How do people think the JS10th compares to the Js1000/1200's? I've got both, setup really well, and I think they play great. So, basically, is there any difference playing wise?

SteveeT : whats your website address, I started to look back over your posts, but you've written one or 2!

Glad to hear you are feeling better.

I'll be your friend if Brother Al doesn't want to know! :-) (Just don't tell the wife)

I'm interested in which cameras you use, and lenses. Have you embraced the full capabilities of digital photography?

Keep rocking everyone!

Steve.

Chicken Surprise

A couple orders the "Chicken Surprise" at a Chinese restaurant. The waiter brings the meal, served in a lidded pot. Just as the wife is about to serve herself, the lid rises slightly. Two little eyes look around before the lid slams back down. "Good grief, did you see that?" she asks her husband. He didn't, so she asks him to look in the pot. Again, the lid rises. He sees two little eyes before it slams down. He calls the waiter over and demands an explanation. "I made a mistake," says the waiter. "I brought you Peeking Duck."

Thanks for asking...hope you like....

I had my JS100 set up the same way as the 10th, and the only JS1000 I played didn't compare...but I think a great set-up might have changed that... Thanks for asking...hope you like....

Suzie - Sounds cool. I reckon it's pretty safe to assume Clarky will make an appearance too, seeing as it's both a Vai gig and an opportunity for a beer or two!!! lol

Stevee, we're about 50 miles from King of Prussia. Seemed like 100 miles driving through all that rain, but it was worth it. With my son's band friends and our daughter with us, we were scattered all over the store. Seemed like no matter what room you were in, you'd hear a familiar riff from one of "our" kids. lol! My husband and I were way across the room, and we heard a familiar drum groove coming from one of the kids...and it was loud! Seems he set himself up behind the main kit in the front of the drum room and started wailing away. LOL! He said it was the only one with a double bass pedal, so that's the one he decided to play. His glory only lasted a few minutes until a salesmen came over and told him to stop because they couldn't hear their customers talk. lmao!! The rest of the guys had fun in the guitar room, and my daughter and I mainly walked around saying "oooohhhh, pretty!", although she did throw down some tunes she learned in 3rd grade on the keyboards. lol! It was fun :)

HI every1,

I'm looking to get a new guitar, a white JS100 to be precise. I have looked everywhere online in the UK for one and can't find it anywhere. Also, the Ibanez website does not have any pics of a white one anymore (just black and red), does this mean they have stopped makeing them??

Cheers

Rory

Danny, I'm a bit hesitant to order from Sony also. As I remember, they did have a shipment delay. Ask CyberAlien to refresh our memories on what happened. My memory is failing me now - sinus headache is clogging my brain. lol!

I also wanted to say that my heart goes out to all the people in Mexico, South America, and Pakistan who were affected by horrible natural disasters. Man, what a clusterf**k.

Zenfish: Brother Al __ I personally think that Joe really gives us the demonstration of his magnitude of expression, when he stops to be technically demonstrative.

Stevee T, Really happy for y, must have been tough to part with the Les Pauls, sounds like its all workin out for y,lookin forward to the new Stevee tracks, all the best bro

To all the well wishers:First of all thanks, we,ve been waiting for it seems forever to have the operation done, so heres the story, the lad has to be operated over & over again for god knows how many years to come due to the fact that being only 13 hes at the prime time of growing, so theres a 30% chance of mortality within 5 years, thats the bad news.Good news is the op went well & hes up and about with a brand new titanium knee cap & 2 thirds titanium lower leg. They thought to cut the whole leg off, but for psychological reasons felt it better to take the chance with chemotherapy again after the op, that way he still has part of his lower leg & foot in later years should all go well. Its been quite a fortnight with his family staying here who are in remarkably good spirits considering. Was talking to his mother who lived though & fled Bosnia during the war, just an incredible show of sheer courage & strength.Hope your all doin well & thanks again for the posts peeps

adios for now

Brother Al - That pic is HORRIBLE. I almost yakked up my Cheerios!! But on the other hand it totally doesn't surprise me.

Super Tom - I like Power tabs. They have a wide variety and the tabs are pretty good. The other guitarist, in my band, and I also use it for writing out harmony lines and then send them to each other. It works out pretty sweet.

Rooster Rory, interesting, I was looking for a white JS recently. Ibanez don't make them any more, so your only hope is a used one. I haven't seen a white JS100 since I started looking a month ago, but there is a white JS1000 on ebay right now, with only a few days left.
Brother Al, that's the funniest thing I've seen all year, cheers for that!
