I pre-ordered the G3 DVD last night. Let's see if Sony gets it here on time this time around.
Clarky, any luck ringing up Mikey?
I'm soooo sleep deprived, and we're having a weeks worth of rainy cloudy days, so no sun to help my little pea brain wake up. I have a free morning. Must be nap time? lol!

Clarky, happy 29th!!! Guess we do not have to worry too much bout you ever acting your age lol.... Will we be seeing an older, wiser more circumspect Clarky here on these pages? LMAO I think not huh? You will likely become a curmudgeonly old sod.... Hoist one for me mate!! DCK how did the YJM chat go? i will be chatting with Mr Martone next week... Should be a blast.. Stevee T do not think I will be able to make Mari's birthday gig.... I now have YJM's home phone number, should we call him to prepare a neo-classical version of happy birthday for Mari?? LMAO he will probably make it sound like a minor arpeggiated doom-fest lol

Stevee T, thanks a lot for checking out the new tune, and thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you're diggin' it......I'm not too happy with the intro and outro.....just listening to it again with my "fresh ears" on, and I think they let the rest of it down! Oh well, haha, that's what you get for trying to arrange a tune at 1 in the morning, fuelled by a Vodka and Orange! hehehe
LucySorets, thanks loads for giving "Silver Rain" a listen, and for your kind comments! "When you release an album in the future...you already have one sold ;-)"....aww, thanks! haha
Also, "I wish I could be there...I'm sure someday :-) ".....yeah you should come and visit when Joe next comes here or something, that'd be cool! I can't wait for Joe's next tour.....I'm also really hoping Population 1 will come here when they tour with the new album!

Happy birthday dude, life begins at 40 so its all beer and strippers from here on out!!!
962
Make that 2 albums sales, if you made an album I'd buy it as well...no hesitation.
When my mate recovers from his fish-poisoning I'm going to see if he's interested in making a 2 CD ambient-electronica CD...because last night we were pissing around on Reason 3.0 on his computer and what was coming out was excellent.
I think I've decided on my musical styling for guitar, and its of an ambient genre. I love that stuff so much, the atmospherics, the pictures it paints in my head as well as the listeners (hopefully) etc...God bless Robert Fripp for being on the G3 '04 tour...he's been such a big influence on me, too bad he wasn't at the backstage meet and greet thing, would've loved to meet him :'-(
DCK
Have you pre-ordered \ looked around for places where you're going to get "Enter The Chicken" from?...I'm gonna' get it from amazon with what I'm calling my food budget...so looks like I'm eating 4p tins of baked beans for a month after I buy it :-P lol.
Recently I have been listening to:-
Mudvayne - L.D.50
Audio Bullys - Generation
John 5 - Songs for Sanity
SOTD - Mudvayne - Dig
Take care y'all
Can't wait for this G3 DVD

mikesb YJM, was awesome. he was very funny, he did not understand 1 question but thats ok. I asked him if he ever wanted to write a pop song to cash in?.. he said he did..I should have said like good charlotte or kelly clarkson..
LMAO. it was super cool chatting with one of my hero's .
Ask Dave about his new cd. (he is mixing it now) should be ready by november or early next tear. ask if Mr .T is an influence in his choice of jewelery..LOL. ask about touring with 3 doors down tour.. DM is a super cool guy and an amazing player. he will do a great interview for sure.
he has some good YJM stories..have fun with him, he has a great sense of humour..LOL.

DCK Hah he told me the "Strat" was the single most perfect invention of all time.... 50 years plus with virtually no improvement necessary or required LMAO
He has a pretty good point
He also told me how he bought up all the old plexis in Sweden (pre master volume) coz everyone was selling em dirt cheap to get Marshalls with Master.......

Stevee T: I was wondering how the Chrome on the JS10th holds up? Does it seem to corode and leave discolorations if you don't wipe it down real quick after playing it?
962: I really like that new tune! I like the layers and the rhythmic vibe of it. You're improving rapidly on the guitar. You've really become a very good guitar player. I like your ideas a lot. Nice work!

hi joe,
im a huge fan of yours......
i started playin in 2003
and last aprill 6th i bought a js1000(BB) from bangkok.....
i came back to bangladesh(where i live) and after a month or two later i started to use the tremolo....and then found out that it had a built in defect......the wood under the spring is a bit high so the spring gets stuck when i use the tremolo.and produces a sound.......and the people from bangkok did not give me a warranty card...and i at that time did not know that they were supposed to give one until my friends here told me.......im really deppresed cuase they took $1500 from me for that....plz do something about it.......they are official dealers of IBANEZ, they are hong seng music........plz take some steps about it .......and i can't at this time go to bangkok to face them......PLease DO SOMETHING..................

mikesb...sorry to hear ya won't be able to make toBB King's in NYC for Mari's 29th...you'll be missed.....
962...sounds like the Vodka is working for you...lol...keep up the great music!
OCPS470....it was a concern of mine too...the JS10th is not as fragile as I thought it would be....just blow some hot moist air (like you might polish yer eyeglasses) on the finish with a 100% cotton cloth and yer done.
The JS2 PRM clearly states on the yellow tag inside the guitar case...don't use any polishes or cleaners, just a soft clean cloth...
If you treat them with respect & common sense...they're just fine....and you don't have to clean them off within seconds after use...as a matter of fact you can leave them uncleaned overnight, and clean them the next day without any consequence.....just don't press hard when cleaning...that, may cause mini scratches to the surface....

Rob310 if you go to www.powertabs.net and download their program for free, they have all kinds of tabs and they are very accurate and have midi along with them so you can hear the song as you play it, its quite cool
