I am going to disappear for a while
I will be in stealth mode
But I shall return - at least I plan to.
Everybody play nice while I am away.
I will keep the lights on so that you think that I am here - and maybe I will be.

Hi everyone, I have a job interview on Monday for teaching in a school with pupils with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) and I am hoping that I stand a chance of getting the job, as I feel it's time for change... anyone who has got time to send me good vibes for Monday afternoon would be very much appreciated !!! :-)

Hi Joe -- I just wanted to tell you that I had a great time last weekend at Guitar Hero '05. I'm Rob's girlfriend(the one who was discussing Mach 3's with you at the pre-show party on Thursday night) You and Luke were very friendly and helped make the whole show great. Rob had a great time getting to know you, Luke & Trevor, the staff of Guitar Player, and the rest of the Guitar Hero contestants. Many of them are keeping in touch and already discussing a tour. We made new friends and had a great time. Thank you so much for being a part of that. On a sad note, I will probably never suck on another lifesaver again!

Mr. Satriani,
I am currently stationed at Ft. Sill where I am a military working dog handler and also taking college online. You were one of the most influencing factors in me deciding to play guitar. As of late I haven't really had the time for it because of all the stuff going on in the world and abroad. But I have a sort of favor to ask you I am taking a music class and I talked with my professor about the research paper, I wanted to do it on you and your career and he was really excited when I mentioned it. But I am having a hard time finding just facts about you! I know who you have taught and all the other stuff, but no facts on your life coming up as a musician or what your favorite uses of mode and scales that you use. This is where it really gets hard because on the paper I wanted to compare your style to that of Mozart because the both of you are wizards in a sense to the music relm. Because in my eyes a person like you that can just sit in front of a piece of paper and jam out stuff like you do should be right up there with the top musicians of the era.

heylo Joe and other peeps whats cracking?. Havent been around in a few days, studying for my last high school exams of my life and writing music and all that stuff.
Question for all you guitar players out there. How do you prefer having your strap around your shoulders? Do you like it down lower or up higher? I like playing it up high if I want good positions of the hands and better picking but usually its down low so I can move faster with both hands.

Hey all. Interesting times ahead.
Time will tell. (If we stand the test of time...hahaha)
Estrela: no camera handy, so I'll chuck a little paint drawing on the web for you to get a bit of a visual idea. This page will do for now. Funny.
Wow, just been reading the 3 posts that were posted in the last 8 hours...she's pretty quiet! Got some news for us Joe?
AussieRGMan: Virgil Donati is an Aussie drummer who is pretty darn good. He played in Steve Vai's band for a while (before Jeremy Colson) and he's on the Live at the Astoria DVD. If you go to the http://www.drummerworld.com site there is a video of him in a clinic. Pretty funny.
...ah looks like that one's not there anymore, but there's another.

Michelle I'm just a little ray of fucking sunshine ain't I? roflmao................I know a lot of people would think that that T shirt was wholly appropriate for me (on the right day!)
I don't know about attitude at work, but my patience is wearing a bit thin at the moment..... to many hours for no extra cash (and pregnant wife) = too much to do at the weekend, without any energy.....*sigh* sure glad I'm not a mother though !! :-)
Cube DM hanging at your pad ? How f**king cool is that ? I got the Organic CD and DVD, great stuff. Nice to see bbf in there as well. His playing is great as ever but the bit on the DVD that does it for me is 'Eat My Chopstick'............... the 'in mouth' drum solo is awesome.....................a total Freak!!!
962 Revolution International suck man :-/ 6 weeks after I place my Bumblefoot order, it takes me to chase them for them to tell me that 'oh it's been deleted'............... fucking dicks, I knew that already, so why did they have it on their website for sale..................... really pissed on my chips. Ho hum. How are you anyway man ? I've got my bro on the case re your DVD but he's away this w/end, I've not forgotten :-)
Right gotta drag my sorry ass of this chair and do some stuff, I hate being 'at a loose end'.................don't want to do the stuff that I've got to do and can't be bothered (or settle to) to do the stuff that I want to do. Some days you just want to wake up the following morning and start over -lol
Later peeps.
