo in Manchester - in hindsight it was a pretty poor gig due to our seats, we were below a balcony and couldn't really hear much of the lead, only muffled bass.

S.Wilde - Seriously man, as long as you have the energy and the brain-power your body can tackle anything. My grandfather has been ill for the past 30 years and he's now 85 - he has a better mind and body than most 60 yr. olds I know due to his determination in everything he does.

SupaaDave, enormous blessings on you, your wife and new addition...this makes 2 kids, 3, the first........I'm sorry, I don't know but every child is a gift!! Have fun getting to know your precious new daughter and trying to find time to sleep :) You sound like a very proud poppa!!

Stevee T, shadddduppp! With my ebay name anyway!! :) LOL! It's yet another name my son picked out for me, along with my T2J name of cheese 101. But there is a real story behind the purpleflapperlady name, just not one I'm gonna share here at the moment!! Suffice it to say, it had to do with boogers and the humor of a teenage mind!! And an insane friend of mine who was encouraging him, LOL!! Did ya get the JS10? EDIT: WHOA, wait a second, is that YOUR name on the JS as the winning bid? DAMN!!! You got a steal!! Noice!! Of course, I should get something for turning you on to this guitar!!!! I know, how about you just have it shipped out here to me!! LOL!!! Gonna put pictures up on your web site of you with it?

DavidFallows, I'll keep an eye out for ya, but you might be looking for the wrong person, as I'm a chick and not a guy!! My son Chris and I will be at both shows, we have gold tickets for Portland and just lucked into getting these preemo seats for Reno, even though they are general admission. Ya never know, we could be seated at the same table!! We already did the platinum tickets this past December 26th in San Francisco, then went the next night on General Admission tickets, the 27th. And before we see the Portland and Reno shows that weekend, we're also going to the Anaheim and Ventura shows back to back in California the week before. Hmmmm, I have already admitted we are totally insane, so maybe you don't want to have anything to do with us..........................? LOL!! :) You'll really enjoy your platinum experience, especially if you've never met Joe yet. Unfortunately, the night of our platinum tickets, poor Joe was so sick with pneumonia we really didn't get to spend but a moment with him, would have loved more time but also would have preferred he go home to bed immediately to get better!! He is just an awesome, sweet and very approachable person, doesn't have a "big head" about his fame at all and tries really hard to make you feel comfortable with him. Enjoy! Oh, and trust me, bring earplugs, you'll probably need them!!

Hello Everyone, I hope you all are having a good weekend!! I am pretty pumped up!! I just won an auction for "The Beautiful Guitar" off ebay!!! All I need is "Additional Creations" to complete my Satriani CD collection!! That completes the list in the music section. I also have some imports. If there is anyone out there who can help me get my hands on "Additional Creations" it would be very helpful!!
