I am having a "Day with Joe" today....as I work around the house, I have the stereo cranked up and am listening to every one of Joe's cd's... REALLY listening to them, as I'm by myself and find I can concentrate on the music and just let it carry me where it will. My God, his catalogue of music is just so incredible... every song invokes strong emotions and feelings, words just don't do them justice...
Joe..........indescribable.........truly, thank-you so much for who you are and what you do. My heart and soul are soaring away today...flying high...

Good Afternoon Satchland...... How Are you guys?
It's really hot in Chi-Town. All week as a matter of fact. In the 90's all week. I don't remember when it's been this hot for so many days in row. I can't wait to hear about Com Ed's quarter losses. It usually comes after record highs for the Month. LOL.....Imagine that.
Band update...... If you remember last time I was going out the door to audition a Rythm Section when I got the call the bass players car was stolen from the train station. Well, we've rescheduled for Tues of this coming week. I'm psyed. Also, I was email yesterday from another Rythm Section interested. So I'm feelin' good about the oppertunities that lay ahead. The one bassist that was in Liquid Soul called and said he can't commit to anything right now. He's to busy with to many other bands. So that's were I'm at.
Mari..... Thanks for your kind words. They mean a lot to me. When OSHA is done with the investigation I'll let everyone know the official cause of death of Todd and his employee. Sounds like you're gearing up for another great show. Have fun and be careful. How's Steven doing? Any updates?

Michelle - The vodka cran has been seen in my neck of the woods quite a few times, too.
Keniko - We are so in the same boat. I am leaving here in a few minute to audition a guy that I think is going to come in ill-prepared which means I will have to hold my drummer down cause he will blow a gasket!! (in falsetto) And the beat goes on....

Keniko we're finalising the graphics for both the CD and the website hopefully this weekend, and once Chris has all the tracks & decided on a running order we should be able to start selling... I'm estimating another month or so, but in the time being as soon as the site's ready to go live there'll be short audio clips to keep you all going until release date. :-)
