Just have to say that I have followed Joe from "Not of this Earth" to present. Always felt that this guy was blessed with an awesome tallent only from a CD reference. Had a chance to see him here in Ft Myers Fl but had a trade show to attend and missed it. Bought his San Fran DVD and finally saw him live for the first time, and that his playing was not all done with studio trix. Wife wonders why I'm yelling YEAH and WOW from the other room with my ML SL3 stats and a 64" Elite video cranked> I watch it everyday afer work. Jump around and let it out to "House Full of Bullets" Jeff, long time hear and no see, but then. Dude, Joe is so lucky to have the best to work with, and it's you! You feel the music. Jeff you rock! Stuart, still do not understand the boo's. Whaz up wit that? Excellent bass playing. Top notch. Even enjoy the workout in the solo break. You are rock~solid! Joe, how do you do it? THE BEST ELECTRIC GUITAR PLAYER EVER. Can't touch Vie at Astoria or anyone else I have ever heard. Old guy Joe Perry Smither here, in my teens listening to Rocks. Just my .02. Not the age to understand Jimmie back then but I do now, at 46... The best concert DVD to fill my need to see you live with the watts to back it up that I can afford now in life. If you ever come within 300 miles I will be there to witness what I have seen now in my home. You have brought me rush after rush with your playing live. Thank You! I'll be front row right there. What a band, what a sound, what a guitar player. The best!

Douglas Wells Long time listener from the early days of LP records.

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone ! I had a good day even if I did have to work. The only suck part was my delivery truck getting a flat tire this afternoon. Fortunately I was only a block from work when it happened. Other than that it was a good day. I even got a B-Day card from my mom with $40 in it....lol....I'm 36 and she's still sending me money....gotta love it !! Thanks again to you all....you're all good people in my book. Peace, SD

Hey Joe, I just started reading Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut, and that has to be where Ice 9 came from right? Why did you pick Ice 9 for the name of your song? By the way Satch Boogie is the best song ever.

Simon... ummm, well, I don't know enough about ducks apparently to answer your question intelligently....you asked what kind of duck Walter is? Does it help if I say he's a lovely BIG WHITE duck? LOL!! And has cute little curlied-up tail feathers....OH, and orange feets!!! Paws? Webbies? Water propellers? Whatever you call them, lol!! Would you like to adopt Walter? I'm sure you'd love him.... :)

Cuth.. Some very interesting articles there. I know the prices can't keep going up and up...it's madness really. Here we are basically a rural town that has no business having housing prices like we do...except for the fact that we are also pretty much a "border town" right near the California state line...and we see a lot of Californians moving up here...for some reason they get to Klamath Falls and STOP!! And quite a few of them have money from selling their overpriced homes in Cali.... they can pretty much pay cash for a home here. So it's been quite competitive amongst the buyers. Unless the home is really bad, things have been selling almost as quickly as they've been listed. My next door neighbor didn't even have to list his home...it sold in a day by word of mouth before they could get a realtor....NUTS!!! I'm a few years away from selling...can only hope the investment pays off to some degree..would hate to lose $...

SupaaDave Hope it's not too late to wish you a Happy Birthday!! And 36..yer still a young-un......Glad ya had a good day!!

Chelle.. 11 more days...... ;)

Happy day tomorrow Joe!! We know yer up to somethin GOOD!!

Dear Mr. Satriani,

i am not going to lie to you, i am not not a big fan of you, i barely know you but my fiancee is huge fan of you.

We are getting married on 27th August and i can't help myself inviting you to our wedding party which will be in Cesme, Turkey.

It is going to be a small party just for our friends, we will be more than happy to see you as our guest.

i know it is impossible for you to arrange that but i wouldn't sleep well ,if i did not invite you.

Look forward seeing you ...

Man, would you be interested in playing somewhere on Balkan, for example in Yugoslavia ( nowadays Serbia and Montenegro ), because, I would love to hear and see you play your songs. You really inspire me, and I think, that I wouldn't be a man that I am today if there weren't for you. Sorry about my english, but, I can't write :) Please, think it over, because people in yugoslavia love you, and know you. PLEASE. Or play somewhere close to yugoslavia, I will be there. You are No1 guitar player on the world. And just one question : Why have you changed Mr. Stu Hamm with Mr. Matt Bissonette? Se ya man
