Hello Joe,

Well...I am a mad fan of your music. This year I bought a red fender strato caster and tried to play some notes of Satriani, Vai, Malmsteen ...then I came to the conclusion that I need a teacher. A teacher like you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I know that it's impossible. I would be very grateful and thankful if you give me an advice: which schools in USA, England or France do you think I can take electric guitar courses. My aim is to be a professional guitar player.

This was and is still my dream.

Thank you very much, with my best regards.

Formerly ATN: SUZIE2000: BAHDAH: MARIMARISRV: Look for me as Ibanezplyr now. Same real name-different nick-name. Steven has issues but is a survivor. If he's sending you cd's he's okay. I do wish he could move. I can't get over there right now, and won't be able to for quite some time. $3:00 for gas, and a serious case of frankenfeet are slowing me down. It may be a month or more before I can really walk correctly, and several more before rehab for this surgery is done with me. I got a couple of cd's off to some of my doctors who were interested in our music. he vowed to leave a review. You can too, if you go to the "AbovetheNumbers" dot com. Right at the bottom of the page you can click on an album, and from there, the bottom of those pages has a link to leave comments. Thanks all for the well wishes, they mean quite a bit to me. God bless. Thanks for being a inspiration JOE!

962: Nice photos Simon! The detail in the dragonfly is just incredible.....I photographed Johnny A tonight with my D70S. I got some nice images. Use my flash only to find out he has it in his contract NO FLASH allowed. The lighting was horrible! He has his eyes close the entire time almost.......I apologized to him and showed him some of my images. I told him I'd send some into his website for redemption. He was really wonderful! Great tone!! There were only about 100 people in the place if that....a restaurant/club. Very cool!! I chatted with him for a little and showed him a few of my VAi shots. He really liked my photos. I told him I was going to see VAi in the UK....said to say hello to Steve for him. Cool......When I 1st met EJ I was going to Sweden and he told me to say hello to Steve also, Steve was really cool when I told him....they'd just done the Cross Roads festival a few weeks before. I can't wait, before I know it I'll be getting on that plane.

Stevee T: lol......My departure date is Oct 14 arriving in London on Oct 15 Sat am. I'm working on the rest of my itinerary. Hope to have it resolved in the next few days. How's lessons going?! Is life treating you well? ; )

Zenfish: I should've emailed you. I posted to you a few times........your CD was stolen out of Steven Wilde's mailbox along with Roy's CD. I didn't burn a copy..... can you send me another CD of your music for him? He was very upset, me too! Ronnie sent another to replace Slans. I hope you can send another........

Slanshroom: Nice to hear from yeh Roy, always a pleasure! Vai is playing at Razzmatazz in Barcelona on Tues Nov 8th I hope you can make it! Mon in Mislata-Valencia and Wed Nov 9 in Bilboa, Spain @ Santana. I think EVO tix just went on sale Aug 29. It was in Spanish but I do believe it's NOT sold out . I highly recommend the EVO package.....he is no longer doing aftershow passes at least on the European tour. I have a feeling that it may be done completely. I hope not! I think this is going to be a great tour!!! The US shows were phenomenal!!! ; )

Suzie2000: Hey Suzo!! Glad to hear "Suzo and the Snaps" Gig went well! And the JSX survived it's 1st outing unharmed....lol! Hope to catch up to you later.....if not we will sometime soon. Happy Birthday!! It's a day early but I don't want to forget and be late!! Have fun!! I don't have any of Sanny Denny's other work. I'd like to hear more of her beautiful voice......"The Battle Of Evermore" always gives me goosebumps!! You've got great taste sister! :D

Night peeps..........waaaay past my bed time! Lots of work to do.....planning etc. Such a beautiful night here. Great moon, gorgeous weather and fantastic music!! It don't get any better than that!

