Morning Stevee T , enjoying the "Blues Saraceno Compilation?? Hard to believe he demonstrated such mature playing and note selection at 17 back in 1989!!! Guess that is why Bruce/Baker selected him in 1991 to tour a Cream set.... So, when do we get a full blown album from you man?? Don't forget to ask greg about an interview.... Have a great lesson

Would Roy look good in a kilt or does he have extremely hairy legs?? I am guessing yes based on his 5 oclock shadow....

Yea - and no socks on them either.
It was the last gig I played. There is a pic of me dressed as a woman somewhere if u click more pics. And its .sporran'. My credit card was in there.

Bon Jovi will release their next studio album on Sept. 20. The as-yet-untitled CD's first single, "Have a Nice Day," will make its radio debut July 18. As previously reported, the New Jersey rockers will perform July 2 at the Philadelphia edition of the star-studded Live 8 concert series. "We're excited to be part of such a great lineup of artists for these shows," says frontman Jon Bon Jovi.

Teddy Ruxpin Makes His Return
The Care Bears. The Cabbage Patch Kids. Teddy Ruxpin. For children of the '80s, they were toy-store celebrities who forced parents to queue up at dawn or fight for products in aisles across America.
Now, BackPack Toys is hoping that Ruxpin, like the Bears and Kids before him, can ride a wave of nostalgia into the toy bins of a new generation. And independent The Ad Store—the shop that caused a stir with its GoDaddy.com Super Bowl spot— is charged with helping him get there.
The Ad Store's two-pronged attack will use print ads to lure adults and TV to target children. The agency, which won the business without a review, is still developing creative concepts, said managing partner Tim Arnold. First work is expected to break in August.
Ruxpin has enjoyed swift trading on eBay, and 85 percent of adults who owned the toy as kids still recognize the brand, Arnold said. "We are definitely going to target parents who will remember Teddy from their childhoods, as well as grandparents who remember giving Teddy to their children," said Helen Hames, BackPack Toys director of marketing and corporate relations.
A budget for the effort has not been determined, Hames said.
Ruxpin, which debuted as a Worlds Of Wonder toy in 1985, is due to relaunch in September— most notably in 2,000 Target stores.
MP3 cartridges have replaced his original cassette tapes, but Teddy Ruxpin's animatronic eyes and mouth will move in trademark fashion as he narrates a series of stories about the land of Grundo.
Arnold said Ruxpin shows the "wonderful other end of the Richter scale" from the controversial SuperBowl spot, which only aired once before being pulled by Fox.

MikeSB - the biggun [Alex] is a righty..
he plays drums in a band and also plays guitar..
his classical playing is actually getting to be pretty sweet..
he's had an electric for a few years... he dabbles...
right now he's going through a phase... now that he is playing more he's realised that the musicianship required to be a rap artist is not high... his respect for them is beginning to evaporate [which can only be a good thing]
he s beginning to ediscover the joys of metal....
and gaining the respect of "organic musicianship"
Lewis is the little 'un... he's a leftie and only the other day asked me to start teaching him to play....
when it comes to guitar though, I don't know which way around he'll prefer to play...
fortunately for him, there are both lefties and righties in the house......
imagine... a nice summer evening... the sun is going down... it's nice and warm...

Clarky: That's cool about your son....cue twighlight zone music....NOW! About the younger lefty son....even though I'm a teacher and many guitar teachers say to make everyone play righty...I think it's better to let lefties play left handed. I just think that the if you're leftie the left hand is your writing hand so it's better suited for small movements like picking just as a righties right hand is. What do you think?

OCPS470..... I agree with you. If you're a lefty and the guitar feels good to you as a lefty. Let it be. The learning process is less frustrating and it's natural. I'm a righty and couldn't imagine learning to play lefty only 'cause I'm a righty. Nothin' wrong with being a lefty if it feels right.
Clarky..... Do you have a web ? I'd like to check out your band and some of your songs.
mari..... FYI.... In case you missed the post. The name of my Uncles restuarant in New Hope was The Crystal Palace. It's going back 40 yrs. so who knows. If it's not there. What's there now?

joeman 9...... I read the article. Uh.... wasn't that the kids point. They work on a project for 7 months and no one lets them know or suggest a different project. I have a project for them.
