Thanks Blue Moon for the tips on harmonics in Satch Boogie. I'll give it a shot but I better let out the springs a bit more on my Floyd Rose. I can't raise it any higher than a m3rd. Joe's goes to an octave right?

dakook I had 1000 speed film,,MY FLASH kept goin i'm pretty sure the speed of your film is not what made your flash keep clicking in.... your film is pretty much inanimate; it does its job as in it captures what the shutter allows (what you the shooter allows) it to see... it's the way you set your camera that makes the flash flash... whether it's film or digital you are able (unless you have a point and shoot, but seeing as you were talking about 35mm i imagine you weren't) to set these things... sorry if i misunderstood you, but film and digital are practically identical at the shooting stage... it's the getting-to-see-what-you-shot stage that's different....
saxguy joe's floyd lets him pull up something like a fourth on the g string... an octave is way too much... HTH

Phyrdom - thanks for the tip.
Cuthbert - ooooooo hope all goes well.
Guitarmeister - Great news about the CDs (go away you little green monster, Im not jealous!!) Let me know what they are like...Strings...hmmm...is it a good thing or a bad thing that you go through so many strings technically? I mean is it cos you play them too hard, too long..using a stanley knife blade as a pick, is of course, is a bit of a bad idea..phaps you should stop that now :)
js1200js1000 - ENGLAND EH! ENGLAND EH! ENGLAND EH!!!!
PUBLIC NOTICE - I'm not patriotic in the least, I'm a worldwidean, by that I mean we are all the same. The above reference ENGLAND EH was a joke!

OMG Just found this story on the BBC News:
officials in the Brazilian town of Biritiba Mirim, 70km (45 miles) east of Sao Paulo, have gone far beyond that.
They plan to prohibit residents from dying because the local cemetery has reached full capacity.
Brazil city proposes ban on death
The bill states that "offenders will be held responsible for their acts"
Municipal regulations normally ban anything from smoking in public places to parking in certain zones.
But officials in the Brazilian town of Biritiba Mirim, 70km (45 miles) east of Sao Paulo, have gone far beyond that.
They plan to prohibit residents from dying because the local cemetery has reached full capacity.
Mayor Roberto Pereira says the bill is meant as a protest against federal regulations that bar new or expanded cemeteries in preservation areas.
"They have not taken local demands into consideration", he claims.
Mr Pereira wants to build a new cemetery, but the project has been stalled because 98% of Biritiba Mirim is considered a preservation area.
A 2003 decree by Brazil's National Environment Council forbids burial grounds in protected areas.
'Ridiculous'
Biritiba Mirim, a town of 28,000 inhabitants, not only wants to prohibit residents from passing away.
The bill also calls on people to take care of their health in order to avoid death.
I haven't got a job, nor am I healthy. And now they say I can't die. That's ridiculous," Amarildo do Prado, an unemployed resident, told local media.
The bill states that "offenders will be held responsible for their acts". However, it does not say what the punishment will be.
How funny is that!!!!!
Hugs Satriella

Al, actually, it's 7:50. Better fix yer clock ;-)
In the Feb 2006 issue of Revolver there is the first interview from Phil Anselmo, and also a story on Pantera.

Good Morning Satchland.... What up?
SteveeT..... Love the song. The textures are very sureal. Nice work.....as usual. I don't about an internet camera at the club. I checked out a band from the stream and the audio was fine but the video wasn't. It seems this club is trying to stream video with a dial up connection. Anyone knows that's not going to work. But, this was about May of this year so hopefuly by now they have broadban. I'll be talking with the owner soon and i'll get more info on the streaming equipment. If I get in.....I'm looking at maybe Feb or Mar. I wont know untill I talk business with club. Thanks for asking. Take care.
mari.....Rock On ! ! ! Rockzilla. I'm glad to see your dad is helping and supporting you knowing your relationship has been a little rough over the years. It's always nice when a parent supports their kids. I'm still waiting on my dad. It seems power, control, jealousy and greed are more important...but that's another story. Rock On ! ! ! Rockzilla. Hugs.
Dakook..... One of my best friends from high school was a commercial fisherman in Alaska for over twenty years. The most dangerous job in the world. Unfortunely Scott met his maker about two years ago. It was sad for are old group. Nobody really knew what happened. As the story goes....they came in from a trip and Scott took a dingy to the main land to eat. In the morning they found the boat in the bay empty and they found Scott on the break water wall. Apparently he fell in the water somehow and as you know you don't last long. What I learned from Scott's wife is how tight the Alaskin's are with each other. Everyone watches out for each other like one huge family. They all sorta protect each other cause eveyone knows of the dangers. It's a tuff way of life. I dint know you were a photographer for Circus. That was one of my fav mags in high school. That's really cool. Bet that was a interesting gig? Any stories to share? Take care. See hey to Angelina. Btw...Welcome to Pro Tools ....you're going to love it. Mac or PC?

joe, at a time when i'm getting slammed for grasping dan brown's coattails for my upcoming book "The Diet Code" which time/warner titled after "The Da Vinci Code", i came across a compliment by you, " i don't know how good a baker he is but the guy's a marketing genius"--- well, thanks!
i'm a good baker into the bargain, real italian ricciarelli, miilefoglie, copete, torta alla cioccolata, panforte, etc.
am an acclaimed abstract painter also. my manager, nicole, would like to send you a photo display--- your unsolicited compliment warrants an offer: if any paintings turn you on, you could use one gratis as an album cover. i've admired you for years, and although i've shifted from guitars to piano, still let you shred my head when i'm not plinking at the chopin and beethoven.
hope this gets thru to you. thanks again, "lanzo" ( stephen lanzalotta )

6 bottles of kronenbourg
3 Tequila Slammers
2 Pints of snakebite and black
3 double vodka and shark
1 dirty pint
The equivalent of 8 shots of straight vodka down from the bottle
And I wake up with what feels like a broken knee, a completely bruised arm, a painful neck and I cant stop shivering.
I don't remember half of the night but god damn it must've been good upto the point when vomiting ensued.
I had to be taken home by the girl I like and my best mate lol.
God I ache.

Satriella About the strings... it is a good and bad thing: good - you gotta change your strings at least every month, or else they just start to sound very dull. The reason I change mine so much is because I play too much, so I'll break at least 2-4 strings a week. I used to buy single strings each time, but then realized it was a waste, they are like a dollar each, why not just get a couple packs, they cost about $4-$5 a pack, so you save a little. I usually don't change every string once one breaks, I'll usually just change whichever broke, unless one has been on the guitar for a while and starts to sound pretty dull. I hate when a string(s) breaks, bass players are so lucky, they really don't have to worry that much about breaking a string or changing them as much as a guitarist. Me breaking strings, it's just that I play too much every day...hopefully all the hard work and dedication will pay off later on...maybe you'll be buying CD's of mine in a few years?! I'm working on getting a new USB interface and some extra recording software for my computer, once I do I'll post up some of my stuff.
---Listening to DT's Change of Seasons CD, "The Big Medley" what an awesome combo of covers in one song! Well...off for some lunch, then guitar playing...
