Michelle....fortunately I was in an empty parking lot so there was'nt a slush factor to consider...lol...I'm glad someone got a kick out of it, otherwise I would'nt have posted it ;) I'm fine...just a little sore in the right rump area...
Austin...when are you going to put in your entry for the interview contest?

mikesb and suppadave: Why dont we vote someone in who has never met Joe before? Why give it to someone who lives in the same state and has seen Joe multiple times? I am not entering this interview thing, but I'd like to see someone who's never met Joe before. Just my opinion.

Delfino, My Little Friend was actually very enjoyable :) lol! I likey!
OME, congrats on the passes!!!
SupaaDave, please tell me your not complaining about your bruised bottom to a woman who's recently given birth... lmao!!!
Jazzy, that's all good if the person can fly out to the show and has tickets and all. It is an "in person" interview, or am I wrong? I'm not sure how that would work. I'm confused *don't have time to reread the contest instructions again at the mo* about the dealio. lol! Does it have to be someone already attending the show, or can it be anyone who can afford the tix & trip on semi-short notice? I'm to tired to think. lol!

Jack wakes up with a huge hangover after attending his company's Christmas Party. Jack is not normally a drinker, but the drinks didn't taste like alcohol at all.
He didn't even remember how he got home from the party. As bad as he was feeling, he wondered if he did something wrong. Jack had to force himself to open his eyes, and the first thing he sees is a couple of aspirins next to a glass of water on the side table. And, next to them, a single red rose!
Jack sits up and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and pressed. He looks around the room and sees that it is in perfect order, spotlessly clean. So is the rest of the house. He takes the aspirins, cringes when he sees a huge black eye staring back at him in the bathroom mirror.
Then he notices a note hanging on the corner of the mirror written in red with little hearts on it and a kiss mark from his wife in lipstick!: "Honey, breakfast is on the stove, I left early to go get groceries to make you your favorite dinner tonight. I love you, darling!
Love, Jillian
He stumbles to the kitchen and sure enough, there is hot breakfast, steaming hot coffee and the morning newspaper. His son is also at the table, eating.
Jack asks, "Son... what happened last night?"
"Well, you came home after 3 A.M., drunk and out of your mind. You fell over the coffee table and broke it, and then you puked in the hallway, and got that black eye when you ran into the door."
Confused he asked his son, "So, why is everything in such perfect order, so clean, I have a rose, and breakfast is on the table waiting for me?"
His son replies, "Oh THAT!... Mom dragged you to the bedroom, and when she tried to take your pants off, you screamed, "Leave me alone, lady, I'm married!"
Broken Coffee Table $39.99
Hot Breakfast $4.20
Two Aspirins .38
Saying the right thing, at the right time . . PRICELESS!!!

Jazzy.....considering that Austin writes for his school paper makes him a good candidate and (as Michelle pointed out)...he does live in the same state where the interview will take place. You have a point though...it would please me to see someone who has'nt met him yet win the contest. But that will not be a factor in my decision on who I vote for. I think he's the most ambitious and the most qualified to conduct a good, informative interview. It could only be better if MegaBoyd was there too...
Joe...you better bring a inflatable raft or something....I hear there is a severe cyclone heading for Australia right now !

One day Chuang Tzu and a friend were walking by a river.
"Look at the fish swimming about," said Chuang Tzu, "They are really enjoying themselves."
"You are not a fish," replied the friend, "So you can't truly know that they are enjoying themselves."
"You are not me," said Chuang Tzu. "So how do you know that I do not know that the fish are enjoying themselves?"

Just catching up on the days posts...
SteveeT: glad you decided on a more structured song(or have you yet?)...for the purposes of an album, I think it's a better choice just for the reason that was mentioned...It's more easily caught onto by people, it can be hummed along to, an I think it just makes it enjoyable for more people, though not neccesarily MORE enjoyable for SOME people...lol. I'm sure it'll sound great no matter what.
michelle: Portnoy fan too, eh? Good to hear. To me, he's like a Percussionary version of Joe. You may not like his style, but no one can argue that he is one of the most technically talented and fundamentally sound performers of the era. Keep rockin!
All that responded to my Aerosmith post: Awesome...classic rock still hasn't lost its foothold on the music society!!! I gotta meet this Austin guy!

suppadave: I want to read a strightforward interview that goes technical, I'd search for a Joe interview on the internet. As for writing in the school paper or being thru college and all that doesnt matter in the interview. I guess I'm just tired of seeing the same person being given all the credit for being the "ultimate" Joe fan simply because he acts that way online. I am just against of the default choice people make. Please excuse my frustration.
michelle: Well, there are a lot of people entering the contest who have never met Joe before. My point is to pick the person who has never had the oppurtunity to meet Joe or ever see him live. I am not in favor of picking the "default mr know-it-all." Seems unfair to me. Its just my opinion.
cuthbert: I cant wait to see a deer kick ted nugent in the groin.
