Hello Joe. I think a G3 with Dave Mustaine would be awesome. Just an idea to throw in the air. Also, I made a list of people I'd love to meet this year and you're on it. So if there is ever a chance of that, maybe a quick coffee and a jam, let me know and I'll get the next flight out to New York, or wherever you're at. I live n London.

al, swallow your food before you talk. It's good manners.

shredinator, Joe and the Bissonette brothers are riding the same wave. Maybe that's why they gel so well :)

angal, Joe is in San Francisco. Over the river and far away...

For my bat friends - I stopped at a discount store this afternoon. There was a big coffee table book on bats, so I picked it up to take a look. I wanted to see what other ppl deal with around the world. I'm never moving to South America or Australia (also because of the Huntsman spider - ewww). Let me just take a moment and thank Jesus, Joseph, and Marylou that we have "cute" little brown bats. Some of those bats have these things on their face...these gross flaps and folds and horns and lumps and...teeth! GAH!! I'm scarred for life. The only bat I saw that wasn't messed up in the grill was the black & brown fox bats in Australia...but they looked HUGE, and they had their wings all wrapped around them like little raincoats...

Did you know there were frog eating bats???

I want my mommy....

"Did you know there were frog eating bats??? "

Yes, I did and they're ugly as sin. Speaking of eating frogs my cats were attacking a frog the other day...well I say attacking when really they were just intent on pissing it off and just basically bullying it...and it kept making a horrible squealing sound, in the end my mom ended up scooping it up in a dust-pan and throwing it over the fence before asking me "Do you think it'll live?" lmao...

Guitarring Peoples out there

I need your opinions on 3 half-stacks I have found.

Marshall AVT50 and AVT412A

Crate GT1HS

Crate GLX1200HS

Which one should I buy...or atleast get parents to buy me for my reward for my (possibly) brilliant A' level results?

Nope not yet, I'm just narrowing it down by how other people may feel about them at the moment.

Then with a short list of amps I can go to my local guitar store place and test them.

Cuth... Sure you can ask! I figure at least 2-3 years before thinking about selling as my son graduates high school this next year, and who knows what will happen with him after that...may go to our community college for a coupla years..plus my parents are here and are needing more and more help. So actually, I'm prolly here for many more years, till both my son and my folks don't need me so much anymore! Meanwhile, I just keep paying that mortgage and those damn taxes...... LOL!!

Delfino, another life saved (maybe) by a dust pan. God Bless mother's everywhere!! lol!

Chee, I know that you know. lol! Just bustin' yer buttons :) My batsuit consists of an extra layer of clothes, my fastest running shoes, and a bucket on my head. With that suit, I carry a hockey stick with a ball net on the end of it. I'm thinking that if my husband wanted to see me in something, this would not be his choice outfit. LMAO!!!

CD of the day - NINE INCH NAILS - WITH TEETH *tiny little bat teeth...*

SteveeT - Yea publicity going well - mainly thanks to Mr Mikesb - Thanks a million Mike!! I even saw your posting on another guitarists website from you.

CAPTAIN - If you are in the UK, just paypal 10 quid to eme@freenet.co.uk and let me know your address - that way it will save you international shipping. It is both on cdbaby and guitar9 now. I am looking for a good distributor at the moment.

Anyway - dont want to talk about the album every time I'm here - just that you ask.

Hope everyone is doing good. I am well, enjoying life in the City these days and the sunshine. Lots of festivals here and concerts all the time. Think I'll head to the zoo next weekend - I have needed to relax for a while and glad I finally can somewhat. Its been a while since I saw Joe S play. I missed the past 2 concerts for one reason or another. I'm feeling the need for that again though. SteeveeT etc - let me know if u ever want to catch up in the City or see any bands etc. I'm usually up for most things.

Mari, Maire, VFR, Mickey D - Hope you are doing well. I haven't talked to roy in a couple of weeks. Hope the cement sacks are a little lighter for him. Bless his proud mother - she ordered 6 CDs from cdbaby and paid international shipping!! I wish she had told me. I have a stash not 20 miles from her place! Proud mommy.

Ah well, winding down b4 getting out of work. Talk to you all soon. have a great weekend everyone. I still read all the posts.

If i bought a half-stack from america would I have to get it modified to play it through a british plug socket?

I think I'd have to...and if this fear is confirmed and I'm going to break down and cry lol.

Toall: Has anyone out there owned or used the Pedal Pad MKS pedal board units? I'm looking into finally getting a pedal board setup, and those look like the sturdiest and biggest board/cases available.

BTW, I was using my JSX today with a boss loopstation in the FX so that I could generate backing tracks while still soloing. I was amazed to find out that the JSX has plenty of headroom to play the loop and me soloing through the amp without anyting mushing up or going to hell. Mind you, I was playing pretty loud, and there was no audible degredation of my solo tone when the looppedal was playing back. That's pretty impressive!

I always found tape recorders cool for playin' backing tracks, but mabey thats because Im on welfare! Hey Joe what's up when is the new improvisational album gonna come out? I'll buy it or borrow it and then burn it on to CD-R, hey wait thats illegal right, oh well, welcome to the year 2005, at least you got tunes worth stealin Joe, and say what ya want I still hate new music and marshmellows, I'd rather listen to Mozart and drink piss! And go ahead and pay no attention to this post because it appears as though Im an angry drunk asshole who has a masturbation problem, because Im actually related to Donald Trump and Im doing it with Betty Crocker. No disrespect Joey, I truly am most inspired by you, but I am what I am and I am what I am. Peace,Love,Dope...
