Hi Joe,
sorry, I think my english is terrible, but please let me say, that your music is my companion and my teacher through many years. My guitar is an JS 100 and what I´m learning to play, is what I hear on your CDs over all those years.
I think, I´ve got all of your CDs and DVDs and it would be so great for me, when it will be possible to play with you (a little song).
I was born in 1960 in Berlin (East Germany) and so I could hear your music only since 1989, after the wall was crashing down.
But I make music since 1976, learning (first) bass, later g, mh, kb by myself, without a music school, only with my Ears.
Now I have a Band since so many years. We all have jobs and are playing just for fun, BUT.....
we are doin it just for fun, cause it´s our hobby...
Music is simply too important too me!
And so I want to say: Thank you! Cause, you gave so much of inspiration to me and I would very pleased to meet you , Satch!
All the best for you!
best regards
Peter

Mr. Satriani. I do hope that I get the chance someday, to talk to you on these boards. I'm working as hard as I can, to have the skill, and the heart you have. I do have a question though, and I will be patient until you have time to answer me. How do you aquire that screaming sound by putting your left hand horizontal to the bottom of the neck, and your left hand on the wammy bar, kinda like the sound in "Circles" at the end of the distortion part. I would really like to learn how to do that!

A T2JSINFONIE CALL:
The real prob will be of course to structure the ensemble, & to pick the elements, to determinate which ones work or no.
I look for the quality & originality of stuff. I look for a work done for the love of the Sinfonie.
So, that's weird to say, but i'm gonna to let the Sinfonie choose herself. I think that all the movements together are gonna to create their own collective movement. The Sinfonie is gonna to arise starting from a collective energy. Well, i suppose that a collective balance is comin'. The better i can do is trying to hear this balance.

Well i lent both guitars to a mate but they wouldn't pay for a new one.
Not exactly the greatest friends in the world...
And sadly the wait for a new guitar will be very long, At least 4 months.
So it looks like im just going to have to wait really.
Well im going to go wrap up its like -1 here and im freeeeeeezin, might move pc closer to bed lol

This guitar i know quite well...
Or get a JS1200 of which i have never played....
I wish lol be a few years before i can get them...
besides RGT's are very nice guitars the Prestige are somewhat beautiful.
Just a few PAF's on them and you'd be shocked lol
