hey Powerslave214, Scott...thanks for the linkys.... ;) Gotta do yer part to keep the Joe flame a'burnin!! Ya did goooood...

Mari, don't know if this will make you feel better or not...was talking to my guitar guy today..he has a friend that was able to go to the Les Paul birthday celebration. The friend bought his tickets a YEAR ago and they sold out very quickly. So don't know if you'd been able to go at that late date even had you known about it sweetie....sorry.....

I imagine chelle is showing her son how a "proper mom" behaves at a metal rock concert.....NOT!!! She's likely showing him how to head bang with the best of em!!! Now THERE'S a picture I'd like to take, LOL!!! I bet she's having to "restrain herself" from being too crazy though.....wait...silly me, this IS chelle and GIGANTOUR we're talkin about, LOL!!!! Hope their heads are still on their necks when they get home!! :)

JOE: I will be in surgery for my podiatric problems this coming monday! I will have the halix of my left big toe removed, as well as the thrid knuckles of the smaller toes on both feet! That should stop the ulcers on my feet so'os I can get back on them(my feet) and work again. Great to hear about all the good stuff DCK and others are having. Rock on all at satchland. Cool to hear you will have signature stuff out there coming 2006! I recently resurected and old GK250 amp and got it to work! It had an intermitten short. I realized that some one lossened the power tranzister bolts! Some heat sinc sillicone and a wrenching of the bolts solved the problem good enough for me to use the amp. Wish me luck. God bless, Randell. P.S. I will check back maybe tuesday ifin' I feel up to it.

Regarding webcasts I was talking about Anaheim... I seem to remember DLing Amsterdam a while back, not sure if I still have it...

dck I count 17 attachment-bearing emails in my inbox so far (2342 here)... will get on it ASAP for the above reasons and let you know if there's anything missing. Thanks man.
Good day at work today. Busy, like I like it. Tomorrow off. Monday I'm in as a girl at work's Dad died yesterday :-(((((((((((((( We're all covering her shifts for her. Poor thing.

my neck...

my throat...

MY EARS!!!!

TWO stages at opposite ends of the floor :) - Gigantour rocked!! Our seats being closest to stage 1 :) DT & Megadeth both kicked some serious ass, as well as Fear Factory!! I'd say Nevermore and Bobaflex came in under the ass kickin' radar as well. The rest of the bands had shitty sound, or as is the case of the needledick Henry Rollins wanna-be singer in Dillinger Escape Plan, they just plain sucked. LOL! That band was like Comedy Central. I laughed so hard I had tears running down my face. What a bunch of angry little spastic retards. They were pretty funny (stupid funny) till the singer lost his mind when some guy in the audience said "F U" to him. The negative energy they put out will hopefully bite them in the ass one day. The singer started a verbal fight with this "fat" guy in the audience (as he called him), then slammed a bottle of water right at the guys head (anyone thinking Axle Rose?). He also pointed the guy out to everyone (so's they would kick his ass I guess), and went back to name call and taunt him at every break. It was so lame. The band also kept pushing over their equipment, then their ass monkeys standing at side stage would run on stage and set the stuff up again. It was a truely pathetic show as far as D.E.P. went. The rest of the night was great though.

Dream Theater was killer! The guys sounded great, and the fans were really into it. My son loved it too :) It was his fav group of the night.

Megadeth was awesome! Mustaine looked great and it was so cool to see him rip it up on the guitar after thinking I may never see him play again after his accident. The band was tight and kicked some serious ass!

I don't know which hurts more, my neck, or my throat...or my ears. LOL!!

Thank you and good-night! \m/

Suzie - Those 2p machines are pretty inane. The amusement arcades where they're situated tend to be heavily infested with Chavs and/or pikeys, particularly in Hastings, so I prefer to avoid them like the plague. If I want a sure fire way to get rid of my shrapnel, without the small but present risk of acquiring even more, I tend to stick it in those charity money box thingys. Plus I get all warm and fuzzy when I think I've helped out, albeit in a small way!!!!!! lmao

DCK/PhrygDom - Hey guys. Do you need any specific track info regarding my T2J CD entry, ie. who played what, how I recorded it or whatever? Just let me know.

I picked up a postcard on the way out the door last night at the show. It was for this website - check it out...

http://accent.jordanrudess.com/dt

Welcome To Accent!

Welcome to Accent, a truly unique destination for musicians seeking the best in-depth knowledge to help them master their instruments, art, and career path.

Founded by legendary keyboardist Jordan Rudess, Accent comes to you from the creators of Jordan's acclaimed instructional resource "Total Keyboard Wizardry" and his "Online Conservatory." It is a veritable cornucopia of lessons and educational material created by leading regular and guest contributing musicians, many Berklee and Julliard-trained, all chosen by Jordan himself.

Other musician-oriented web sites provide lessons and music industry educational material in limited scope and scale, but Accent is the first completely online magazine that's completely helmed by revered musicians and experienced music industry professionals.

The educational material in Accent is written by leading musicians (including Jordan) for musicians and industry pros seeking a career in the music industry. Accent is the first-ever music education web site to offer lessons for every level of player in guitar, keyboards, bass guitar, drums, electronic music, audio engineering, songwriting, music transcription, as well as educational material about the business-end of music, such as artist management, music law, music marketing and promotion, and much, much more.

This is not a web site of the 'same old' standard Top 200 transposed classic rock licks. If you're a musician, you've surely been dazzled by the amazing chops and musicianship of Accent's teachers. What will be even more dazzling is that what you really want to learn is here. Accent lessons will show you how to practice what the pros practice, and many Accent lessons include detail-oriented MP3 sound files, as well as easy to follow transcriptions, so you'll know exactly what your teacher is talking about.

Accent will provide you with every chance of being able to play anything you can imagine in your mind's ear. Learn things like how to achieve excellent finger independence and facility, heightened rhythmic and harmonic awareness, and improvisation. Accent does not want you to sound exactly like anyone else. Accent wants you to find your own musical voice and learn what it takes to be in the music industry.

If you're a musician or seeking a career in music, the educational material in Accent is direct from the mind of the musician, streaming right off their fingertips from the fret board, keyboard and drums directly to your mind. In addition, if you're a producer, engineer, or electronic music creator, our music gurus and industry pros will surely allow Accent to pay for itself in a limited amount of time.

Subscribe today to begin receiving issues of Accent for only $5.00 per issue!

ATN...prayers to you, for your operation.

dakook...yes....I got your emails....wow, I really like your friend on your imaginary island of your guitar....did Joe say anything bout the very nice JS 1000?

Thanks sooo much for taking the time to send me the emails. I use a Tascam 24 bit/24 track digital studio to record, with a Triton Workstation keyboard (very strong as a recording unit itself). I'd love to use Pro Tools, but the thought of dedicating a CPU soley for recording is not on my radar yet...the new JS2PRM Chromeboy coming early Sept. is though...lol..

I didn't realize you were so youthful...dude....thought you were a hippie or something....lol....

Peace out!

Thanks for the heads-up on the recording stuff,,do you have any fingernails left after waiting this long for your new CHROMIE?? lol

Take care,,,DA KOOK
