Just catching up with the last few days....

Michelle- LOL! I have just signed the petition on the anti-politically correct website! You are right, it gets taken waaaaaaay too far...

962- "refuse disposal technician" - it's the unnecessary use of the word "technician" that is the daft bit! LOL!!!

BigBunny- I forgot all about that Cartman quote! :)

Bahduh- Hi, I'm ok thanks, just broken up for the summer holidays, the good thing about teaching! :)

Cuthbert - "least-best employees" it is just ridiculous!!! :)

Steven- Good to see you posting again! How are you feeling today? Keep playing though whatever else you do!

Mari- Hope you are having a great day :)

Cap'n Steve: yeah I know what "pom" means, but nowadays it's used to refer to those who are unlucky enough to be citizens of the UK, particularly England. Prisoners IN Mother England. Pimes! No malice at all in the terms of course.

The Ashes: a whitewash it may be, a whitewash it may not. We'll see! Remember Gough & Mullally ripping the Aussies apart a few years ago, we had a close series then!

Stevee: hey man...the radio station put a (bad) photo of me up on the web site. I'll have words with Nathan, he's picked the worst one of all the ones taken!

Fortunately it seems to have been removed...so you don't get to see a pic of me in the studio. Oh well.

Later all, I'm off to see a metal gig tonight! The local scene is so small I've never even seen a local metal act before. Tonight will be the first time then.

Nothing like getting a bill for $686.00 from Gateway for a computer you DIDN'T order, with your billing name and address on it, and seeing it was shipped to Pelham Parkway in the BRONX, NY!!!!!! Yes my friends, it pays to DISCOVER! lol! Bloody bastards!

Both companies were called. Card was cancelled, BUT, the stuff was already delivered and signed for on Thursday. Bloody bastards!

WHY is it that EVERY time I order something, the card addy has to MATCH the shipping addy! Bloody bastards!

I have no idea where my numbers were taken from, but the only thing I ordered in July online from what I "think" was an unsecure website that took FIVE weeks to process my order was a cd shipped from NY. The other 2 things I purchased were from secure websites. I'm not saying this is where it happened, but the time frame matches. Who knows? It could be from anywhere at any time. I hate thieves! Bloody bastards!

Ah well, we won't get charged and Gateway will have to eat it for their stupidity.

So, how's everyone else's day going? lol!

(disclaimer: in no way am I saying anyone from any particular company was responsible for my credit card theft - online or off~ shit happens)

Chelle........ That Sux Lemons! I'm always worried about credit card theft...glad you got it figured out so quickly and aren't going to be charged, but....what about the person who used your number? Have they been stopped? Found out? Charged? That pisses me off!! And btw, did you notice that wolf noticed you? :)

Suzie, glad to hear you're finally on vacation as you deserve it, but sad to hear of your news. I'm really sorry. I guess just about everyone's life has been touched by cancer in some way. Today I am walking in our local Relay for Life, a fund raiser for the American Cancer Society. My office has a small participating team, and we've been raising money for months with various activities, all going to research to try to stop cancer from happening to people. The Relay event is 18 hours, beginning at noon today, ending at 6 am tomorrow morning. Gonna be a long day and night, but cancer never sleeps, so the fight continues on......... I am lighting 2 luminary bags, one in memory of my uncle who died of cancer, and one in honor of my father, who fought cancer and survived. But if I could do a luminary for all who have suffered, I'm afraid the world would be filled with them. Take care Suz.......

Can we take a moment to count our blessings? Cuz we surely have many.............

hey guys, i just recieved a copy of spinal tap's, "Break like the Wind" album. i noticed that Joe satriani's name was in the credits and when i listened to the title track it did indeed sound like the great satch was playing. my ears really perked when at the end of the song one guitarist pulled a signature satchism, emiting a scream with the whammy bar. i was wondering if anyone could clarify whether or not satch really played on the Spinal Tap track , "break like the wind."

Yep, it sucks, but at least we caught it right away with only one purchase on it (so far I should say). The card was killed as soon as we called Discover, so they can't use it anymore. The pisser is, these peeps got a new computer and a $92. sound blaster. They have the apartment number (6H), but the peeps could be gone by now. First delivery, no one was there to sign for it. Second delivery, good ol' "Kaiser" signed for it. lol! I hope they piss in bed! I really doubt the NYPD will be breaking down the door for a stolen cc, so who knows if anyone even went to check it out yet. Shit man, we could go to the apartment ourselves if we wanted to. lol! Shall we form a posse? lol! Like I said, at least we don't have to pay for it, and Gateway will have to eat $686. bucks for their stupidity :) Did I mention they also paid extra for "1 day expedited service". Bloody bastards! lol!

chee, yes, I took notice. lmao!! I have always been, and will probably always be...a psycho magnet. lmao!

VFR - hi Paul, I'll get to your email asap. Lots going on here at the mo. Happy birthday to Tiana!!
