michelle: whoa, you guys got hooked up big time! Yes, your hubby is right, Nathan does play a Yamaha. Nathan East's teeth are so white that they match his bass. No wonder he keeps smiling all the time. He seems like a happy guy who loves what he does. Did you crowdsurf? Vai's atlanta show had some crowdsurfing! I will definitely ask Nathan how he liked playing in Reading. The event I am going to is a clinic and performance, so it should be interesting and fun. gnite and thanks for the info!

Hey Joe, how you feeling man? have you had a problems with any of your guitars and strap locks?? because i had them on my telecaster and it screwed up the pins. anway hope you feel better.

I wen't to Satch's show in thebarton theatre last night and IT WAS AWSOME!! Just another reason for me to belive that satch is the best guitarist ever! i really enjoyed my self he didnt play my fav song but hey u cant get everything u want huh thanks satch rock on!!

I am a little behind in the review dates, but I was lucky enough to be front and centre for Joe at The Forum on the 18th in Melbourne, (which at 5'4, is a very good thing!)
This was my first Joe concert and it was absolutely amazing,
my partner was one of those crazies who just had to touch Joe's shoe,we could actually see the sweat his fingers left as it moved along the fret board, the three hour gig was absolutely the best, and getting to meet Joe at Allens on the Saturday arvo. was amazing. Please come back again soon Joe, nine years is way too long!

looking at the photos from the Australian Tour and I opened up the 'Melbourne set list' one and I read it and said "Hey, he did this exact set in Brisbane (the show I was at)!" and if you look at the top of the sheet it says Brisbane. So, yea, incorrect captioning webmaster. Did he do something similar on the nights in Melbourne? Did his set(s) for the 2 nights each in Sydney and Melbourne change?
NOTE: He also did 'Friends' after 'Surfing with the Alien' in his encore. Loved the encore, everyone in the Brisbane show went nuts for Surfing with the Alien. Should have done Crushing Day as well!
