mikesb: Well, there might be a rock God or 2 that I'd like to sleep with......I'm not mentioning any names. LMAO!!! They will stay in my dreams instead..... Wow, that's very odd about Carols addy. I think it may be .net instead of .com?
FABLawyerSBM: Well since you put it that way Ronnie I don't mind it. I'll just take that as a compliment then. I'm just not out to sleep with every musician I see. lol!!! So you woke up and had 4 groupies in your room, 2 in the bed. hmmmmm... wonder how they got in there??!!
Hehe. ;-)

MariMari Buford Highway is a road about a bajillion miles long north of here... I think Buford's about an hour away, yeah... small world! :-)
FabLawyer yeah I was (still am!) a Japan fan too... weird coincidence about listening to them / Mick!!! Music Midtown seems to have some decent acts on this weekend, hope you have fun! If you know Atlanta you might know Cabbagetown, that's where I be these days...
OCPS I'm really hoping I can get there... we've not had the greatest of luck with cars, y'see... fingers crossed....
Maire paranoia?!?! lol I just have dementia lmao :-)
Forgotten Boy I seem to recall Joe was watching / thinking about the effects of wars, or one war in particular for those two tracks... someone like Austin will definitely know... watch out for him - he knows his Satch!
Later peeps... it's caffeine & nicotine o'clock :-)
EDIT: Forgotten Boy the effect in the CP solo is a Fulltone Ultimate Octave.

I love Steve Vai Bad Horse! Im seeing him in october!!!!
I love his spiritual aspect on guitar music, although some of his stuff is non-guitar, for example Pusa road and freakshow excess are soo non electric guitar style!! I love that!
How is everyone??

1. Is that a bad thing?
2. Why does your sister know a brothel looks like? lol
I think I'll paint my room in Uni (as its basically a prison cell with nasty cream colour paint over bricks)...I'll do it in "Railway sign Yellow"...aka glow in't dark paint.
mwahahahaha take that university...
Take care
Delfino
Also...I found the music on this hilarious...

Good Afternoon Satchland.......
danny k..... I went to your soundclick page. You're a fine player. Good luck to you.
My wife Cindy is done with school. Today was her last day. A well deserved Summer break starts. The family car porter(Me) is off for the Summer also. Everyday I get out of bed and move two cars and load her stuff for the day. That's Winter,Spring and Fall. A man's job is never done.
Where's Nola?
Later Peeps
Edit.... Hardcorey...... The best place for the Searching tab is from the ITLIS song book. You can oder it a Cherry Lane.com. From the home page click print.... then do a search....Joe Satriani ....it will take you to all song books available. Good luck. http://www.cherrylane.com

I love the Asian farmers market up that end... it's where I was first introduced to kim-chi[sp] dumplings.. yum!! not heard that about Buckhead, although I've heard people joke "would you drive me to Cumming?" lmao... not counted the Peachtrees, but I wouldn't be surprised if the number was now in the tens of thousands LMAO

Maire....it's nice to see you posting again.
Ovation...."Return of The Alien" sounds cool.....but I thought Joe mentioned once somewhere that he was trying to shake that image....I don't know why....I think it's a good image to project. When I played the LISF dvd to a friend of mine, the first thing out of his mouth was that Joe looked like he was from outer space..

ka girl....... I'm doin' great. Thanks. The weather in Chi-Towm is unbearable. It's been upper 80's...90's for the last couple of days with no sign of a let up. The cold Winters you expect but the Summer is the luck of the draw. You never know what to expect. It's never this hot and for so long this early in the Summer. It's not officially Summer yet by calender. I don't think in the last 3 yrs. Chi-Town has had a 90 degree day that I can remember. It's hot in Minnesota....it's never hot there. That's how weird this is. I love the outdoors and don't care much for A/C. We have no choice. It's A/C or die !!!!!!
