Satriella...yes, there are full lengh versions...maybe I'll do the final mixes over the upcoming holiday...? Thanks for asking

Zenfish...yes, Joe's music is most definitely a passion for me, as is the creation of music itself...music is my purpose...on this cosmic piece of dust hurling through space...

I do feel that I have a basic grasp of who Fred is, and what Fred is about...and that is good...a nano to one...is a lifetime to another...

VAIOMANIAC...welcome to the site

Joe Satriani

Re copying CD's.

It was interesting to read Satchiella's response as I have a similar story.

Earlier this year, after a lengthy conversation about music, a work aquaintance sent me a copy of the ITLIS album. It blew me away and I have since gone out and bought most of your CD's and DVD's. Wherever I go, I now promote your music, so this has further increased sales. The odd thing though, is that the only people who seem to know anything about you and your amazing music are musicians themselves. Having said that, the newbies to your music are easily converted into Joe fans!

Keep rocking,

Steve.

Hey Joe, Thanks for blowing my doors off for so many years!!! After having had to wait for 37 yrs, I am now living a dream of being an"On Air" personality,...I am the Music Director for KCRH radio, Chabot College and I get to play your tunes all the time....I get alot of "Thumbs Up" for playing them, just thought you should know...The college kids here at Chabot know who you are and what you do, Keep slinging that axe. Thanks also for the ability to have on hand the music neccessary to zone out and enjoy the ride....still would like be in your head to hear and see what you see and hear when you're writting a tune, NOW that would be flying in a blue dream......Peace

Mari

Sad to see that people are being rude to you. I don't know what time you usually go into chat though 'cause I don't see you there when I pop in. Having said that, I think most people must have a 'steve aware' programme running 'cause there is rarely anyone there when I log in! Cheer up, you have lots of friends in here! Remember all the knights (and knightesses) in shining armour who leapt to your defence when they thought Blue (Gaylord) Moon had insulted you on these pages.

For sale:

One ladies shoe, hardly worn. $2.50 ono

Keep rocking all.

Steve.

and earlier on i was gona say: "Before anyone jumps to any conclusions i was not saying anything to mari!" lol instead people jus have a new name for me everyday.....

But i guess it happens anyways, U bastards!

If anything im a good form of entertainment! :p

and as for the cd thing.... as much as its gota be done.... copyrighting sucks! you should be able to use the cd's you buy for your own use, of corse its gona get abused tho, but most bands have different ways for seeing it, its usually younger guys that are gettin burned buy it,
most of the previous years generation are seeing it as a bad tihng, cause they grew up with lp's tapes cd's and are used to having the actual product kids nowadays arent as fused about having the actual product as long as they get the tracks for free, but its always nice to have official merchandise.... people are neer gona agree!

EXCERPTS FROM A CAT'S DIARY

Day Number 752 - My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal. The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from ruining the occasional piece of furniture. Tomorrow I may eat another houseplant.

Day Number 761 - Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded, must try this at the top of the stairs. In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit on their favorite chair...must try this on their bed.

Day Number 765 - Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body, in attempt to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear into their hearts. They only cooed and condescended about what a good little cat I was...Hmmm. Not working according to plan.

Day Number 768 - I am finally aware of how sadistic they are. For no good reason I was chosen for the water torture. This time however it included a burning foamy chemical called "shampoo." What sick minds could invent such a liquid. My only consolation is the piece of thumb still stuck between my teeth.

Day Number 771 - There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in solitary throughout the event. However, I could hear the noise and smell the food odor. More importantly I overheard that my confinement was due to MY power of "allergies." Must learn what this is and how to use it to my advantage.

Day Number 774 - I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches. The dog is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously a half-wit. The bird on the other hand has got to be an informant, and speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his current placement in the metal room his safety is assured. But I can wait, it is only a matter of time...

Hope this cheers up someone's day but doesn't annoy anyone who wants a serious musical input!

Hugs Satriella xx

Aaahh the chat room. What can I say. You put a bunch of twisted bastards in a room and shit happens. A lot of us have never met and never will. While there is a lot of remarks slung we need to not take it all personal. Just have fun with it and move on. I'd hate to see people not use the chat cause well.. ya'll crack me up. Where else can you find a gay Irish boy, a Big Bird impersonator, a Metro Canuk with Huge man boobs, and some hillbillies from So. Oregon all in the same place. Isn't the internet fun?

caddymark420 - A Chabot guy. Congrats on the radio gig.See if you can get the wattage bumped up. If you're not on campus the signal is pooey. I was born and raised in Hayward, went to Tennyson High and then Chabot for two years. Are you from Hayward, too? Maybe we know some of the same peeps.

Steevee apart from the final track order, Joe has (hopefully) now heard T2JCD2... sorry yeah Lancelot is either before my time or an American thing... I had to be told who Gomer Pyle is lmao... regarding the release of the CD, all the artwork is in, we're waiting on the liner notes from Austin and one track was recorded too hot so we need a replacement... then finalise the track order and get it out there! :-)

Have a great weekend everyone! I'm off to work in a bit... laters!

Cause you,

You,

My tapeworm tells me where to go,

Pull the tapeworm out of your ass, Hey

Pull the tapeworm out of your ass, Hey

Pull the tapeworm out of your ass, Hey

Pull the tapeworm out of your ass, Hey

Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey.

**************************************************************************

Cube, wonder if he took my curling iron too??

Captain Steve, are yee in kahoots with al maybe?

Moon Baby, al - you are a GREAT source of entertainment, even when yer not in the room :-)

Slave, I think Aunt Bunny grabbed ahold of me on her way down. Oh lawd, my shoe!!

Chester, isn't there some kind of sneaker club er sumthin? This girly shoe thing is just not working for me, especially with my shoes disappearin' like dat.

Civ, twisted??? I resemble that remark! It's usually the man boobed metro canuck and the gay Irishman that winds 'em up, but man 'o shit is it fun to watch!

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day for a neighbor ~ Would you be mine? Could you be mine?