Peace.

marimariSRV: Thanks for that Mari, i had a look at Steves site & will be getting a ticket soon, although not sure if i,ll be able to make it. The work i do is a combination of hide & seek & keeping fit to work ungodly hours. By that i mean i deliberately switch the phone off weekends so the boss cant call to push his emotional blackmail to make me work overtime or on Saturdays & Sundays, bosses are...well bosses, i,ll hide best i can, lol. I have one more year in this line of work to make sure i,ve the trade well down, mainly for security reasons if the shit hits the fan & i,m out of there, the hands cant take it anymore. My spanish should be near perfect around then too, i,m already looking at guitar luthier companys here, thats what i,d really love to do as a work job, build electric guitars pro, take them out the workshop & play em live on tour, its a dream away.Laters Darlin

Zenfish:Well you know i,m a sucker for good company & a lil good red wine, lol.So you have your baby Strat at last, happy for y Fred, i,ll be seeing you both soon enough should the big man allow, laters bud

Clarky:Mix down hell, ears hearing the woodworm munch?wish i could help bro, tis not one of my better talents

Michelle:Bear hugs back chica!

alexandrecaetano:Great new toon Alex & thanks for the kind remarks, as always the gentleman here in T2J, lets hope the rain dont screw things up for us this winter

Cuth:I,ve still not won the lottery, your still not president & my teeth hurt, lol

mikesb:Do you have my lil package yet bro?sent it to the big street addy

Cuthbert for future US president!

Hy Satriani... cool site... hope to meet you some day (if not in this life, maybe in the next one). It's hard for me to be a musician in this f*cked up country (Romania), those who have more money get to be the stars, sometimes I wonder if you went through this: this friday i had the worst concert in my band's history (in my home town), the guy hwo mixed the bands made us sound really bad because we didn't lick his ass like others... (i mean les paul don't sound bad unless you want it)

Alexandre, good to see you hombre! No news here, other than I got my Vai tickets! Yes! This will be my 6th Vai show....crazy! That's great that you're going to two in a row, I'm sure you'll have an amazing time! Take it easy bro, hope the doctors can get you some answers!

marimariSRV, yeah it's amazing looking at the cellular structure of the dragonfly's wings.....it's amazing to think that when Dinosaurs roamed the earth, dragonflies were the size of hawks!

I hope Johnny likes his photos! And I think that's really cool about him saying "say hi to Steve"......Paul Gilbert commented on the fact that I had Billy Sheehan's signature on my scratchplate, which I thought was ace.....it's things like that which remind you how real the working relationships are between all these guys!

cuth, I went skiing once. I was very good as long as I was holding on to the tow rope going uphill. LOL! Coming down was a different story. I think I would have been much better on a snowboard, but I never had the chance to try it. I used to be pretty good on a skateboard waaaaaay back in the day, meaning I could get from point A to point B without breaking my butt, but I never had a good enough board to get down with the tricks. By the time my son started riding a skateboard, I was old enough to realize I never had a broken bone, and wanted to keep it that way. lol!

TomSr, yep, my daughter gave up the drums :( The rest of us still bang around on them, and my son's band uses them when they practice here, so they're not going unused :) My sister still tells her friends I can play In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida. lmao!! I correct her and tell her I can play about 30 seconds of something that sounds familiar to Iron Butterfly, but lick for lick, it ain't it. LOL! Ha! At least they can figure out what I'm TRYING to play. lol!

Keniko, lmao at you talking to a pic of my "girls" everyday. "Hello ladies!" lmao!!

Delfino, I felt the need to do the pogo whilst listening to war machine. lol!

cheese, your post on "springing up" had me sitting here thinking... I need to go pull some weeds. LOL! No seriously, I think I'd hurt myself fo sho.

Alexandre, I hope your health gets better soon and more tests will find the problem so it can be fixed. You still sound fantastic on the guitar though honey :) Best wishes to you and yours. *Big hugs*

Simon, nice pics! I love good photos. They dragonfly's wings are awesome.

Slan, love them bear hugs! lol!
