He has a pretty good point
He also told me how he bought up all the old plexis in Sweden (pre master volume) coz everyone was selling em dirt cheap to get Marshalls with Master.......

Stevee T: I was wondering how the Chrome on the JS10th holds up? Does it seem to corode and leave discolorations if you don't wipe it down real quick after playing it?
962: I really like that new tune! I like the layers and the rhythmic vibe of it. You're improving rapidly on the guitar. You've really become a very good guitar player. I like your ideas a lot. Nice work!

mikesb...sorry to hear ya won't be able to make toBB King's in NYC for Mari's 29th...you'll be missed.....
962...sounds like the Vodka is working for you...lol...keep up the great music!
OCPS470....it was a concern of mine too...the JS10th is not as fragile as I thought it would be....just blow some hot moist air (like you might polish yer eyeglasses) on the finish with a 100% cotton cloth and yer done.
The JS2 PRM clearly states on the yellow tag inside the guitar case...don't use any polishes or cleaners, just a soft clean cloth...
If you treat them with respect & common sense...they're just fine....and you don't have to clean them off within seconds after use...as a matter of fact you can leave them uncleaned overnight, and clean them the next day without any consequence.....just don't press hard when cleaning...that, may cause mini scratches to the surface....

Rob310 if you go to www.powertabs.net and download their program for free, they have all kinds of tabs and they are very accurate and have midi along with them so you can hear the song as you play it, its quite cool

Hi Joe,
When are you coming back to Philadelphia? Always enjoy seeing you at the Keswick Theater in Glenside, PA. Last year this time you were here and made my year! Just pre-ordered G3 Live from Tokyo DVD and CD...in fact, purchased several of each (x-mas gifts to my satch fan friends).
You are amazing!

Tommy Lee Injured In Onstage Pyrotechnics Display
Drummer Tommy Lee was injured onstage before thousands of Mötley Crüe fans in a botched pyrotechnics display during the band's concert in Casper, Wyoming, Wednesday night.
According to a report by The Associated Press, the mishap didn't stunt Lee's performance behind the kit. The drummer — who was injured toward the end of the band's set — continued playing with the Crüe for one more number, Casper Police spokesperson Sgt. Doug Beran said. But the concert's usual encore was called off by frontman Vince Neil, who returned to the stage to inform the crowd of Lee's injuries.
The drummer was rushed from the Casper Events Center to a nearby hospital for treatment. Beran told the AP that Lee's injuries were not serious and refused to discuss his condition further, citing privacy considerations.
One witness told the wire service it appeared that Lee was injured when sparks — described as resembling Roman-candles fireworks — shot toward Lee, who was suspended on a wire and swinging between drum sets floating several feet above the stage.
It was unclear Thursday (October 13) whether Lee's injuries would affect the next two stops on Mötley Crüe's Carnival of Sins Tour, set for Friday night in Bismarck, North Dakota, and Saturday in Rapid City, South Dakota

FYI..... I don't know if guys remember my posts awhile back making the announcement that analog tape is dead and that Quantegy was out of business. Then I posted awhile later and said a group of brave investers bought in and resurected analog tape. This is an annoucement from the AES show recently held in NewYork.
Analog Tape is Back
AES shows seem to move in trends. A year ago, tape was pretty much declared dead. Well, fuggitaboutit!!! This time around, tape seems to have made a resurgence; not necessarily in terms of recorders, but new tape sources. Quantegy showed a full line of studio products, with GP9, 499, 456 and a range of digital, from DASH to ADAT stock. Those whose tastes run to Euro flavors were pleased to see RMGI showing your fave Emtec formulations, beginning with 1/4-inch SM911, and followed later with SM900 and others. And ATR Magnetics -- a spinoff of Michael Spitz' ATR Service Corp -- offered a preview of its lines of pro analog tape in all widths that will begin coming out of a new state-of-the-art facility in the months to come.
This tape revival is great news, especially for those of us who crave that fat, sweet sound of analog tape. We are lucky to be in an industry that can choose from a rich palette of tools -- both new and old -- to work with. Just don't forget to print alignment tones on the head of your next project!
Just thought I'd let you know.
Steeve T...... Did you make to the AES show? How was it if you did?
Have A Great Day ! ! !
