NewsMan: 3 - make loads of friends here. then pretend to be sick. then come back like a big miracle. then people will love me even more. oh, someone already did that.
Ok, this was totally offensive and uncalled for. What is your deal, dude??

Hi Satchland!
Stevee T, 962, bahduh, you have mail!
michelle, "Dave Weiner is having a guitar clinic about 5 blocks from my house"
That's awesome, I bought Dave's CD some weeks ago, it's great! And very nice review of the clinic, thanks for sharing :-)
axeshredderjc, php is fine...but I love Talk To Joe format. I find interaction and meeting people more difficult in a php forum. It's a question of tastes...
marimariSRV, hi Mari, I haven't been around for a while, too much things to do! Seeing the news on TV the other day here in a Spanish main channel, Eric Steckel was introduced like a child prodigy of blues, a new sensation. And the first time I heard about him was by you, it was really cool to see him on TV, I have to take a listen to this boy!
Alexandre, tune, regards to you!
NewsMan, It seems that "someone" is very jealous today...LOL

LucySorets, thank you! You got mail back (again)!
Captain Steve, yeah I take your point....I guess that's why I usually try to keep it tame. I just thought it was so uncalled for....it's not like Steven provoked it or anything.
Delfino, if your parents show concern about you coming and meeting up with me feel free to tell them to call me...in the mean time, go mow some lawns or wash some cars or something! hahaha, just kidding mate!

hey peeps... anyone heard of Driskill Guitars? They're MF gorgeous!!! check em out!. Every one is hand made by one guy. I dread to think how much they cost! :-& Finally decided on the final design for my new machine. It's kinda like those Steinbergers that aren't rectangular, except with a "real" neck. Pickups will be wired like my last old fave, and there'll be a lefty Floyd licensed bridge (first time for me!) too.
Oh, that reminds me, the back pickup I'm installing is called a Motherbucker (honest!). I've had it a while, it's a real Kent Armstrong handmade one. However, it's green, and I don't want the colour of the guitar to be dictated by one of its pickups, so do any of your girlies have any black nail polish I could have??? No - I'm not joking!
SOTD: Anything from the Anaheim Webcast that I downloaded earlier today ;-)
Hope you're all well. Laters.
EDIT: The link didn't not want to work, like.

FabFella natch I was joking! Roy's apparently very talented (and the little tasters on the site certainly support the general opinion too!), and you're doing a great service by getting his name out there. As soon as I get myself a GD job here I'll be buying a CD, no worries there :-) All the very best to both of you!

Yes, Saraceno plays on three songs of Kingdom Come's Hands of Time CD from 1991 (solos only) . This was after they broke up, but Lenny kept the name, remember?
Do you have latest Reb Beach instructional DVD ? How is it?
I'm a sucker for his "Winger" tone.

Steevee yes indeed! If I can't get one I'll surely make a tribute to one!
Pitch no 8 is Reb's video from the Winger days? If so, I remember reading an interview with him & Richie Kotzen & Nuno in Guitar World a little afer it came out.... he said something about when he ascends (tapping) he picks the next string with his ring finger, but forgot to mention it in his video. He was pretty surprised that he'd forgotten to mention it. Hope that means something to you!
Man, I'm in the mood for some Prodigy, but it seems they never made it to my hard drive when I moved here :-(( woe is me! All I have is the (banned) video for Smack My BeeYatch Up. Better than nothing, I guess ;-) Laters
EDIT: Space bar seems a bit sticky... :-/

I have never seen Reb play, and I didn't know that he did a video back then. I was referring to his new one , which was shot at his house and it's supposed to be " different". Thanks anyway. I would love to learn his tapping technique, but I don't think that I could do it without help. Right now I'm waiting for my amp to come.

all I know about Star Trek (apart from the fact that my mum & dad loved it, but not the movies) is that tune from a certain fight scene.....
de-de-derrr-derrr-derrr-derrr-derrrr-de-de-derrrr-duh
I'm sure it means something to someone, somewhere.... RIP Scotty, without you the ship really will be about to blow.
And, I forgot (not really, I just forgot to tell y'all) hippo birdy two ewes to MY MUM. 75 and still kicking it up. A few years back Joe was playing Manchester on July 20th so I took her. Front row and stuff. She effin loved it. Forced me to buy her Stooooo's album afterwards. I think she has a thing for our mate Mr Hamm. But she loves Joe too. She's great and she's MY MUM. GD I miss her. Everyone hug your mum! Next time you really want to she might be 5000 miles away!
Oh crap, how could I forget?!?!??! My puppies are 4 today too!!!!!!! Sometimes life is really cool. It makes up for the times when it sucks big fat elephants' organs. Be good peeps! It comes around, you know!
EDIT Me talking about my mum! Missed Pitch no 8's post... yes I think the old one was through those REH guys... if he has a new one then I'm pretty sure it's gonna be great, and maybe this time he won't forget to mention something! lol... Reb was always a really fluid player to me... totally beyond anything I could comprehend! ... anything you can learn from a great player has got to be something good, IMHO. Good luck with the amp too!

Hey all at T2J! Both Steven Wilde and i ahve been going thru some changes as of late. I have been trying to get done with surgery to my feet to correct the ulcerating build-up of bone. the doc's are taking their time, and making sure that they do it right the first time. My oldest Brother just had open-heart surgery and is doing fine, concidering. Steven is gettin used to some new friends, and becoming the principal house "Man" as his Dad is moving to a care facility-retirement home at the end of the month. He misses you all, but has had little time to go on-line. I will stay on him to find some time with his funky schedule. JOE: You are the Best! I find thigs in my playing, and others, that remind me of the Las Vagas concert. That was a "Night." Do you remember the guy in the "Alien" glasses at the house of blues? Keep Rockin' Joe satriani band! More when I get my new comp to work better for me. Randell
