Alexandre, JuJu, Death Cube - long time no talk! How ya be?

Señor Joe, an aspiring youngin' would love advice wrt licensing issues...how strict should a person be when it comes to retaining rights to music?

Here's a new violin + guitar thang...feedback would be ubercool :-)

Delfino, I don't know man, I think if you don't get that air Norton in your neck position you could miss out on some great tonal variety. Your original combination sounded great - if it ain't broke....
Joe, Webmaster Jon, what are the plans for distributing the new G3 DVD beyond the Sony store? I know you said amazon, but how long will that take?

Hello everybody. Nice to hear from Joe again. I am a little disappointed though. Those of us who never got to see G3 in theaters never received an apology, or even a thank you for showing up. I got my money back but is not the same. The whole thing was a disappointment. Anyway,i was also checking in to see if anyone else wants to join PhryDom and me in prganizng a guitar tour throughout the USA. If we get enough people willing to do this, we could start working on it. PhryDom: tour manager is a great idea, I guess i am so used to doing things myself, that I miss somethings. I am excited!!!!

You talking to me? LOL

Sorry if you think I was being harsh on Mr T. It was certainly not my intention and I don't think Stevee took it that way.

I gave his song the fullest respect by listening to it with my best earphones as if I were in a record store and considering purchasing it. You may have noticed that I said I loved the song. I know very well how difficult it can be trying to 'make it' from the time I was involved with my brother's band. Whether music is good, bad or indifferent is a matter of opinion. For example, I think that Joe Satriani is the best musician I have ever heard, my wife just thinks he is loud (his music). My wife plays guitar, keyboards and piano whereas the only thing I can play is the fool!

I will not use effusive adjectives (Cuth, can an adjective be effusive?) just to make someone feel good, I give a frank and honest opinion and hope it is taken with the good spirit intended.

Peace to you and best wishes to your Lady Angelina and her burgeoning bump.

This brought tears to my eyes!!

A man is suing his ex-lover after she glued his testicles to his leg.

Gail O'Toole also used super-glue on Kenneth Slaby's penis, attaching it to his stomach.

She completed the job by sticking his buttock cheeks together, it is alleged.

Mr Slaby is demanding £17,000 from his former girlfriend for committing "inhumane" acts.

He claims he fell asleep while at her house and awoke to feel a burning sensation around his genitals.

Mr Slaby, of Pennsylvania, says he was invited to her house because he believed she was trying to put together their broken relationship.

Joe: Just wanted to let you know that you are very talented and gifted. I have been listening to your music since 1993. You are a magician with a guitar. I have never heard anyone who even compares to you. I was curious as to who were your musical influences when you were growing up? JOE! I hope youre gonna read this message!! I am one of thousands of Israeli guitarists who would love to go to a concert of yours. I think I must be speaking on behalf of many people when I ask you to come to Israel for a concert! you see, in the past few years, many artists seemed to have forgotten to pay us a visit... and we are thirsty for a big concert. I belive that if you will come to Israel, you will see that its a beautiful land with a great audience! I truelly look forward for a future concert of yours in Israel. and I am not the only one!

Ehud.

oh and one last thing: when you do come to Israel I hope youre gonna play Crushing Day. love your sound there!!

today is my birthday - of sorts....

late in the afternoon of 4th November 1977

I played my first chord... it was Am...

I played it on a nylon strung classical acoustic that was already twice my age at the time....

I still have that guitar...
in fact I used it only a few days ago to record Virtus Junxit Mors Non Separabit - my acoustic guitar quartet...

that guitar plays and sounds like shit....
but I'm very attached to it...

so... my guitar playing is 28 today....

tonight I'm going to crackk open a few beers and blow the candles out with my Marshalls...
