Def Leppard's Rock of Ages: The DVD Collection will hit stores on Nov. 15.
The release, which serves as a companion to the band's two-CD compilation that came out in May, will offer music videos for classic hits like "Pour Some Sugar on Me," "Foolin'" and "Love Bites," among several other tunes. It will also boast a number of bonus features, including rehearsal footage, audio commentary and the previously unavailable clip for "Now."

Hi Joe!
I am only a newbie with the guitar, so my question may seem silly to you...but I am a bit confused with this, so I thought I'd rather ask the maestro abt it -
Regarding guitars, I've heard the classifications "accoustic", "spanish", "hawaiian", "classic". And although I've got a vague idea abt what an accoustic is (I play an f-hole steel string, that is accoustic, isn't it?), I am confused about these terms. Could u help me out?
One more question - why do guitarists always play electric guitars with a mild distortion? I mean, no doubt it sounds rocking, but have u considered playing an accoustic, or maybe an electric guitar using the clean tones?
I'll be more than happy if u reply.

hey yall... been awhile since i have been here.... hope that all is well with everyone and they are enjoying the autumn... hope that all in the path of wilma stay safe!
so i was thinking the other day that i needed to sign on and see if there was any news on the t2jcd part II... did i miss any updates? is it close to being available? cant wait to hear the songs :)
in the process of transfering over to the university... sort of fun because soon i will be able to take classes that i like... still a pain in the ass though because i have to make a case for why ALL the credits i have at this school should transfer :)
anyway, hope all is well and that everyone in satchland has a good weekend!

You only know how you feel and if you really love this women on you're both on the same page. Then forget about what your family might think. I know you want there support but if this is right for you. You shouldn't give it up for them. That's not fair to you. It seems love is kinda hard to find these days. I wouldn't pass it up. You know whats nut,s man when i was in the penintentary the correctional officers came and got me they had me listen to arecording of there conversation when donny petersen the prez of para-dice phoned in man anyways man donnys going he knows sumthin man ,his wife is dead man what ma i going to do when he calls looking for his wife man i use to know him man and his weed isnt always weed man he,s heavy man he runs it by himself man people go missing man and etc but basically donny was saying he wasnt friend s with me and wanted nuthing to do with me and that well it isnt scared man it,s sumthin anyways i listened to this then they asked if i was a security risk i said know who is this guy that called saying this shit about you etc.donny wasnt happy about the weed but he was pissed man said he knew me for 13 yr,s thats what they told him excuse me you have know wolf2 for almost 15 yr,s what will happen if we tell him youre going crazy man anyways they did but to each there own donny has helped me execute lot,s of pigs since then man strange call this will be the first of he knows i heard it but i cant remeber it i just know it was nt good man later wolf2.

Bahduh- I'm doing great thanks, school holidays next week thank goodness. Yeah it's been great having Mari stay! And it was also cool to speak to Steven. Hope you'r doing ok :)
Clarky- we could possibly be on for the Christmas piss up, whereabouts though? We don't drive you see (wouldn't be a good idea on that day anyway!) Mari went up to Scotland today btw... it was very cool seeing her, she's a great girl!

Keniko- Sorry not to respond to your post about Macs... There are loads of things I prefer, the main one though is the fact you don't have to have AVG and all that, they are just so much easier to operate, and less seems to go wrong. iTunes is great as well, and iPhoto... I also like the screen set-up, the way you don't have to minimize screens, and you can get them all up at once and then bring to the front the one you want... no right click button on the mouse... I could go on but I think I've probably bored you enough LOL! :)

Van Halen Will Not Be The Next 'Rock Star' Band
Van Halen will not be taking INXS' lead by participating in a possible second season of the reality television series "Rock Star," according to the band's spokesperson.
MTV News erroneously reported Wednesday that a source close to the program claimed that if "Rock Star" does return for a second season, that the core Van Halen trio — Michael Anthony and brothers Alex and Eddie Van Halen — would be the band auditioning potential singers. The band flatly denies any involvement in the show.
MTV News had also previously reported that a spokesperson for Van Halen said the band had no comment regarding pending projects. However, that spokesperson was never asked specific questions regarding the group's hypothetical involvement with the "Rock Star" show; MTV News regrets the oversight.
Van Halen had been the subject of recent speculation concerning potential "Rock Star" second-season bands. The same rumors swirled about Alice in Chains, but a spokesperson for guitarist Jerry Cantrell scoffed at the notion the band would even consider appearing on the show.
