keniko - hahaa.... dont give up the day job.....
michelle - I'm not being hard on Al.. I know he's an ok guy... which is why I never slung abuse at him... and is the reason I'm asking "why are you doing this?"
SteveT - I'm so close.. that after all this time... there is light at the end of this vastly long tunnel... lol..
Mari - well I tried Al's way today... and it really hurt....

STeveeT: I use the Morley Bad Horsie wah. I think it's the best lead guitar wah. It main tains the vowel wah wah sound under the heaviest distortion....it seems like more traditional wahs loose the vowel sound when you start piling on distortion. I would say, that the Bad Horsie is not the best clean funky wah, a dunlopis better suited for that.

Ytse_Man....... Welcome to the site.Your second post is fine. What might have happened is you hit the post message button instead of the Post THIS message button when posting. That's a common brian fart when posting....... at least for me....LOL.....

Zen...... Really. I didn't know that. Cindy bought my TS-808 in....."79" or "80" ? ? ? for my birthday. I didn't know Maxon was around then. Interesting. Thanks for the info. I love my 808. It sounds great. I'm trying for the SRV hands........Wish me luck.

Clarky......I wont. Michelle has us covered. We're in good hands.

Zenflyingfishcatapultzapvhsrv thingy:I,m doin a cleaning up of smeg around bad edited Roland V guitar stuff just now & its going 100% excellent.I,m actually quite shocked at how close to the real thing this machine can get & i,m still bordering on the basic knowledge of how to get the best out of it.Its a mindblowing tool, i now have 5 open tune presets of acoustic that sound excellent, synth guitar that at last tracks perfect...took a night t edit & mess around with the pickup & unit, 2 great Tele & Strat presets, 2 dist & 4 different plain filth power chord presets. The beaut is i can flip to my own tone FXs loop through the GT6 whenever i need.Need to buy some new leads & midi cables to work the two together, i,ll be working on that this weekend

So is the house finished yet bro.Hug n kiss t Joelle from us

joe is this true ? hope not bro ...

some guy sayde that on a forum ...

"I was teching for a group opening for Satch. man he was rude. watching him verbally attack stu hamm at sound check was uncomfortable. he has great ideas and knows how to build a song around a melody. I probably would have like him more having not met him"...

than some one made a question like this:

"wow really, did stu do anything to deserve it?"

the answer was ...

"at soundcheck stu improv'd the bassline on satch boogie and joe stopped everyone and told stu to play it right. stu just stayed quiet and did it. another friend of mine wanted a signature on an Ibanez (he owned a local music store) this was back in the dressing room. he hemmed and hawwed and played the guitar and finally said "if it doesnt play the way I want it to I wont sign it. also he said if he signed it they could sell it to some dumb kid who didnt know better. All of the guitars ever signed by stars have remained in his glass case at the shop. (not for sale). as the opening act he wouldnt even let us in OUR dressing room because it was back stage until he was on stage playing. so we called him booger presley (revenge of the nerds) because he looked like him. that's his new nickname. steve morse, alan holdsworth, eric johnson, helix, killer dwarfs, blue oyster cult all were absolutely cool though"

plizz say anything...

keep with the great job ;) \m/ can't wait for the new cd :D

...

4> "I bet your brain stem reaches almost down to your gluteus maximus."

3> "Ooohh, your IQ is 145? I like 'em dumb and strong!"

Slans.....Right on Bro...... This doesn't sound like the Joe we all know, love and respect for his gift he gives to us in a plastic disc shape. Question....... Why would Stu try and change a bass line in the middle of a tour to a well documented Satch song? That sounds fishy. That doesn't sound like Stu either. I think it's all bullshit.

Checked your site out, very nice. Tried to sign the guest book and thought I had but when I tried to see what other cool folks had put, I couldn't get past page 1. Then again, anything more technical than a comb and I struggle! Hence shaved head!

Gaylord McKenna

I was going to put wierd Al but judging by your recent posts, wired Al may be more appropriate! As for my name, there are a few here who know my surname but you are going to have a little wait before finding out. Suffice it to say for now there is more than a little green in me.

Keep rocking all.

Steve.
