Steven Wilde: It was great to see you post and speak with you as well....it's been a while. Matt & Suzie realy enjoyed talking to you as well. Do your best to get back to the music......it will help you get through, so will all of your friends here. That's what friends are for....... ;-)

Thanks to all for the well wishes! :o) It's great to be here and I can't wait to meet up before the show. I just got an email that I've got aftershow passes for all 3 shows! I'm looking forward to getting some amazing images of VAi and the Boys. I've brought some great photos of Vai, Billy and Eric Sardinas to show them and have signed. I'm having fun with Suzie and Matt, learning about pizza's and English pubs. LOL I love Europe! I've forgotten all about the stresses of home.........

Clarky, 962 and Master Yoda: see you soon!! VAi is going to BE AMAZING!!

Cheers.

LucySorets, cuthbert, thanks to you both for explaining the masculine/feminine thing with Spanish language! The bit about a group of people with one or more male members automatically being "hermanos", collectively, does sound familiar! (as does the plural thing, thanks!)

Yeah, I did see the season finale of the F1 this weekend! It was kind of an anticlimax for me......the track conditions were weird, the race never really got up and running, and I was really disappointed by Montoya's misfortune. In case you're unaware - he hit a drain cover that was sticking up at right angles. If he had have been a foot further over to his right he would have been skewered, which is pretty sickening.

gotta have joe, no, sorry, no msn for me! I don't really have time and my connection is waaayyy too slow for anything remotely "real-time"! haha
Rob310, nice one, hope you're having fun with your new toy! Keep me posted, I've been thinking about a JS1000 myself. I'd really like to know how you get on with the bridge!

Cuth, and I think DCK (who also spoke to the spandexed one recently) will second this. YJM is currently lean, clean and mean. He is lucid ,funny as heck, and 100% committed to his music in a typical Viking way with a no holds barred "my way or the highway" type attitude. He even scores out high hat work for his friggin drummer for Pete's sake!!!

When I saw him backstage at G3 he was bloated ,pastey and drunk. He is now on a fitness regime, quit drinking and has lost about 50 lbs so yes he thinks he looks good in spandex (for his age). You will not see him using any other electric guitar as the "Strat" is the one perfect invention of humankind in the last century, his words not mine....

962..... HAPPY 1300 Post. I'm still a newerbie ( thanks michelle)...LOL...But I'll get there. I'm thinkin of a JS1000 myself. It will be awhile (funds permitting)

Stevee T...... Joe B. pissed me off the first time back in July. I knew it was his technichal problems through out the night. It pissed him off and he carried that with him off the stage. It was great being there this time for all the reason I stated earlier. He really is a great guy. What a difference a night makes for a band. Same band . Same venue. A completely different show. It was awesome. You could feel the energy. I would love to get a review on my band or better yet have him sign the guest book. My bassist is back from the first line up. Mick is on the media page from the web site. We're audtioning drummers next week. I'm hopin' I'm back up and runnin' soon. It's been since March of " 04 " that I've haven't played with a line up. I can't wait. It's been way to long. Take care.

**** THE LITTLEST JOE FAN **** Hiya Joe,

My son Neil is only four years old, but he is absolutely positively your biggest (little) fan. He loves watching your DVD and always insists that we "listen to some Joe" when we're driving around. He has even drawn a picture of the band and can tell you which figures are Stew, Eric, Jeff, and of course you. He can name most every track on every album that he's heard and his favorite tune is "Mystical Potato Head Groove Thing." The next time you're in Houston we would love to come see a show... it would make this little guy's dream come true! Take care and ROCK ON dude.

Stevee T: For some reason the photopage of the string theory site doesn't have a diff link that I can send you to, so..... go to www.stringtheoryorlando.com click on "photos" (small button at the bottom of the page) click on "Annunciation Fall Festival" there should be a page of photos.

Cuth: Yeah, my left hand feels comfortable as high or as low as I want to go on the neck...my right hand feels much better too. The guitar doesn't feel anywhere near as attached to the body when it's hangin' low...but that's just my opinion. Basically it all comes down to the fact that I can only play well with my thumb alwys on the back of the neck (classical style) and my wrist doesn't bend too much, so the solution is to keep the guitar high so the wrist can hang in a relaxed maner.
